Food: I love the food special for Tuesday. They have $2 tacos if you order a cocktail ($15). The tacos were delicious and packed with onion and cilantro. I sadly didn't take a picture since my bf ate them so fast! I did order the Birria ramen which was warm and comforting. I found the broth to be flavorful and the noodles not too mushy or crunchy. The meat portions were generous too. 5/5 Service: Service was okay! It seemed like there was one bartender and one server that night. There were times where I wanted another drink but the bartender wasn't around since she was restocking. I believe having a bar back would have helped with overall service. Oasis is a hidden gem! It doesn't look like all that from the outside, but then you take a chance and walk in and find yourself in an amazing upbeat modern Mexican restaurant. Reservations are a good idea! Service is sincere and on game. The menu is not typical. Typical is available, but Mexican Ramen, pasta and even Tomahawk steaks are on the menu. Went in for a bite and drinks Friday night. We were greeted when we walked in and taken to a seat. Everyone was extremely friendly. Chips and salsa were brought right away. They happened to be coke of the best chips and salsa I've had in a long time. Music is playing and we saw someone celebrating a birthday and they got to wear a hat and birthday shot, I thought that was a nice touch. The chicken and steak enchilada in green sauce were good. It came with rice and beans. The rice was semi-warm, but the beans were kind of cold. Assuming they were possibly justt sitting under a warmer. I will go back to try more dishes. read more

There was some good but more bad... Let's start with the good! My favorite drink was the only drink on the menu with a small fire while being served. I tried about 4-6 more drinks on the menu and all were made horribly. I'm not trying to be mean, just honest. My favorite food item was the Bizza. Was it a 10/10.. no, but it was the better item. I did get the Porterhouse steak as well how ever... it was SUPER fatty. Most of it was fat, and I couldn't eat it. Without trying, I've already mentioned some of the bad things. To continue, they serve Elote on the Cobb. That's fine except when you're dressed up for dinner and you have to bite into the Cobb and get sauce all over your face. It's not cute. I also got the "crispy shrimp"... it is suppose to be an appetizer but is LITERALLY a shrimp salad LOL. Lastly, the name is Oasis. I expected the decor and design to be over the top! I want to walk in there and feel like I am somewhere else immediately. The staff was attentive and nice. Overall, I feel like this restaurant wasn't curated off of a passion for the food or restaurant industry. It was curated for money purposes and in turn, they are missing KEY elements. Came here for my birthday dinner with friends. It was beautiful decorated for the holiday season. Food was delicious, we shared the loaded fries and the crispy shrimp... so good! Did the steak, delicious. The poblano pasta with chicken, delicious as well! Trued their holiday drinks, yummy. You have to get the one in the Santa boot, you know for the photos service was great, our waitress was so sweet & made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. I called ahead to make a brunch reservation and specifically asked if they still offered the 99¢ mimosas. The person on the phone confirmed they did, so I booked my reservation. When we arrived, the deal wasn't listed on the menu, and our server told us they actually stopped offering it about two months ago. She was kind enough to give us a small $2 discount for the inconvenience, but the miscommunication was still frustrating. When our food came out, we realized there were no utensils on the table. We had to flag someone down just to be able to start eating. Unfortunately, once we did eat, everything was cold and pretty bland. For the price and the hype, it was really disappointing. The restaurant itself is small, crowded, and very loud, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, especially with so many other brunch spots in the area that offer better food and better service. read more

The chips are salsa were good start , ordered an espresso martini it was good, above average . Ordered the birria fries for appetizer and those were very good, fries were crispy and meat and cheese over them was plentiful and flavorful . As entree had the quesobirria tacos w consume which I enjoyed . Good flavor and consume was hot and went well w food. Other entree was shrimp Diablo, which unfortunately was disappointing . Updated review: went there recently for my anniversary since I had such a great experience the last time. Service is still very friendly but the food and drinks were not up to par. I got the steak fajitas and my husband got the steak. Both lacked flavor including salt. Extremely bland. The rice and beans tasted like they were old. We had the street corn as an appetizer and although the presentation was nice, the corn was soggy like it had been sitting in water for too long. I had a margarita and it wasn't good. I suppose since Thursdays they have margaritas for $5, they don't put much effort to them. Needless to say I won't be back. Other people that tried the restaurant when it first opened also agree that food and drink quality has gone down. read more

