However, Jamie was amazing and recommended the Acne Cryo Facial based on my concerns, which were inflammation, puffiness, and pigmentation. I'm so glad I trusted her recommendation. The facial included hydration, exfoliation, cryotherapy, and targeted extractions to help remove acne-causing bacteria and reduce inflammation. It also comes with a lightweight peel option. I didn't try the peel this time, but I'm definitely planning to go back for it. I absolutely loved my experience. The place was very clean, well-maintained! Highly recommend this place! What a great location and the most affordable one in the area! My aesthetician Jessica was so amazing! She started with explaining different things they offer and what is good for my skin. I ended up with chemical peel that made my skin feel renewed and hydrated. My daughter made this reservation and I didn't know what to expect but everything went well. Victoria did my daughter's facial and she did amazing as well. Everyone seems knowledgeable when I asked them about the products they use for the facial. They have some very nice touches that are missing from more expensive places such as the steamer and ice rolling. All the girls are great, I always try to see Jordan and she does a great job. Had an excellent experience here for a sculpt facial. It had been awhile since I had a facial and I desperately needed one and loved that they had easy booking, simple explanations on the differences of each facial, and the prices were really good. What threw me off at first was that it was a literal bar (like a blowout bar) so everything would happen out in the open. If I was looking for a full private facial experience I would have booked elsewhere but for my price range and time frame this was totally fine and honestly kind of cool. I had really high hopes for this spot but was a bit disappointed in the end. I was a new client and went straight for the deluxe hydra facial which was $200. Nicole was nice, however the results of the facial was disappointing. I shared that the biggest problem area for me is my nose--part of the deluxe facial is extractions. My face felt hydrated when I left, but my nose looked the same--my pore strips at home removes more dirt than the result of this facial. The chairs were a little uncomfortable and by the end of my 50 minute session, my neck did not feel so great. I couldn't find a comfortable position for my neck to feel supported during the facial. The ambiance and style is super cute. The noise and conversations didn't bother me but maybe bring headphones if you want to avoid hearing the other chatters. Overall the hydrating portion of the facial was okay and I am mostly disappointed in the extraction part. May give the place another shot and just select a basic facial with focus on only extractions. read more

This establishment is very dishonest and I would caution you doing business with them. I used to come here often, but will never be coming back again after my last experience. I inquired about hosting a spa party for my friends. Oasis staff secured a party booking with my name and credit card information attached WITHOUT MY PERMISSION (they must have taken my card info from a previous visit and saved it in their system, again without my permission or consent). When I reached back out to say our group would need to find a new date they charged me for all NINE girls I inquired about for a total of $650... Staff refused to assist me and was not cooperative. I ended up having to report the charge and their business. Very unhappy and will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

She helped rearrange my appt time to fit the service and assisted with parking advice. Alex listened and offered the options for the first-time facial. I loved the whole experience. I loved that the facial was helpful and I felt like I walked out of there with a clean, glowing face. Very cute and trendy facial spa. They play modern music on the speakers which i loved. Its not as relaxing as a typical spa, but definitely a fun and more social setting. Amazing idea! So you walk in and there are 4 facial stations. The studio has a lovely and easy going vibe. The facials are priced perfectly. Most are $59 for 30min and you can add on. I did the enlightening facial with extractions and nano fusion. My esthetician (Haley) was knowledgeable and friendly. My one thing that I wasn't a big fan about is that the studio can't adjust the lights so when you are getting the facial you may have a slight light glaring down, but it's honestly not bad. Getting a facial out and the open makes it kind of fun like a beauty shop experience music is going and you can participate in fun conversations. A big plus that I loved about this business is they use tippie meaning 100% of your tip goes to your esthetician and none of it taken out for taxes which I love. They deserve 100% of their tip. I would love for a location like this to be opened in South Loop or River North but honestly I don't think that would be best for their business model. There are a lot of interesting characters in chicago and someone could just wander in. By being in Wicker Park and Lincoln Park which are more neighborhoody it's more chill and safe. This was my first time at Oasis after a friend recommended it and I was beyond pleased with my experience! I went to get dermaplaning for the first time and as someone with sensitive skin, I was pretty nervous. The aesthetician, Alex, couldn't have been more accommodating in understanding my preferences and gave the best dermaplane + facial. Even to the temperature of the towel after - nothing worse than a burning hot towel to give you rashes after a facial. I was originally set to get a dermaplane with my facial but she helped me decide that I didn't need it because there wasn't much to remove (besides my upper lip which she did for me anyways) - it was so nice that she cared about my skin/needs and didn't just push it for the extra $15 on my bill. Highly recommend Oasis for a quick but efficient facial. Between Oasis and Clean Your Dirty Face... I'd pick Oasis every time. Oasis looks a little bit more expensive on paper but for what you get, it is not and it is WORTH IT. The facials are already built out so "clear" already includes extractions and a peel, "Smooth" includes derma plane, etc. The estheticians are very good and take their time doing your facial. I love it so much that I signed up for the membership after two visits with two different estheticians! Also, want to note that their hydrafacial includes a derma plane and is the most fairly priced I have found in Chicago. You won't be disappointed!! read more
