I came here because this was my old laundry spot, havent been here since Oct 31, 2014 and it was great to find new owners who have taken care of making the place even better then it was! Everything is clean, they are super helpful and friendly, they thought about everything we might need, downt to a carrying tray for our change! They have top load machines, 2, 3, 5,6, and even a 10 mega load washers! Great specials, prices were extremely reasonable, anddd they have free wifi! Arthur should win an award for customer service! I had never had someone else wash my laundry before and he was so nice and explained the whole process to me. I really got the feeling that he doesn't want to nickel and dime his customers- but just wants to have a business that focuses on providing kindness and excellent service. Included in the price per pound, is detergent, fabric softener and oxiclean. The service is very personalized and if you are a repeat customer, he makes sure to learn your preferences and tailor the service to you, even giving his personal cell number and being available for feedback and improvement. I got the sense that he really cares and I felt my clothes were in trustworthy hands (my clothes are super important to me!) he also gave me tips about saving my 50% coupons for big loads- which I found to be caring, definitely customer centric and not trying to squeeze every penny. Worst laundromat in LA!! all the 5 stars must be lies! 3 guys smoke Pot and blow it on your clean clothes while packing a paint can and a 40 of Corona all in the sight of the attendant on duty that does nothing to ask them to leave they were not doing laundry!!! The staff is fantastic and the owner is extremely nice. They have great deals and honestly it's pretty cheap to do laundry here. My boyfriend and I have only used their fluff and fold service and we love it! Our clothing is ready within 24 hours and you can drop off/pick up your clothes at any time. The service I receive here has been consistent. I love the owner and operator, Author. He is a very polite, thorough person. I love that the facility is well looked after, the machines are new and offer multiple functions, such as an option to air dry. I've washed here, but mainly use the fluff and fold service. The employees are helpful, kind and do a good job overall. I feel comfortable and safe with them handling my garments. I've yet to have any problems with the clothes I send here - nothing has ever come back stained or shrunken. They do exactly what you ask. I've recently moved to the valley and aside from going to my boyfriend wash and fold place (they're not as good), I only bring my clothes here. I make the drive to drop off my clothes because the service is worth it. The employees are polite, they listen and treat you with kindness. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. I've been bringing my clothes here for a little under 5 years, about 4, and I've never had a problem. My other family members also frequent here to wash themselves and for the fluff and fold service. I've held out on this review just because I wanted to be sure they were wo my time of writing one and they have been since day one. The parking is not idea but the service is so damn good it doesn't even bother me. I love the variety of snacks and how comfortable Oasis is. Great service and facility. Saw one of the owners handwashing dropped off laundry and I found that extremely impressive, that they take such pride in their work there. The attendants are really friendly and helpful, sometimes you've got to chase down attendants in the laundromat. I don't know if I had ever been to a laundromat until last weekend. This place is close to where I live and my washer can't handle our bedding or pillows. There are vending machines for laundry supplies, an ATM and a change machine. Everything seemed very clean. Oasis is awesome! I have used there Wash & Fold services many times and have been impressed with their same-day express service. I always use them when I have guests coming to town and don't time or a large enough washer/ dryer to get all the bedding done before & after. I also occasionally use their coin-operated machines when I have a lot of loads to do at once. Fast & easy. They often will even help you to your car! They have a small parking lot and there is always space available. They are super nice, professional and the price is right! They are also open 24 hours. There are always at least 2 people available on staff so I have felt safe being there late at night. Highly recommend. read more

I love this place! It's my fifth time coming to Oasis Laundry! The facility is always clean, the staff are super helpful and nice, and usually I come across the owners which are wonderful people! That's the thing about Oasis that sets them apart from other laundromats, the owners are there everyday I've been there, if anything ever doesn't go the customers way they will go out of there way to make it better. Most other laundromats I've been too don't even have an attendant let alone the owners being there. My favorite thing about Oasis is there fluff n fold service, I've only used it once when I was going out of town and they asked me how I like my laundry done, and they did the exact same way as if I was to do it. I would have never considered coming to this spot although it's near my home, but I'm glad i checked it out and got to meet the owners of the business. The machines so far seem clean & efficient. I love that they have a loyalty card for wash & fold. Unfortunately i came on a Saturday afternoon which they are busy and it's a small parking lot. Otherwise the fact that the machines are all clean & i don't see an "out of order" sign In site & literally all the machines are being used speaks a lot about this place. I forgot to add they have free wifi and i love that their tv is on a moderate volume. I hate when other laundry mats blast the tv & music where its noise pollution. This is a great laundry mat! The place is clean and management is always present and proactively helping patrons to a more pleasant experience. They hold 'happy hour' on Tuesday afternoons where detergent is FREE. Other days they offer free laundry bags for anyone dropping in to wash. Great place right on Jefferson! I usually don't wash my clothes myself, but I had a huge load of pillows I needed to wash, and I had no idea what to do. The two guys who worked there were super sweet: they walked me through the entire process, and even gave me some extra bags to make it easier to carry!!!!! And the Oasis is super safe, I came around 10pm and kept forgetting my phone on random counters , but no one touched it!!! Parking was really easy to find, and they have an ATM and quarter machine if you need quarters! Had a great experience overall!!! read more
