Definitely will not be returning. Seems like the service has gone downhill. I came in for a fill and was charged for a full set. The paint doesn't go all the way to the side, my pinky skin was filed so it burns now, some nails are wider than other even after asking her to fix them. And my 5 year old daughter had a sloppy pedicure that they charge the same as adult price $27!! read more

I got my nails done here before vacation in mid-February...and I habe not stopped coming back! Kim put Dip Powder nails on me and I am in love. I tried acrylic before and wasnt completly happy with them...they would pop off and chip. But the Dip Powder nails didn't chip, the color goes all the way through, so even scratches do not stop these nails from looking great, even after 2-weeks! And Ombre nails are FUN! The service is wonderful, prices are reasonable and spa is very welcoming. I highly recommend this spa. read more

Excellent experience and wide variety of acrylic and gel colors. My technician, Tina, was very soft spoken, sweet and polite. Her polish application and clean up was stellar and she did plenty of coats to have my color last. The technicians were all very attentive to their clients and they always tried to accommodate walk-ins. I had an appointment and let them know my service requests in advance (shellac manicure and pedicure with their unique mood changing colors!). I know it is way easier to get service if you call in advance and keep your appointment. Also, you should let them know if you have polish on already, especially if it is gel/shellac. I have been so happy with my nails from this salon! All of the ladies have done a wonderful job with my shellac manicures and my pedicures. I keep coming back here because their selection of colors and different effect types with the shellac options are plentiful. They have these beautiful iridescent metallic colors called Metallux and some really cool looking ones called Cat Eye (like the stones). Love this place! read more

My friend Katie and I have been frequenting here because the service is typically top notch! We always get dip nails, because they last long and look great. Unfortunately Katie's nails turned out awful. This is the "fixed" version! She initially made the dip very thin, uneven, and didn't even go up to the cuticle. She "fixed" her nails and they came out chunky, and Katie's fingers are covered in hard dip! We usually love this place but something needs to be done to right this wrong. Apparently they charge for nail shape? The up charge is getting out of hand too. It would be nice for this salon to honor its loyal customers and make up for this horrible experience. read more

I am reluctant to provide this glowing review of this nail salon because I don't want more people to go out of their way to appreciate their services. I love Oasis Nails in Duvall. The staff and so wonderful. Love Kim and Loc, and their daughter, Kayla, Tina and Tony, and their baby boy Jason and the other staff, Diane, Hannah, Rose, and Anna. Now of course it helps to be a courteous client but I love the way they do my manicure and pedicure. On special occasions the girls break out the karaoke microphone and we have a sing along. How great is that! They offer tea, coffee, or water. The place is clean and comfortable and inviting. Never again! My friend and I went here last week and will never go back. First there were gnats flying everywhere which really takes away your idea of sitting back and relaxing. Then as soon as I sat down the stylist looks at my nails and starts talking in Vietnamese? to the stylist next to her showing her my foot. Now I've had this happen at other spas but never while looking directly at my feet. Granted my feet weren't in great shape as I'm a runner and let 2 months go by since a pedi, but they made me feel like I had leprosy. Then I had to explain for her not to dig in my nail bed as I get bad ingrowns when that happens. She seemed irritated almost like I was telling her how to do her job. Then as she used the "cheese grater" tool on my foot I was wincing in pain and pulling back saying Wow that hurts but she didn't lighten up a bit. I know she spoke English too. At least enough to see when a customer was uncomfortable. I should have been more assertive. I was assertive in telling her not to cut my nails too short but she still did and now I'm feeling it with my big toe! When we were finished they quickly threw on our flip flops and practically threw us out the door. Granted it was near closing time according to their sign 6:30, but the website said 7. This service was terrible and I will never go here again. I hope my big toe won't have to suffer for this big mistake! read more

Came in without an appointment was told they could fit me in at 12:30 it was 11:30. Hour wait no problem went shopping at Safeway then went in for my appointment. I had nails from my normal place they said they could get them close to color they were so she showed me what colors she had close and I found ones I was happy with. I believe it was Kim she did a great job on my nails and did them how I wanted. Also got a hand massage after which was a nice surprise. First time here. Nice salon, comfy chairs and nice staff. The man who did my pedicure was nice but was way to rough. I repeatedly told him to be careful and to please not be so rough. When he finished my massage he started to crack my toes which I immediately asked him to stop doing. I have never had a pedicure where the nail tech cracks your toes and it was not pleasant. He did do a nice job on my nails which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Not sure if I will be back. Not a great experiance. read more

I came here to get a pedicure and a set of nails my sister-in-law and I came together and we wanted to sit together and they would not let us and the woman was extremely rude. We spent most of our time half a room away. My nails turned out absolutely horrible and sadly I was having them done for my wedding and they look awful and the worst part is three days later now they are starting to come up. And unfortunately I am leaving the country for my wedding tomorrow morning and was unable because of the weather to get into another salon. The woman who did my nails was extremely rude and pushy and kept telling me she fixed it when I told her that there was chunks of stuff underneath my nails still and that the shape was not good and she was angry because she had to put on more product that she had filed off into a ridiculous shape I wanted them square and to fit my nail bed. Anyway needless to say I will never have that particular woman do my nails again and not sure about going back to the salon for anything but a pedicure the pedicures I have had here have always been very good. read more