Went with a friend to brunch on Father's Day because of the mimosa special. We shared a few appetizers and ordered two dishes. Service was on point, never had to request a refill!!! She was very friendly and attentive. Ambiance was fun, good music at a comfortable volume you could still hear people talking across the table. The only disappointment was the food portions... everything we ordered. My biggest surprise was paying for what would be about half the octopus and only getting ONE tentacle. We love this place! The staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive. Additionally the food and drink are great. I love the Mescal margaritas and Mojitos. Today I had the Pablano Pasta. The poblano sauce was rich and favorable with a wonderful warm heat. My husband had the carnitas tacos and will definitely order them again. We first started off with Los esquitas corn with mayo lime and cojitpa cheese ... Pretty simple but it was delicious.. The starter tortilla chips with salsa were fresh... After that it kind of went downhill.. We ordered the cebolitas .. I don't know what to say. I can't tell you what they gave us. Well I can... they were the tops of green onions...or the top ofthe cebolitas no bulb so we returned it, the server said the cook tried to explain how it happened and that the onion cooked down, which that's not true... But okay I'll overlook that... . My daughter had ordered flautas with tinga chicken.. But the enchiladas that I had ordered had the same chicken which was too spicy for me. I wasn't expecting a Chipotle chicken inside of an enchilada... .... I also ordered the chicken quesadillas which had surprisingly normal chicken in it. That chicken probably should have been used in your enchiladas..... In any case, I want to say the server was very attentive. She did offer to fix it.... Which I do appreciate but I hate to waste food especially when this could have been avoided by having a full description in your menu Unless the cook just decided to put whatever he had.... I'm trying to look at all directions and this might be the way that they serve it , and that's okay, it's just not my thing.... I do give credit where credit is deserved. The plates were presented with care. Very clean and the restaurant itself was very lively with great music... I am not a drinker but I did see some creative drinks come out which were served in this nifty five-tier drink holder. It was very unique and made it easier for the servers to carry .. They have plenty of parking, and they're right off the 355 exit.. although my experience was not appealing for myself to go back I wouldn't want people not to go. My husband and I were excited to try this place out. Highly disappointed. We got catfished by the pics and TikTok videos. We started by ordering the street corn, which is described as "grilled" corn, def not grilled. It was mushy, over cooked and flav. I ordered steak enchiladas with poblano sauce. The sauce was also flavorless and didn't have as much meat as I expected. The "Mexican rice" was an absolute disgrace to rice. It was like an expired box of uncle Ben that someone didn't follow the directions to. It was mushy and didn't have any flavor. The beans were salty. My husband ordered the bizza. We weren't sure if they forgot to season it or add anything extra to it, because again, flavorless. We really wanted to like this place, but even the customer service wasn't the greatest. The chips were very crisp and homemade salsa spicy and delicious very fresh. We ordered a steak taco, plain chorizo, taco with lettuce, tomato, and cheese and a quesadilla with cilantro. We also ordered a Horchata, it was a good try. The server worked at the old restaurant that was here. She is very attentive and took her order. The menu is much more expensive than the previous restaurant. They have enchiladas as well as many different dinners. There are four large TVs mostly showing sports. The music is a bit loud, but I'm sure this may change as time goes on.. The chorizo taco was one. It was served in a corn tortilla two of them actually, it was cooked perfection. It was overloaded with meat. I opted for cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Everything was fresh and good. My son had the Horchata really good thank you I OK also had a steak taco with cilantro and a burrata taco. First off, I asked for my burger medium-rare, and it came out well-done. That's a basic instruction, and for $18 you'd think they could get that right. To make it worse, the burger looked like an oversized White Castle patty dry, flat, and with zero presentation. For the price, I expected something with a little pride behind it, not something that looked rushed out of a cafeteria. Every protein we ordered was bland and completely unsalted. Not even a pinch of seasoning. The chilaquiles were a joke, they looked identical to the complimentary chips we got when we first sat down. It honestly felt like they just poured sauce over the same chips and called it a day. If you're going to put "Mexican" in your restaurant's name, at least respect the dish enough to make it authentic. Another $18 wasted. And don't even get me started on the mimosa pitcher. It was 75% ice, watered down beyond belief, and somehow managed to cost $40. After two glasses, I didn't even feel a buzz -- just disappointment. The only saving grace was that the server recognized how bad it was and waived it from the bill. Overall, this place screams half-effort at full price. If I could 0 stars I would. Our server came twice in 3 hours because she was busy with a 20 people party and we were 8. She stated she came but lied. She stated she was the manager and lied. We got two drinks in 3 1/2 hours hours. And that's because we called her. Charged $80 on tip between two bills. Actual manager said "it is what it is" his name is Adrian. Is this the best place I've eaten at?......no Is the food solid, yes. What keeps me going back is the family owned business. Staff is always very nice every time I've gone. Parking can suck and they need to finish remodeling the place but they do a great job of making you feel welcomed and at home. Restaurant is decked out with Christmas decorations and we happened to go when they had an Elvis impersonator! Food was delicious and their holiday drinks were even better! Went here for a carry out. First their phone doesn't work so I had to walk in and order. Then when I got home tried the chicken tacos and the chicken was dry. We had a carne asada taco and it was overcooked and burnt. Had the carne asada fries which were soggy. The chips and salsa was great though. No specials at all.
