This review is LONG over due (I'm so sorry Leo!!) but I cannot rave enough about this company!! I work for a tech startup in SF and finding someone to come out and install a projector in our office was not easy!!! I wish I would have reached out to Leo first!!! Upon my first contact with him on 7/11 he responded back quickly and setup a walk through almost immediately! I let him know that another company had ghosted me (feel free to dig through my reviews for that one!) and that we were hosting a meetup for techies in our office on 7/28, so we barely had 2 weeks to get it done! It was literally a walk through the park for this company! Where we needed it mounted was hanging from our 20+ foot ceiling, to project onto a blank wall that hung just below our drop down lights. Yes, we were definitely asking for the impossible to happen by yesterday! Once everything arrived I was able to schedule the install for 7/26 (2 days before our meetup - insert sweat laughing emoji). Leo delivered to the T! Leo is amazing! We originally hired him to help put up our tv. He was able to hang the tv and add a new outlet behind so that none of the wires were showing. He did such a great job that we didn't even need to hire someone to patch anything (wall wise). The job was so beautifully done, that we also have been using him for all of our other odds and ends electrical needs, such as switching out old fluorescent garage lights, outdoor motion lights to smart ones, indoor recessed lights, old plugs, and new outdoor lighting. I wanted a TV mounted outside. Leo responded promptly and visited my location without charging a quote fee. He was very professional and provided me numerous great suggestions about how to do the job in the best possible way. He then provided a detailed quote for me. Often, he suggested items to purchase rather than charging me for them so I could save money buying direct. On the day of the work, he was punctual and showed up with his assistant. They moved quickly and were able to open up holes in the interior wall to run ethernet and electrical to an outdoor outlet that he put in. He patched everything up and then verified with me that the outdoor tv was working properly. The whole day, he worked while my house had lost power when PG&E had an issue. I highly recommend him for any audio/video or electrical work. I look forward to using him again in the future if I need anything. read more
