It feels like I'm actually going to a doctors appointment. There's no tipping culture here which means they must be paying their nurse practitioners an actual living wage and not passing that on to the customers. I pay a monthly fee which is set when I first signed up. I would highly recommend this location in particular. I went to another location once and the service there was a bit cold.

Although inconvenient, I understood and rescheduled for February 17, confirmed the appointment, and even took time off work. On January 30th, I was notified that the appointment needed to be moved yet again. While frustrated, I still wanted the service and agreed to reschedule, taking additional time off work to accommodate the new date. Two days before my appointment on the 24th, I received a confirmation text with the time and location. The following day, I was informed -- for the third time -- that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. At this point, the repeated lack of scheduling reliability is unacceptable. Clients arrange their work schedules and personal commitments around these appointments. Consistently rescheduling with little notice demonstrates a lack of organization and consideration for clients' time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend booking here based on my experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a provider who values professionalism and follow-through. Even the man on the phone did not seem to care. This was an easy one-star decision.

Lets just say Man-scaping is not something to be taken lightly. I did my research and was able to find a place to take care of my eyebrows and my back waxing needs. I was placed with Becky and let me just tell you shes a god send from the waxing heavens. She managed to clean up my brows and still keep a masculine look. And my back looks and feels amazing now I can take my shirt off at the pool with confidence that all the hair is gone. I went here at the recommendation of a friend--a little anxious because of some recent bad brazilian and brow wax experiences--and came away very pleased. I love this place. I have been going here for a few months now and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else to get my waxing done. First off the place is super cute. Laura the receptionist couldn't be any sweeter. She made me feel completely at ease my first time. I have been there once during the day and that receptionist was less than pleasant and quite pushy but whatever... I went to another salon for my first Brazilian wax. I was VERY disappointed in the service and the waxtress! I SWORE I would never do it again! A few months ago I found Trim and decided to try it again. I ended up with with wonderful woman named Iwona. She was polite and encouraging...which is nice for someone getting hair ripped from her most private of parts! Of course it hurt beyond words, but she had a few tricks up her sleeve to help the pain. i've had many good experiences here and recommend it to anyone who needs a good waxing! the yelp reviews are right on the money! the space is very clean, and the staff are friendly and not intimidating or rude. this i think is very important if you are new and do not know what to expect. i didn't know anything really, and they patiently told me everything i needed to know. one thing i HATE about places like this is they usually try to sell a ton of product to you either during your session or on your way out the door. Amazing experience. I was coming out of work and needed to get my brazilian wax done. I called Benefit on Armitage and Southport where i usually go and none of them could get me yesterday. Luckily, I stumbled upon Trim and I love how they will accept you, since they're open until 10!!!! Abigail did an amazing job with my brazilian wax. I was recommended to see Chad for my waxing needs and all I can say is I've never had a more pleasant waxing experience. He is professional, thorough, and very efficient.
