Went in to get some rims mounted on some tires. Everything was new out of the box. When I received my rims and tires back they all had scratches on them. I called them and told them about the situation they had me go back to the location upon review they offer to polish them, but I am not on their time and they have already caused damage so why would I trust them to be able to fix the situation and would still have to wait days or weeks to get my stuff back so all I wanted back was a refund for the amount they charged me and they denied it. They probably would've spent more money on the polish and still would've have to deal with me if I was not satisfied with the outcome. I gave them an easy way out and they couldn't even come through with that option. Do not waste your time with this place or business as a whole go somewhere else. read more

Very disappointed in the lack of service I received today, Friday March 28th. On Tuesday March 25th after I got my tires rotated and balanced, I was told my vehicle needed brakes and agree with an appointment time of 9:00 a.m. today where the attendant would pick up my vehicle, service it as needed, then return. At 10:00 a.m. no one called me, and vehicle was not picked up. I called and the female receptionist said she would find out what was going on and call me back. Never received a return phone call and my vehicle as not serviced as scheduled. Quite disappointing as I have taken in several vehicles for service and normally was satisfied with the work performed. True lack of professionalism to at a minimum return my phone calls especially when this location recommended the brakes service needed. Outside of the free tire rotations I will need serviced (bought the tires at this location), I will not consider anymore services from this location. read more

Don't give this place your money. They don't honor their work and give you the runaround if issues arise. Bought my own parts to them so they could install them, was told it'd be no problem. Picked up my car looking super lifted and was told "the parts will adjust in 30 days" ??? Ok sure.. 30 days pass, I take the car back in the same condition and the manager tells me "it's the parts. Take it to the dealership" he didn't even bother lifting it to see if anything looked off when I went back. Took the car to the dealership... turns out the parts are perfectly fine, Oasis just didn't do the installation correctly. The general manager (I think?) Rigo or Rico- was fantastic. I had an issue with my car after getting it aligned, but he ensured me the problem would get fixed. I couldn't bring my car back in right away due to my schedule... but he remembered me a week later and told me to come right in. They have good prices, can do a bit of everything and they did a good job installing my coilovers on my car. They let you know the pricing up front. Today I had them put new plugs, wires, distributor cap, oil change, and service the A.C. cost was about 260. I provided the plugs and wires. The downside is that they like many other shops dont call until way after it is done and like many others one hour means three. I always just drop it off anyways, oh I am bumping it to a four star for them picking me up and dropping me off two separate times at no cost. Tomorrow they are putting in front and rear control arms on my car and they repaired a puncture for $10. People giving them one star for the old business..listen for lack of a word I want to use...people this is a different business and you even put it in your review yet you still give them one star. read more

This review is based on my first experience with them. Ive learned through experience that tire stores very greatly in their knowledge, skills and often times they are wrong. Case in point: I went to Walmart Auto yesterday needing to have a tire repaired since it was losing air pressure. After waiting 4 hours I was told their was tear in the tire and was not repairable. They increase the tire pressure to 40psi & advised me to get a new or used ASAP. I would have bought one from them right away except that I was short of funds. I asked for recommendations. They referred me to Oasis which is what this reviews based on. I arrived their this morning and was told the problem was a torn value stem. Interesting two different places each with, a presume some training, come up with two different conclusions. One being fixable and the other non fixable. I will be monitoring the tire to see what happen's. The rating of 4 is based on their professionalism not that they were correct since at this point I don't know. I will update the review with results; UPDATE: 4-09-19 Found this morning that my tire that was supposedly fixed due to a bad value was near flat again. Drive back over Oasis upset. In fact I took my wife along just to claim down. This time they said I had ran over a nail due to all the construction in the area & said the tire was not fixable. This is what Walmart Auto Care had told me in the first place. So again, I had to purchase another used tire for $35.00 dollars. So in total this place has now taken $61.01 & I'm still not sure if it is fixed If financial able purchase new tires but that is not always possible. My rating will remain at 2 primarily due to my lack of trust. I would have felt better if they had given me the used tire free since yesterday they told me it was only a leaking value steam. Today they did show me the hole where they claim I ran over a nail but this is exactly what Walmart had told me a day before. In summary I would avoid doing business with them. read more

The one star is the staff. They are the only reason I think people come back. Especially Eric and Bree. Kind of pricey. Stuff you can buy yourself and have put on somewhere on alameda. Very limited seating. No outside seating. The bathroom is right next to the bathroom. You can smell and hear everything. Kind of lengthy wait. 2 weeks it took me and a 2 thousand dollars. Lesson learned. This is probably why mom and pop shops don't last long here. They have nobody to answer to. No corporate office to communicate with. If they sell you tires and there is an issue they will refer you to the manufacturer. My car came in for new tires rotation and lift but I left with new tires that are now rubbing and a leaking transmission. Thanks guys read more

