(The rating isn't a mistake. This is bad at first, but read to the end.) My normal place closed down and it had been a while since I treated myself. I called to ask if this place was too busy to take a walk-in and they said no, so I ran right over. The outside of this place isn't very promising and I was a bit skeptical, but I went in. As soon as I walked in and filled out the service form, they escorted me to a chair and started soaking my feet. No one came to work on me. Several people came in and we're immediately started on, and I assumed they had appointments. 15 minutes passed and I was getting irritated, but mostly at myself for not making an appointment and for coming when I had limited time to spare. The manager, I guessed, came over to apologize for the wait and ask if I needed a drink of water. I said, chagrined, that I didn't think I was going to have time for this today and maybe I should come back another day. He apologized again and said not to worry, that someone would be with me soon and they would do my mani and pedi at the same time to get me out faster. He also asked if the foot bath was a good temperature and I said it had gotten a little cool, so he filled it himself with hot water. Very kind and thoughtful. I decided to wait. A full 30 minutes after I had walked in, a technician finally came over to work on me and, I must admit, I was quite frustrated by this time. Boy, am I glad I waited! She got to work so quickly and efficiently that my annoyance was soon assuaged. She was thorough, clearing the dead skin, callus, and cuticle from under my neglected toenails and repairing the ingrown areas more fully than any pedicurist I have ever been to. Despite the deep, almost pediatrist-like treatment, she was so gentle I was highly impressed. Another lady came to take care of my hands with the same gentle efficiency and thoughtfulness. They were as kind and helpful as they were capable. Though I know they rushed through my services because they knew of my limited time, I didn't feel at all rushed. I felt like they concentrated all the pampering I had ordered into the time allowed, skimping on nothing. I have definitely found my new regular nail salon and am already looking forward to my next pampering session at Oasis! Tip: put your hair in a bun and wear a tank top! Lots of blank spots.. asked them to fix it and lady came and put some more on quickly and left polish around the nail and more on her skin... so hit or miss depending on who does your nails/toes. read more

