She said she really trusted this company so I called Friday afternoon and spoke to Jessica who gave me an appt time within an 1 1/2hr of my call. Lorenzo Garcia was very nice, professional and got to work right away. He had everything he needed for the job, including his own hose and nozzle for cleaning. I won't go into detail on everything he did but suffice to say he did an awesome job and as I purchased a service plan, look forward to seeing him again in the future. Went with bob due to their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. Our solar stopped connecting due to burnt and damaged wires from a poor install from Kayo. Called up Bob for a service call to diagnose and the price was decent probably somewhere in the middle from the other quotes I received. Not cheap but not too expensive either. After the service call I scheduled for the next week for the repair and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted the repair to be done correctly and they did just that. Plus they have a 5 year warranty on parts and 10 on labor! Will definitely go with them again for any of my solar needs and hvac issues in the future!

Save yourself the money time and headache!!! I spent $12,000 cash for what is supposed to be top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which is called the train. I wish I would've just stuck with the Lennox and whatever else extra I had to get to get the same air-conditioning unit that I've had in my house for 23 years without a problem! The 24th year of me living in my house, my air conditioner takes a dump and I call Bob's air conditioning and heating. Not even one year later after they install the train that's supposed to be a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit with a price tag of $12,000 cash ( $15,000 if you had to finance through them ) that was spent. The coil wall is separating in a vertical line in multiple places, seven places to be exact! The separating is wide enough that you could almost stick your hand through each separation point of the coil. I communicated this to Bob's air-conditioning. They sent a tech out. The tech said that somebody may be have opened up the unit and got in there and separated it as if. Someone had some type of benefit to open up the air-conditioning unit panels take off the top of the roof and everything else what he had to do to access the unit and his so called professional diagnostic conclusion is that. Somebody probably did this to sabotage the unit in so many words. I finally get a call from whoever Frederick is at Bob's AC unit air-conditioning and the conversation didn't go so professionally. Voices was raised as if I'm the bad guy, unprofessional tone, unprofessional delivery, unprofessional comments on him, saying he'll be letting the manufacturer know that he had a customer that was complaining about a coil, which I stopped him in his tracks and let him know when you write that make sure you put a paying customer that paid $12,000 cash in your message of the complaining customer. I was told that he's looking at brand new units that has the same issue right in front of him this separation on multiple different units. I immediately told him you shouldn't be putting your name on that unit if the manufacturer is starting out with that kind of a product and have issues with it. He advised me that this is a top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit which I beg to differ cause it ain't even last a year without me having any issues but it's supposed to be the top-of-the-line air-conditioning unit for $12,000 and not even a year later, separation in a coils in a vertical line that is beyond deterioration and I'm pretty sure it's gonna get worse rapidly. So now I'm just AOL of $12,000 because it's not not working and it's past 90 days I was told. So I guess I need to figure out where I'm gonna come up with the next $12,000 to get the original air-conditioning unit that I had in my home prior again because this unit is trash!!! Morale of the story, is that I wouldn't recommend Bob's air-conditioning or unit along with their materials that they're selling as in top-of-the-line product because it didn't last a year! Stay away from the train if you don't have money to buy an air-conditioning unit or fix your air-conditioning unit yearly! Lennox is the unit that I had prior that I will buy again even with this unit working still. To be honest I really don't even want it anymore so good luck with finding a good air-conditioning guy company that is gonna honor a one year warranty because I was told that to one year warranty was that the unit had to fail for the warranty to kick for labor and I'm past my 90 install so in so many words. As a result, the system was not performing properly. There was a leak in refrigerant, was short cycling and wound internally shut off, and was not configured properly for zoned system. The existing system was installed when we purchased this house new in 2018 but was contractor grade. Ryan provided a couple of solutions but decided to replace. Very good price for a better quality system. The install techs, Roger and Dom, completed the install today. Very professional and went extra to be sure zone system was functioning properly. Definitely made the right choice.

Really glad we did. When I called, the owner Mark was friendly and straightforward about the cost to replace an AC fan motor. The price he mentioned was more than fair, actually hundreds less than other quotes. Most companies won't even give you a ballpark unless you schedule an inspection first, and then they hit you with inflated prices and a handful of other recommendations. Our technician, Eric Evans was great. After inspecting our unit, he told us the fan motor was running perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced, despite what we were told by another company. That honesty alone earned our trust. When we asked about upkeep, he mentioned replacing the capacitor and adding a starter could help extend the life of the unit, but there was no pressure. We decided to get it taken care of that same afternoon since we felt comfortable with his professionalism. It was close to 5pm and we were his last call of the day, however Eric went the extra mile to clean the unit and show us before and after photos. Great service all around. We'll be requesting Eric for our annual inspections.

We have had excellent experiences with Nevada Residential Services (NRS) in the past with…read morereplacement of our AC units. When NRS offered to inspect our water system, we jumped at the offer. When you live in the desert, you can't take any chances with your AC or water systems. Both can turn into expensive issues very quickly. During our inspection, Arturo with NRS noticed some corrosion and possible past leak at our water heater connections. Chances are these connections are original to our 2004 condo and since we have neighbors downstairs, we want to avoid any leaks that could result in issues that could affect both units. The NRS Team presented us with an estimate that we were pleased with and we scheduled Arturo for today. Arturo called ahead when he was enroute (we appreciate that) and was onsite in no time. Arturo took the time to explain what he would be doing to eliminate a possible issue and make our system more secure. Changing out the old hoses (over 20 years old) and connections to solid copper piping and new connections gives us the peace of mind that you need with plumbing. He also configured it so should we need to replace the hot water heater, the new copper fittings will be easy to disconnect & reconnect. Arturo did an amazing job, kept us informed as he worked and the work area was spotless when he was finished. A true gentleman & professional.