BAD BOYS AT THE OASIS ... ANOTHER MESS ! THEIR JOB ON OUR VEHICLE AFTER A FEW MILES (see our review of last November 27, 2018): (i) PARKING BRAKES: ZERO HOLDING, from the beginning (the Boys started to work on it back in July 2018). (ii) REGULAR BRAKES, rear right side: The rotor seems a round of cheese after the mice's attack. For emergency and our "safety" they had a genial idea, simply disactivating the caliber. (iii) REGULAR BRAKES, rear left side: An hemorrhage of oil under the disk. They changed the old caliber with a new one, after the same "issue". Conclusion: A MESS !! Anyway, the MESS was pretty cheap ! Only eight thousands of dollars to pay cash under the threat of the retain of the vehicle .... Plus another $ 1,000 just to fix the the MESS ! ..... Fuck !!! Suggestions ? Beware the Bad Boys, as we wrote in our first posting !! ... Any way, if it's to late, lock your wallet until you have tested in deep your vehicle running for a sufficient mileage. read more

Oasis sold me a full sized spare tire that does not fit the vehicle, aware I was sending my son on a cross country road trip tomorrow. Despite specific instruction to the mgr to test the spare for fit, they chose to disregard the safety of my family. He offered me and explained all the different services that they have and that I really needed at this specific time, so everything became so easy for me. Worst experience ever...had an alignment done at their sister store and, before the month warranty was up, I took it in here for a slight pull to the left. Got there at 10am and left at 4:39pm; that's almost 7 hours. Originally paid $225 at their sister store for my front struts to be adjusted and an alignment and was told I had a one month warranty. From the minute I got to the Joe Battle location, Mike (the older guy) was rude and quick to try and charge me for an entirely new alignment and couldn't for the life of him bring up any information that I had gotten an alignment recently...good thing I had all my papers and receipts with me in the truck. After pretty much arguing with Mike that it was still under warranty, he asked for my keys and drove my truck to the back. I was sitting down waiting for a while when he called me up there to sign something; he was asking me to sign a sheet of paper with a quote on there saying I was going to pay $35 dollars. I explained to him again that I wasn't paying anything, as the work was covered under a one month warranty. He then asked to see my papers from the other location AGAIN, so I had to go out to my truck and get them for him yet again. So after several hours of waiting there, he then calls me to the back to look at the alignment and explains to me that I need to pay $65 dollars for them to cut/shorten the tie rod ends because they were supposedly bottoming out and needed to be cut about a quarter inch. I said I'm still not paying anything. I had already paid $225 to have all this done correctly at the other location and that if this was something that needed to be done to get my truck in spec they needed to take it up with them. So after having to explain all this to Joe the manager and yet again having to show everyone the papers and receipts from their other location, he told the tech to go ahead and cut them and get it done. After sitting there for another hour or so, Mike asked me to go into the office with Joe and asks me to sit down. He then explains to me that they didn't have to cut anything after all and that they pretty much got it into spec and that they were going to take it for a drive and see how it was. That was a big red flag. One of the techs took it for a drive and came back and went straight to Joe and was being super shady and secretive. I asked what the concern was and after hesitation the tech says there's still a slight pull to the right..."just slightly though. go drive it and see what you think." So I took it for a drive and it was exactly the same as it was when I took it in, no different. I get back from the little drive and park it in the back and here comes Mike asking yet AGAIN for my papers and receipts from their other location to make copies. This just pisses me off, so Mike tells me to go talk to Joe. So, I went in and told him its still pulling to the right and he said, "ok, we'll have them cut the tie rods." Another hour goes by and the tech looks like he is going to take my wheels off and asks for my wheel locks and apparently never ends up taking my wheels off and Joe says they were able to get more adjustment. He and I go for a drive. He is driving and what do you know? ...still pulling to the right because they keep trying to cut corners and just don't want to do it right. So, the truck goes back to the back yet again for more adjustments and so they can cut the tie rods. ANOTHER hour goes by and he says they were able to make some adjustments and didn't have to cut anything. We go for a drive again and finally it's straight, but the printout shows that everything was adjusted and in the spec range--not perfect though. Needless to say, this was the least professional business I've ever dealt with and cutting as many corners as possible is their shady business-/not professional at all. I'm going to be taking my truck to a professional who specializes in alignments, which is what I should have done to begin with next week and gladly be paying him to look over it all and do what he needs to do to make it right. I'll be spreading the word all over base and with all my fellow military members to steer clear of Oasis Tire company. read more

