On January 30th, I was notified that the appointment needed to be moved yet again. While frustrated, I still wanted the service and agreed to reschedule, taking additional time off work to accommodate the new date. Two days before my appointment on the 24th, I received a confirmation text with the time and location. The following day, I was informed -- for the third time -- that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. At this point, the repeated lack of scheduling reliability is unacceptable. Clients arrange their work schedules and personal commitments around these appointments. Consistently rescheduling with little notice demonstrates a lack of organization and consideration for clients' time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend booking here based on my experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a provider who values professionalism and follow-through. Even the man on the phone did not seem to care. This was an easy one-star decision.

There's no tipping culture here which means they must be paying their nurse practitioners an actual living wage and not passing that on to the customers.
