I love going to stylist where you can show them a bunch of pictures of models and they get a sense of your hair goals. This business has made me feel like I didn't know what I wanted because I cannot directly tell them what to do to get me there. I have no hair background that is why I go to a salon for help, not to be shamed! I love the dark brunette look. I also love curtain bangs and I got neither. This is by far the worst color I've ever had from a "professional salon." I have a random bleached strip that runs into brass then my dark root. None of the pictures I showed have bleach blonde highlights - not even close. The highlights throughout look brassy/orange. I hate my hair. I've never had it colored so poorly. I rarely get my hair done so the color should have turned out gorgeous if she knew what she was doing. She truly did whatever she wanted and did not listen to my requests. The owner responds about charging me more for a balayage, yet I never once requested a balayage. She also mentions I booked the wrong appointment and that is why they had to "go out of their way for me." I'm sorry you don't view a customer as good business and as an inconvenience. Sorry I don't understand the proper hair terms but it's pretty obvious from the pictures I did not get what I was going for. read more

I I really don't have any complaints. They were very flexible with working with both of our schedules Since Erin got a little busy and wasn't sure if she would have the time to make sure that I was comfortable and not rushed through the appointment, but since I was not able to reschedule because of another commitment, Amy was able to take over for the first portion of my haircut and Erin was able to finish the styling. They offered tea or coffee as I waited and I felt very good when I left there so I was very happy overall. Also, I personally love Aveda products so I was very pleased that they used it there. read more

I asked for a trim and side bangs to frame my face. Janessa was happy to oblige and recommended curtain bangs. I loved my cut and she treated me well. My hair is dark and I was told by other salons that they wouldn't recommend dying my hair a light color. Her previous client before me also had dark hair and by the time I came for my appointment, he was fully blonde. Janessa said she can color my hair in any way I'd want. I'll be back! read more

The salon: clean, following covid guidelines, disposable masks on site, good protocols to avoid crowding. Added bonuses, close to my house and I was in one of the booths that had walls on both sides and it's own sink. Literally sat my butt down and less than an hour and a half later I was good to go. The stylist: Jenny was wonderful. She cut my hair exactly as asked, neutralized some crazy brass colors to prep for future hair goals, she was a good conversationalist, and wow she works fast. I literally have nothing bad to say about this Salon. I basically just walked in yesterday and they were swamped so they made me an appointment for today. I told the stylist what I wanted, believe her name was Kaitlin or Kayla, but not positive. I am horrible with names. Anyway she gave me exactly what I wanted and even better. This is a great little gem salon (don't know if its hidden but I just found it!) I went in today for a gel manicure which was excellent. Nails look and feel great. There is so much here its more like a spa- they do facials, full hair cut/color services and lots of wonderful-smelling Aveda products. One of the stylists helped me pick out styling creme for my hair and helped me put some in while in the shop so I could see how it worked- that was unexpected and very nice to be able to try it out before buying it. Kayla did such a great job! I decided to do a pretty dramatic cut and chop off my super long hair above my shoulders. She made me feel at ease and calmed my nerves about making such a big change. Yay, I found a new Salon to go to. I have crazy curly hair. It requires a good cut and a lot of work. I have been snipping on it myself in the past weeks cause it's been driving me nuts ( not a good idea FYI ) So, I decided to try this place after reading a lot of the reviews. I am so happy I did. I booked my appointment with Amy. She did a fantastic job. Not only the cut etc, but she also asked me a lot of questions to make sure I get what I want. She also cut my hair on the dryer side. Which is something I always wanted but a lot of stylists don't do. When your curly hair is cut wet, it ends up much shorter while dry. I am very happy and will continue to come here. read more

I came here last minute on an impulse hair cut kinda day. I gave Amy very vague instructions "just cut it all off" and walked out feeling fabulous! Amy gave me a cut that is super low maintenance for this busy, half-lazy, super tired new mom. Getting ready for work has gotten easier as she gave me some tips and tricks to style my hair (about 5mins)! This is a hidden gem! Tucked away in a strip mall facing Parker road near Havana, you can easily miss it. Don't. It's a beautiful little salon and spa. The people are friendly and it's super clean. I'm very "meh" about my hair and it looks fantastic after my cut. I have fine, thin hair and it's a mess to cut because it dries instantly and flies everywhere. A full hour was taken and lots of precise cutting and trimming. A lot shorter than I'm used to (I gave her full rein on what to do) but fantastic. They have facials and waxing and do nails. Definitely going to try out the waxing and nails next time. I can't believe I found such a good place. I've been looking on and off for months now and am so glad I found Obsessed. read more

My stupid self messed up the dates and I came in a week late to my hair appointment, Ooops! Jenny working up front was really understanding and accommodating and squeezed me in regardless of her schedule being packed. So, I really appreciate her being so great about that, especially since I know one person being late or someone who is unexpected shows up... it can really mess up the whole day. So, again thanks for that. All I needed was to get a wash and trim my dead ends, and that's exactly what I got done! The only complaint that I have is my hair didn't have that "salon done" look, I was honestly disappointed but again, I can't complain since they were sweet about my schedule mix up and squeezing me in. Lea (sorry if my spelling is off!) was so kind on the phone and asked all the questions needed to understand what I wanted so she could schedule the right length of appointment. Erin worked magic with my hair- cut at least, if not more, than 6 inches off and did a beautiful honey blonde balayage.
