There have been times when my drivers have been rear ended by other people and Troy and Julie have worked well with us at getting the cars repaired and back on the road with very little down time. This rating is based on 4 categories that are important to know about any auto collision center. My experience with this place is a complete distaster. After being involved in a Tbone collision with my 2009 vehicle (other party at fault) their insurance company, Mercury, recommended this location. Quality of work: "F" grade. The vehicle was returned to me after 6 weeks with a fixed bumper. The bumper had a new 5 inch dent in it. It was then returned to me in 3 days later. I drove it for several days and noticed the passenger window was rattling. I then took it back to them for repair. They had it for another 2 days and I became suspicious and suspect of their quality of work. I noticed a 1/2 inch gap between the bumper and fender. The bumper was loose and fender was loose. I saw the the new moulding around the window was hastily replaced and the seal was not done correctly. I drove it over the weekend and while on the fwy I hear a loud "pop" from the undercarriage. I come home to inspect the vehicle and noticed the suspension or axle was broken. It was never fixed correctly. This was a 2 year old vehicle with no prior histories of being involved in a collision. Custumer Service: "C" Grade. If they make a mistake they will pay for your rental. However, each time you bring it back you have to take time off from work and go through the same hassle. Timely: They take alot of time to complete the work. I would not mind if they took the time and had it done correctly. That is not the case. The work comes back sloppy. Ethics: Do a test drive with shop manager (manu) when it is returned to you. Verify the work each time. Do a 360 walk around. The place is owned and operated by Iranians. I have no problems with them however, an obvious cultural difference exists in business and honesty. They will take short cuts to effect the bottom line. Additional tips: Return your rental vehicle after you have fully inspected your repaired (or lack of repaired) vehicle. This way you don't have go recheck a rental after discovering your car was not done correctly. In the end I did not allow them to repair my vehicle. I had zero confidence and a heavy suspicion of their work. I took it to the original dealership where I purchased it. They did a full inspection and rechecked their work. They found the ball pin joint was never secured properly. The bumper and window was not attached correctly. Had I flipped over on the freeway with my 3 yr old nephew it would have been a complete distaster/nightmare. I filed a fraud complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I brought my 2 week old car to OC Auto Collision after it had been while parked at my office. Tag, the opener, was very helpful and personally came out and inspected my car and the damage. He assured me that he would be able to make my car look like new again. I stopped by a couple of times to check on my car during the process, and I even met with the guys who were working on my car and let me tell you, these guys KNOW what they are doing! All of the technicians there are very friendly, and polite. I even saw the owner out there working with his guys! It isn't a fun situation to be in, but sometimes you have no choice. Had a large amount of damage after our tow bars malfunctioned and our jeep slammed into the back of our 40' diesel RV motor coach -- GRRR!!!! Because the end cap is just one BIG piece of fiberglass and the MFG didn't have this to replace. I knew it was going to be tough to get rebuild so it aligned correctly, functioned properly and color matched the existing design. After Tag and Troy walked me thru exactly how they would handle it, I left it in their hands. They have a large drive in paint both for RV and enough space to easily accommodate securely storing the coach while being repaired. The work turned out great and we were very satisfied with the results. The cap fits perfectly and now even more sturdy and aligned correctly with the rest of the rear end and color matching was spot on with existing design. This place was a huge disappointment. My husband and I took my car here to fix a side mirror. They took forever just to come out and look at the car. We ended up being there for about four hours and finally left a deposit for the mirror to be ordered. He told us it would take two business days and cost a total of $400. Three business days later I called to follow up and was given the run around. They said they didn't know when the part would be in. I asked for a timeframe since we'd been told two business days and they had taken our money but they continued to say they couldn't tell me. We finally asked for our money back. All in all it was a waste of an entire week. We went to ICC Collision and got it done in a half hour for $276. read more