Generally the service is okay. They do what I expect. I'd like it if they exfoliated more when doing pedicures, but maybe that's just me. My primary issue is that even if you make an appointment they treat everyone as a walk-in and really don't want to turn anyone away. So you'll get told come back in X minutes and when you do they'll stick you in a chair but still not start the service for 30 minutes or more. I had this occur when I walked in AND when I made an appointment, even during the afternoon on a week day (which I thought might be less busy). While sitting there waiting for 20-30 minutes I observed them do the same thing to several other women that walked in or had appointments. I just don't feel that they have much respect for their client's time. read more

Here are the pros and cons of Oasis Nails. The pros are that they can usually fit you in quickly without an appointment, they are very convenient and close by for those of us who live in Duvall, it's a friendly and laid back atmosphere so you can go in makeup-free, the decor of the place is very nice, clean, and professional looking, the prices are excellent, and you come out looking pretty nice. Now for the cons...It can be an unpleasant/painful experience. Be careful who you get to do your nails. Most of them do a good job, but look out for the young girl who gouges your cuticles leaving you bleeding with sore fingers. The water in the pedicure spa was lukewarm. Whenever I have my face waxed, they always manage to get wax in my hair (even with it pulled back) and this last time they even glomped it on my lips and on my eyelid. They also missed half of my upper lip, so I had to do a waxing touch-up at home, which defeats the purpose. I went here to save time and money, but in the future I think it would be worth it to pay a little extra at Gene Juarez to ensure a pleasant, pain-free, and quality experience. read more

I started out at Oasis and after a while, as they got to know me/got used to my business, the quality of the experience went downhill. Before it got any worse, I started going to a different salon. The same thing happened there, so I went back to Oasis. I figured if this is a commonality among salons, I may as well stay close to home. I'm very particular about how I want my acrylics done and it seemed that each time I went in--even though they know me--I had to remind them what I wanted and I looked like a control freak when I articulated my preferences (nothing major, just the length and thickness--some salons do really thick acrylics and I hate that--and most times they file the sides of the nail so much they look weird). I'm a liberal enough gal that if they had told me I was getting carried away, I would have understood and backed off. But they never said anything except "okay," and sometimes did what I politely asked them to do. Most recently, I walked in in the late morning and asked if they had any openings later in the day at a specific time. Every chair was occupied so I knew it was a busy day. I was told a specific time and, as always, I showed up 10 minutes before (I'm always early in case they can take me earlier. If not, I wait for my scheduled time). I was seated at my scheduled time while I waited for someone to finish a pedicure to start my fill (everyone was doing pedicures--there was no one available for fills). Fifteen minutes after my scheduled time, one woman, who had been available for at least 10 minutes, started someone else's nails. I don't know if she had an appointment or not--I'm assuming she did. Regardless, I was there first for what I assumed to be the same time slot. I didn't request a specific person, I just wanted a fill. The person I was told was going to be doing my nails was still giving her client a calf massage when I decided to leave. It was going to be at least another 20 minutes before she finished that pedicure. My issues are: 1) If you schedule me for an appointment, honor it. Don't stick me with someone who is squeezing me in only to have me wait for 30 minutes while she's working on a previous client. 2) Don't assume I want a particular person to do my nails just because she's done them before. If I didn't request someone it's safe to assume I just want to get in and out. 3) If you can't do it, just say so. 4) Don't make me feel like I'm putting you out for giving you my regular business. I don't ask for ridiculous things. If you think I do, say something. I apologize for the length of this review. This is even the condensed version. read more

Yikes...this poor town of Duvall needs a GOOD nail salon. Oasis is a pathetic excuse for a "spa". I called in my appointment, and was there one hour before closing time. I definitely got the impression I was being squeezed in. Why, you ask? It was the fastest pedicure I've ever received! 15 minutes....not including drying time, to which I was stuck under the lamps with no one to check one me...not in the whole 10 minutes I was under the lamps. NO massage with lotion at the end either....I mean,come on! That's the best part! ALSO, as I was checking out, the lady behind the counter was filling in the "tip" section of people's already signed tickets! I was appalled! This is a slimy, bad business salon. Oasis has been my go to spot for my acrylic nails for over a year. I'm always pleased with them. I was never happy with my pedicure, though! I started trying other salons when I wanted a pedicure with my fill. However, last week I was short on time and way overdue on both my fill and pedicure. I absolutely will not return to the other nail salon in town, so I decided to get both at Oasis. I learned that Christy sold the salon. I always liked her, but let me tell you... my pedicure was awesome! There are a few new staff members and I was nervous to have someone new do my nails, but she did a great job. My sister and I came here to get our nails done today- and had a terrible experience from the start. We made an appointment and showed up five minutes early. Two women walked in after us (no appointments) and got seated immediately. We both sat there for a good 15 minutes before anyone started on us. I went in for a simple fill for white tips, and It looks like a kindergartner did them. Not quite sure the guy new what he was doing. I have gotten acrylic nails for 3+ years and never have seen such bad work. Not to mention, My sister was overcharged for her pedicure. I will be making the extra drive into woodinville or redmond, rather than going to this place.
