I am not satisfied, I paid a down payment for my fireplace, it took them weeks to get it. I waited for like 3 weeks without a call, and when I called they said they was waiting on another part. Unexpected events happened and I had too ask for my money back. Instead of giving me back the full amount, they kept 25% of my down-payment. Called Oasis for a quote and received a response in a couple of hours. Scheduled service and Shane was out the next day. The fireplace was shutting off but the pilot stayed on. Shane diagnosed the problem immediately: It was then that the Magic started. A faulty switch needed to be replaced but the problem was that it was behind our 75" wall mounted TV that could not be moved out. Shane replaced the switch purely by touch - it was magic. He said it was a first for him. That job was done efficiently and ppl the fireplace cleaned leaving it looking like new. Shane's work was fantastic. The work and price were great. The tech was two and a half hours late from showing up, without any communication from the office. Once he arrived after doing one of the fireplaces he advised the quote I was given for maintenance on two would be a higher price than originally quoted. While the tech was nice, and the fireplaces are indeed clean now, I wouldn't recommend them due to the lack of communication for showing up at a scheduled time, as well as the servicing amount being more than the quoted amount when requesting the service. read more

He found the problem, fixed it, and also cleaned the entire fireplace, including the glass doors that I had tried cleaning with no success. Kyle was professional and friendly. I am sad to be forced to write this review as until today we had been very pleased with Oasis until today. We bought a fireplace for our anniversary from them and paid them for installation. All together around $6k. They could not install in early July as we had requested but we agreed upon July 25th and 26th. We paid for everything in advance. We spent all day yesterday and today as different team members came to do their sections of the project. Every one who came was very pleasant. During the final step of placing the fire place their installer (Chase) noticed that the framer had made the opening too small. No big deal - it is an easy fix..... about an hour's work. We explained that it must be fixed in the next 48 hours because we will be leaving for an extended period. They said they could get to it Tuesday and we explained that was not acceptable. Then they said they could expedite the repair but we would have to fund the expedite fee. Of course we were shocked to be told that we were expected to have to pay for their error. That is insane. It is not even a matter of money - that is fundamentally unacceptable. In the $6k we paid there is not some profit to cough up do to their error?????? I said they could just refund me half the install money and I would get someone out to finish it...... nope. I asked for the contact information for their attorney - they would not provide it, I explained that not doing the right thing on THEIR ERROR would end up being far more costly for them that just doing what I should not have to fight for..... nope, they stuck to their guns. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS YOU CAN TRUST TO STAND UP FOR THEIR WORK NOR TO DO THE RIGHT THINGS WHEN THINGS DO NOT GO AS THEY SHOULD. read more

I reached out to Oasis based on reviews and vetting other companies. Chase, the technician, showed up on time and from the beginning he was very professional and asked pertinent questions to assess my issue. He quickly discovered a stuck gas valve in my fire pit and fixed it. While he was here I asked him to check my fireplace, as when I was purchasing the home my Inspector stated it would not automatically ignite. Chase knew that it was a "manual" fireplace and I needed to ignite the gas burners once gas was flowing (my Inspector did not inform me of this critical step). I will be using this company for any of my other properties going forward. I have to mention the cherry on top...after Chase left, I tried to turn the propane tank to the fire pit on but it was too tight for my strength (Chase large, myself small) so Ben came out and loosened the valve so that I could operate it at leisure. Our fireplace had been out sine we bought the house and it was just so cold this winter! Oasis charged a flat rate -kinda- and came within the week. The technician was fun and a little cocky. He acted like he had it in the bag before even checking it out. As soon as he realized it wasn't easy, all of a sudden our brand of fireplace was bad and there wasn't much he could do. He had to go back out for tools several times and even come back later with extra parts to actually get it lit. I got the glass replaced on my indoor wood burning fireplace and I'm so happy with the results. It was completely shattered on one side, and the whole panel needed not just new glass but also repair. The model is old, so the glass had to be custom made and replaced and it looks just like the original! The doors glide open and shut perfectly. They updated our 23 year old fireplace and it looks great! Took out the old nasty lava rock and old wood logs, replaced it with newer updated logs and beautiful clear and blue glass. They cleaned the glass panels very well. They painted the outside metal panels and the inside wall. Looks clean and new again without charging an arm and a leg. Most importantly, I appreciate their honesty in letting me know that changing the burner inside to a different pattern, it could cause carbon monoxide poisoning and wasn't safe to do.