Went in during the morning to have my nails done for vacationing. Was told that my acrylic set would be $35 with polish. I asked why the signage stated $25, and was told that didn't include polish!?! Nail technician cut my cuticles deep where five nails were bleeding after and all cuticles were inflamed. He also charged me for it which I did not ask for! My nails looked cute but immediately started chipping and less than a week later I have zero surviving nails left. They were not secure and I had a break the night I got them. I come here all the time and I love it! I have had many nail techs and they all do an amazing job, never a bad experience yet. Sometimes I bring my daughter, and they never act put out like some places- they treat her with the same respect as an adult if not even better- one time was on her birthday and they went into the back and made a little gift for her just because. Coming here with a group is always good too- they accommodate everyone and front desk is nice too. Area is nice and clean, new, has TVs, and they serve you drinks. Prices are fair. I've been to this salon a handful of times only because it's super close to my house and every time I went I had a very unfriendly rude person doing my nail. They made my cuticles bleed and never apologized for it. The male that was doing my nails was very rude as he handled my hands as they were a piece of garbage. I've never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon like this before. I drive 20 mins now to go to another salon which is totally worth it as they treat their customers with respect and care. Awful experience. Went with my youngest for nails/pedis. At the reception area, I was asked by a gentleman what I would like on my nails (gel, acrylic, dip, etc.). I inquired about the dip re: price and length of time it would take to complete the process compared to my usual gel nails I get. He quoted a price and said it was "not very long at all". I filled out a white service sheet for each of us. One for myself and one for my daughter. We waited some time before I was taken to a table to start my dips. Soon after, my daughter was approached by someone to go to "pedi chair #2". She said she wanted to stay with her momma and was told "No no. You go." (By Sandy-my nail tech.) I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told my sweetie to go ahead and I'd be there soon. (Counting on the fact that I was told the dips wouldn't be long.) I wanted to make sure she got her nails done like she wanted as we were leaving for vacation soon and it was her birthday. I don't know the exact length it took for my dips, but my daughter was back at my table with both her fingers and toes done with art before I was done. Approximately 30 minutes after my daughter was back at my table, Sandy finished and told me to, "Wait here. I be back." I obliged and we waited for a while. (30 minutes or more.) as a first timer at the nail dip process, I was thinking maybe I had to wait a certain time for curing or something along those lines. I had no clue! I even made it clear to her SEVERAL times that it was my first time having that specific service. Especially after she became obviously frustrated and flippantly told me to, "Relax your hand. Relax your hand." I was as relaxed as I could get considering she was twisting my hand and fingers in an unnatural and somewhat painful position. (Side note: there was a black spot in one of my nails. I had a light pink with glitter and Sandy told me that, "This is just glitter. Just So you know. It's glitter.") After my thirty minute or more wait, Sandy came back to the table for me and said, "Oh. I forgot about you." No apologies. No nothing. So now she tells me I can move. I proceed to the pedi area. In return, I get blank stares. No one has the slightest clue that I wanted a pedicure as well. I told two people. It was written down on two sheets of paper with two separate names. Where is the mix up? Kim, the manger, tried to check me out. I informed her I was short a pedi. She showed me my ticket and she said. "Oh. I thought you just wanted dips and so I put you both on this one ticket." Ummm. No. I specifically wrote out what each of us were to have. Plain as day. So now, I'm getting apologies. Kim is apologizing. She gets me to a pedi station as soon as she can. Still apologetic. I was still smiling. Then....I soaked.....for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was watching patron after patron come in, be greeted and offered drink after drink. I was not offered a single taste of water much less a soda. My toe person (we will call her no name. She wasn't wearing a name tag nor did she introduce herself) was in and out pretty quick. I asked for a Diet Coke and she ignored me. My daughter offered to get me one and went and couldn't find the Diet Coke. She said it several times. NOT ONE PERSON BATTED AN EYE. So rude!!! No Name finished, told me. "Go over there" and passively pointed to the nail drying station. She also literally threw my ticket at me and said, "Take this with you, too." I did. She left. My purse and shoes still sitting where I left them. My daughter went and got my purse and shoes for me. Not a minute later, my pedi tub was overflowing with water. All over the floor!!! I had to laugh to myself. Karma is a bitch. So now I'm drying my toes and start looking at my fingernails more. And I realize that the "glitter" spot on my one nail was definitely NOT glitter and I had Sasquatch nails! You know. The kind where you feel like your nails are clubs at the end? I sent a pic to my sis for urgent review. She said they needed a good file on all sides, but overall they looked good. I was tired, thirsty, and just plain over the nail thing by this time and my sweet, patient little girl was hungry. Sandy had told me in the beginning that no filing could be done after the dip was complete. So I was not smiling and asked for the owner. Kim said she was the manager and asked what was wrong. She got the full story. She took me over to the nail table AGAIN and she fixed my left hand. Then Sandy came up and finished. She was rude and was throwing my hands around and filing like a little beaver chewing wood nervously. I just laughed. So childish. She said. "You remember. I ask you if this good shape you say yes. You say yes." I then replied, "Well, I've had a couple hours since then to look them over." Silence. She finished. I checked out. And btw, they do speak in another language when they are saying something about you. Saw it happen to another lady. read more

***the pedicure I got here gave me a fungus on my toenails! I went to have both a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure looked nice and the guy who did it was very good. A girl did my nails at the same time, although she did them very quickly. They looked kind of funny, almost like the simple light pink polish had glitter in it in a really bad way, which was confusing. After I got home and it was dry I looked close and all my nails were covered in air bubbles. It looked terrible and the polish felt rough and very annoying. Two days later I went back, the owner apologized, asked for the name of the girl who did my nails, said it looked terrible and immediately redid them, which was very nice. I left feeling better about the salon. That was until I removed the toe nail polish two weeks later and saw that my toe nails had contracted a fungus from the salon. It's taken me a month and they still aren't even close to normal. Not only is it poor quality, but apparently they'd don't clean well either. Holy cow what a beautiful salon! We were totally catered to here (my 10 yr old and myself). Offered beverages, had them opened for us, smiled at by all the staff, spoken to constantly and checked up on. I will absolutely return. Prices are typical, but the service is out of this world! I had Janice for my pedicure and shellac nails, she did a beautiful job and it was fun talking to her. I can't remember the name of the girl that did my daughters toes and fingers but she was fantastic and complimentary of my daughter. I can say that the service and atmosphere are top notch. They were able to get us in with no wait on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in which is unusual. Although the prices are a bit on the higher end it's expected with location, but as it's extremely clean and pleasant it really wasn't a factor. Exceptional Customer Service! I absolutely love this place!! I've been getting my nails done for years and when this placed opened up not to long ago, I decided to check it out. The owners are super nice and so is every single staff there. This place is super elegant but affordable, with beautiful lighting, flat screen TV on the wall and beautiful chandeliers. I'm sure they hired a interior designer so the atmosphere is very relaxing. They serve water, sodas and wine. I recently got a pedicure with my husband (his 1st time) for our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. Their customer service is exceptional, they talked to us while doing our toes and kept us laughing. They also have a "party room" where you can have a girls day with privacy. I'm still a fan and have been loyally coming for a couple of years now. I'm usually in once a month. Had to go down a star because sometimes when they're rushed they make some mistakes and it can be frustrating. I recently had a rushed pedicure and as such not as much care was put into cutting and filing the toenails which resulted in one toenail very painfully becoming ingrown as soon as it grew back. When they're not rushed the service is still great. Gel manicures last a long time even with my hands on job and they now offer the popular metallic, color-shifting, and holographic colors for a slightly extra charge which I don't mind. So long as you come when they're not super busy the service is fantastic and the results last a long time. read more

