No, sorry. I won't be back. I called and scheduled a massage, I told them I wanted a woman. 10 minutes into the massage, the masseuse leaned in and said that a Man was going to take over. I said "no" I'm sorry that's not ok. So 10 minutes after that, I was looking at different shoes. They changed to another woman, she was rough, she had a bad odor, she was pushing and pulling on me. She had me turn over, then she "threw" a towel onto my face. It was not at all pleasant. I don't know what that place was about, but that's not what I'm looking for in a massage. read more

I was very disappointed in the management of this spa. About 3 weeks ago I had purchased a Groupon to use at this spa. Right after purchasing the groupon I called to make an appointment and mentioned that I intended to use the groupon and no fuss was made. The following week I came in for my appointment, but was told that as of five days before that, they no longer accept groupons under their new management. Instead of honoring the groupons that have already been purchased, they asked me if I would like to purchase the massages again directly through them. Needless to say, they didn't get my business after I went through an ordeal to cancel the groupons and get my money back. read more

I have been going to Oasis Massage in Oro Valley for 2 years because of their excellent service and ability to provide the therapist I request. I have also been bringing others for foot massages as gifts. However, the last time I was there, I brought a new person who'd never experienced a foot massage there. I had made an appointment for both of us 2 weeks prior to our massage date and when we got there the staff had to scramble to accommodate our appointments. We waited for 20 minutes to get started and the staff switched up halfway through our massages. It was the most awful foot massage I'd ever had and I was embarrassed because I had raved to my friend about Oasis. I couldn't really express my dissatisfaction because they don't speak English very well. So sad to say, I may not ever go back. read more

I have been here 3 times and always request Mwartin. Today I requested and was confirmed an appointment with him and even at check in . Once in the room it was a different therapist. I tried to explain to the therapist I requested Martin and he just kind of laughed and pretend not to understand. It is very upsetting. Each therapist has a different technique hence why i requested Mwartin . Very upsetting and I told them at check out I wasn't happy and they just said sorry . This is very frustrating if they had told me Mwartin was not able I would have understood and not wasted money . read more

My husband and I have been to Oasis a number of times but will not be going back for several reasons. We always go together and they refuse to gives us credit for paying for two massages on our "punch card". They say we have to come I separately to get credit for both. They are deal also says after eight massages you get one free. When we tried to redeem ours they said oh no it's for a foot massage. Nowhere does it say it's for a foot massage only. Last night was the final straw. I was placed in a room that was literally a storage room there was water bottles and toilet paper stacked to the ceiling. The masseuse that was working on me left the room four times to answer the phone during my massage. Incredibly disappointed. read more

Sadly I purchased 3 gift certificates totaling $130 but when I went in and was going to use one, I was told they would no longer accept them because they are now under new ownership. They did offer a discount if I wanted to repurchase the same service but I decided to just accept my loss and forgo spending more money. Disappointing to say the least. read more

My first visit was a good experience. I got a 90 min combo by Susan. I found the place to clean and atmosphere very relaxing. Susan had her hands full because I am 6ft and weigh 275 with a bad back. I came away feeling much better than when I arrived. I also enjoyed speaking with Susan when time permitted. I will definitely go back to Susan after Chrismas. read more

No, no, no! Had a massage/reflexology combo for $35. Gentleman's breath and hands smelled like smokers. (Later saw him smoking at side of building!) I had to ask for deeper pressure on feet, twice. I rolled up my pant legs to the knees, but he was sloppy with the oil and stained both my pant legs. Did not wash out even with stain remover. I did give a $5 tip, and he complained! He conveyed that he had to press hard! Communication is very difficult because they either don't speak English or pretend not to. I do NOT recommend. read more

I called ahead and made an appointment. the service itself was alright, the end was disconcerting. I pulled out my card to pay and the man said he preferred cash. the service was 35.00. He tried to sell me the buy 5 get 6 free. I explained it was days before Christmas and I was not interested. I handed him 40.00 and he said , "2 dollar more". I confirmed the price and he said it was for the 20% tip! I couldn't believe it. I reminded him that tips were optional and I had given him 15%, more than fair. I will not be returning. read more

In more pain than before! I went for a 90 minute massage in search of relaxation during the holidays and relief for very bad back pain. I now have huge, painful bruises and am in more pain and discomfort than before! Horrible experience that has added more stress to an already stressful time. read more

This place is under new ownership and is fantastic! I get the 1 hour combo which is 30 minutes just on feet! They constantly ask about the pressure. Ask for a female because the man that works there does a good massage but is a smoker and that ruins the experience for me. Also about a week before the change of ownership I bought a VIP card and the new owners have honored the card! read more

I took my wife to oasis spa for a birthday massage. We both had the combo massage and loved it. We've had many massages in the past and my wife came away saying this was the best massage she ever had! The only reason this is not a five star review is the ceiling tiles were stained and dirty and of course as you lay on your back this is what you are staring at. The people administering the massage, Peter and Mary, were both excellent, experienced therapists.We will be back! read more

There was a little noise from the business next door, but the relaxing music the spa was playing and the wonderful massage made the little extra noise not an issue.
