Instead, the technician took photographs and left without completing the service. Two days prior to this appointment I seriously considered canceling my membership due to ongoing concerns with the company's declining service standards. Unfortunately, I decided to give Legacy one final opportunity and renewed the membership. The outcome of today's appointment unfortunately confirmed my concerns.
