We took our cavapoo there - she is a small dog. She is skittish, but not mean! She had a great experience and came out looking exactly as fluffy as she should with a perfect little teddy bear face and a dog grooming cut that actually made her body look proportionate and sporty! they can definitely handle large dogs because at the same time we brought her in a man was bringing in his very large, very furry Shepherd breed also for a grooming. She was $90 and it included doing her ears and her nose and trimming her bum. She came out happy and healthy and we will be using this service again.

He's…read moreusually a pretty fussy boy, especially with nail trims, but they were able to get it done both times without overwhelming him or putting him in a bad place! All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!! Maybe get "desk treats" also help ease him in, and he is so fresh and stylish when he comes home. Lemmy has a million old man nuggets and OCHT groomers do a fantastic job of navigating those during his wash & groom. It's very easy to park here and they do a great job of scheduling so that there is at least 1 dog to play with while waiting and 1 dog getting groomed at a time. Every attention is on my Lemmy and I appreciate how much care goes into making the experience sweet for the dog himself. Mahalo to you all for the greatest experience a dog and dog mom can have! Called and was able to get an appointment for a couple days out…read more We have a standard poodle mix and we had been gone for 2 weeks camping and in rivers. So she was dirty and matted. Had pretty much expected to shave her since she was living her best life being dirty and free. So we did. It took our groomer about 3 hours to shave her. But when we got her back, we could tell she hadn't been mistreated. There are times when we get her back and she skittish or jumpy. She was perfectly fine. I did ask her to cotton ball her ears so she wouldn't get an ear infection since she's prone to those. She didn't get one. She looks so cute, Is so soft, and smells good. She did exactly what I asked her to do. 10/10 Will definitely be using them again! Great price for being mobile grooming!

(This is a common occurrence w this breed) Neli always cleans around their eyes, de-mats them, cuts their nails, cleans their ears, and makes them look a few shades whiter and more pristine than EVER. I am very OCD and like to keep them perfect and regal I have learned that most groomers say they can do cats but it is very very difficult to find a good cat groomer.