This is my new favorite nail salon in Keller. The salon is spotless and their cleanliness habits are exceptionally good. They lined the foot spa with disposable plastic, used a disposable file and buffer and, of course, opened a package of sterilized tools in front of me. The pedicure and gel manicure were very well done with close attention to detail in a reasonable amount of time. The salon itself is beautiful, too, with a crystal chandelier at the reception desk, granite countertops, polished marble floors and recessed lighting throughout. Great job! read more

This was my go to place for a while. I do love the way the place is decorated. I agree with another poster the manicure area is very cramped with no privacy. The pedicure area is really nice. I always get a gel manicure & they have their colors all screwed up. They hand you the colors to pick from & I'm like oh I like #12 (I always pick different colors each time) they couldn't ever find what I picked saying the numbers just changed & would bring out several colors trying to match what I picked & it was never really right. This happened at least 4 times. So I've moved on. read more

Came to this salon based on the 5 star rating. Yelp did not disappoint! The staff was super friendly and courteous! I got the $40 deluxe pedicure, with paraffin. It was exactly what I would expect! Amazing! The salon itself is so clean and well lit. The instruments come out of autoclave bags, and even the nail files are new for each person! Daniel was constantly stopping to text, talk on the phone or go eat. He kept talking to his buddy about how hung over he was and what they would be doing that night to party. It took so long to get my nails done and they didn't look good. I asked him to fix things and he said they were fine and should look that way. I have never had my nails look so bad. I can normally fix them if something happens but there was no fix. I went back in to get them redone and had called before I came because I was leaving out of town for a wedding (which I was in). They said no problem and so sorry. When I got there it was a totally different story. They were very rude to me and talking about me (in English and their language). I told them I wanted the whole set redone on the phone and explained my experience. The manager told me to come in and I had an appointment. I waited an hour and half for someone to do them and then had a kid come over and start. When he tried to put more dip over my nail and not remove anything I started to get really mad. I had to explain again what the manager told me she would do for me which was REMOVE my set and put new ones. He wasn't licensed to do this so he had to stop. I had been to this place multiple times before because I liked them. Apparently the person I went to previously left because she found a nicer place to work. Finally after convincing the owner what I wanted they redid them. They argued with me and didn't want to help me. I had to sit with Daniel staring at my back and talking to his guest about me the whole time. It is less than ten feet so I could hear them. I will never return to this place and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I was there over three hours just to get dipping done and they still looked bad the second time. read more

Very clean salon! They are also very efficient and friendly. They always offer me a beverage and make sure the water is not too hot/cold when getting a pedicure. Sometimes, if you do not have an appointment, there will be a short wait, especially on the weekends. But most of the time, I can just walk in and be taken care of immediately. The techs are very professional and sweet. They use ear pieces to communicate with the owner/manager so that everyone is not screaming across the room. There are plenty of chairs and different rooms for larger parties if needed. Best thing is, they are so close to my house! read more

Nothing special. I wasn't offered any drinks. Got a mani and pedi and had to tell the lady a few times to get more of the cuticle she missed or polish that was left on my skin (which I HATE when they're too lazy to wipe off, but they obviously can see it!). She also only put 2 coats of gel polish on my nails and when I asked her why only 2 coats (because I usually get at least 3 coats at all the other places) she said, "No, only 2 coats because then it's too hard to take off". Massage was pathetic. The staff didn't communicate to me at all while doing my nails (which can be either a good thing or bad thing for some). Definitely won't be back, why would I pay more here when I obviously didn't "get more" at this salon? Not impressed. read more