BAD BOYS in the OASIS Beware from this shop and chain of shops! You go to their shop asking to fix brakes (light leak from the pump) and suspension (new shocks and leaf springs). They charge you for labor and parts. Trusting the vendor you pay the invoice. But, unfortunately, after a couple of days you run out of brake fluid in a lake of oil. With an extra surprise: one of the four news shocks is mysteriously missing. You go back to the shop without the use of breaks [!!], with the missing shock and with zero brake fluid. Evidence of malpractice written with capital letters! The vendor, instead "of running" to a prompt recovery from the damages, blindly continue to "ad gas to the fire" of their wrongs: (a) They badly mount a the missing shock. ... And after a few hours you realize that the sustaining bolt appears curved under the weight of vehicle! (b) Surprisingly they fail two time to diagnose the hemorrhage of brake's red oil: (b1) Saying that leaks the support of the engine oil filter. They forget that the oil of the engine is yellow and not red! (b2) Saying that the leak was coming from the steering gear. They forget the obvious ! ... You arrived at the shop with the reservoir of brake oil completely empty. But, in the meanwhile, the oil tank of the steering system was perfectly at its regular level. Unfortunately, after the wrong diagnosis, in bona fide you have also to run to purchase a new steering gear with an other hemorrhage of your money, ... this time ! Conclusion. If you are so unlucky to enter in their shop to submit your vehicle to their care (??) be carefully! Keep an eye, or better, both eyes wide open! Before you open your wallet: (1) Give a look to the parts that the mechanics have removed from your vehicle, just to be sure that the damages are not related with the malpractice of the vendor; (2) Test meticulously your vehicle to understand if the issues that you suffered before to enter in the shop are really disappeared and/or new problems are arising from the test ... ... and ... in the ass of the whale !!! read more

Horrible service. Very bad business, extremely slow, their estimated times are way off. They give you a price quote, then when it comes time to pay, it's a couple hundred dollars more than they said. They ruined my custom rims, there were very deep scratches on all the rims from their machine they use to remove the tire from rim. I have had to take it back twice now to have them fix something they messed up. I have to take it back again for the third time now because of the scratches on rim. Lacks leadership, lots of workers that just sit around and goof off while there are not any vehicles in bay, except mine and two others. They were about 4 hours late from the time they said it will be done and instead of the manager putting more guys to help fix my truck they just goofed off. Stay away from this place read more

Very disappointed with the service. A year ago my husband took his 2005 F-150 for new tires, rims and a lift. We left happy and satisfied. He purchased a Raptor a little after and when he wanted some new tires we thought "Hey, let's take it to Oasis". Tires were purchased and installed but they were missing a new part that they had to order so they told my husband to take his truck back 3 days later. He was asked to be there at 8:30 and when he dropped it off they told him it would be ready at 2:00. When he went back at 2:00 they claimed they were having trouble with it and would "maybe" have it ready at 5:00. Went back to the shop at 5:00 to see the truck ready but also missing a quarter of gas and having close to 7 more miles on it then when it was dropped off (we made sure to take a picture of the miles before). My husband called oasis and asked them about how far they take vehicles for a "test run". The first response was "around the corner". The manager then spoke with my husband and my husband asked him the same question, the managers response was "about a mile". We were asked to send a manager an email with the photos and explanation of what happened and he says he will be looking into it and sending it into corporate. I really hope we get a response soon because if not we will be taking it to corporate ourselves. Extremely disappointed with the service and morals of their workers. You would think that these employees would have some integrity and do their job right, instead of taking customers vehicles for joys rides. Bought four tires and the alignment from Oasis on Joe battle. The alignment was so bad my two front tires worn out on the inside part of the tire. I mean the tires are bald 1 inch on the inside on both tires. I didn't catch it because both tires looked brand new except for 1 inch. I called them and asked them what they could do. They said come in and let us check your front end. It took them 3 hours to find out there was nothing wrong with the front end. (The store was almost empty and now I know why) Since it was their fault they offered to sell me a new alignment and sell me two new tires. (What an offer for something that was their fault!) I turned down their generous offer and told them I would take my car to another tire store. What scares me the most is that my family and I had just come back from a funeral in Dallas Tx. I learned my lesson about Oasis Tires on Joe Battle. I gave them one star because the parking lot is clean and the commode in the bathroom flushes. read more

These guys are scam artist. The manager Joe is in it with all the employees in the scam. I went for a simple alignment and they broke my struts and wanted me to pay 475.00 for new ones. The sales guy named Robert was also in the scam. He said one price and Joe said another. They disrespected my wife by saying she didn't know anything about cars and that they rather talk to me. I had to go in four times to get my car going straight. I'm filling a report to the BBB and will take it to small claims court. I advise you not to go to this business.
