Brought my boss's Maserati in for some body work. This car was trashed. The car was stolen, in a high speed police pursuit and tboned, totaled........ Only my boss didn't want it to be totaled. So we went to the first place - big mistake (if I can find them on yelp I'll review it - but they are out of business now anyways..). Bad job, sure it worked and drove after but there was overspray, 3 colors of paint that you could see in direct sunlight, everything was rough. Door jams weren't even, everything was broken. Brought the car in for one dent and to fix some of the other stuff. Spoke with Tag and he fixed everything we asked better then we could have ever expected (it was bad) The car is back at his shop and now he will start working on some of the other work that needs to get done. I fully expect the car to be as good as possible once he's complete. Pricing between OC auto and other reputable dealers was very competitive. There doesn't seem to be much room to play with when it comes to this stuff - he still saved me a tiny bit of money and got the job done on time. read more

This place is wonderful. All employees are extremely polite and the shop is clean. I have had both vehicles repaired there and I would not go anywhere else. I have been to other collision repair places here in town and will not revisit them. Michael and Jimmy both worked together to bring my Mazda back to new. They even did a couple of things without me asking and did not charge for it. This place gets a definite 5 stars. OC Auto Collision did an excellent job repairing my Toyota Camry. The engine under covers had come lose, and were dragging on the pavement. The attachments to the bumper and to the wheel well fender liners were thrashed. A different repair shop said I needed a whole new bumper, but said nothing about the fender liners. Tag ( the owner of OC Auto collision) said he could repair the front bumper, and put in new fender liners. His total price was a hundred dollars less than the other auto shop. Tag said it might take four days, but he did it in three. The quality of his work was excellent. I would recommend OC Auto Collision to anyone who wants a great job done at a good price. read more

Don't walk away...RUN! Had a horrible experience with these people who promise and promise and have all the excuses in the world why they cannot do what they say they would. To them, you can say apologies but you don't have to mean it. These people do horrible work and worse of all take forever doing it. Now I need to find a good repair shop and fix their mess. I was kind and patient throughout hoping the outcome would be worth the wait....it was not. It was worse. After the car was picked up, it broke down a block away and they fixed a wire. Then fifteen minutes later it overheated and had to be towed back. Be forewarned ...you can tell they are lying for their lips are moving. read more

My car suffered a dent from a car door in an adjacent parking spot in a mall parking lot. The dent was about an inch and required painting. The first place I went to offered to fix it for an overwhelmingly expensive price. I heard about Tag at OC Collision and he offered to fix it at 1/4 the other shop's price. Tag did the job for the estimated price in the same time frame he had given me. The work was excellent, with absolutely no trace of the damage left. We had a door damage on a Lexus. Another company told us to replace the door. San Clemente Auto Collision said that it would be fine to replace the door panel and it would look like new. - It looked like new !!! OC Auto Collision did a great job repairing my car after one of the doors was smashed. They not only replaced the door and fixed the surrounding body area, but also painted and buffed several major scrapes that occurred before the accident at no extra charge. BEWARE! This place does not doesn't care about what California Laws mandate. The owner, Habib Taghizadeh, failed to provide me with a written estimate after I made several requests for one, began repairing my vehicle, ordered parts without my knowledge or authorization, and then tried to charge me $5,000 in repairs when I provided all the parts myself. The icing on the cake was when they tried to give me my car back with the windshield literally cracked in half, and sensors and body parts missing that were not missing when I originally brought my car there. When I told Habib that I was going to file a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, he threatened to damage my vehicle and to rip off all the parts he put on (which I bought myself). This business should be shut down, dont make the same mistake I did, and STEER CLEAR of this business and its violent and shady business practices. Dont be fooled by their initial friendliness, this place is terrible. read more
