OC Brewhouse is conveniently located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel and open late night. I like to use convenience because we dined here on a Friday night when we arrived from Vegas and also dined Saturday late night after a full day in Disneyland. During the first night, we had lemon pepper chicken wings with fried potato chips and a burger with fries. The chicken wings were perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked and juicy on the inside. We also got the campfire cookie, which is a must! You won't regret it. Comes with a chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream, with chocolate syrup. Wings and the campfire cookie were my favorite! Second night I had the blackened salmon. I wasn't sure what to expect since I'm picky with salmon but the blackened salmon tasted just as good, if not better than a blackened salmon in a fine dining establishment. Salmon was perfectly cooked, moist, flakey, and the blackened seasoning was on point! We had the same server both nights. It was not the fastest service, but our server was very nice. Plus we were with great company, so we were in no hurry. Ambiance was great when you're eating late night because there's not alot of people. Definitely would eat here again if I stayed at this hotel again.

Juan's Chicken Quesadilla

SUMMARY: Decent food and convenient if you are staying in the Hyatt Regency Orange County FOOD: The food took a little longer than usual to come out, but that's probably because we showed up right when it opened. Our server was super nice too. We ordered the Juan's Chicken Quesadilla and the Bao Buns. The chicken quesadilla was surprisingly packed with delicious cheese and very seasoned chicken, I was impressed. The Bao buns were silky smooth with a balanced flavor profile between the pork, sauce, and pickled jalapeños. Both portions weren't too large, but decently priced at 17 and 18 dollars, respectively. Very conveniently located bar/restaurant in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Orange County. The atrium of this hotel is really nice so the seating area is really nice with a very open feeling. Give it a shot if you're staying in the hotel, but no need to travel to the hotel just for this food.

Food has always been good and is really nice to have this option attached to the hotel for those late days at Disneyland.

I had an appettizer, and i enjoyed it. The fries are differently seasoned and in a good way, they are good! Our service was nice and checked in on us. Cool area to chill and grab a bite and a drink.

soft pretzel sticks with cheese fondue + ale-stone ground mustard = $10

I stayed at the Hyatt and was hankering for a snack. The staff at the OC Brewhouse was super friendly and accommodating. We ordered snacks to take to our room, but there is a dine in area for your convenience. I ordered the following: -soft pretzel sticks ($10): soft pretzel sticks served with cheese fondue + ale stone ground mustard -kids chicken tenders ($8): served with fries Best take out situation - not only was it tasty, it was a good bang for your buck considering most hotel dining establishments take advantage of their guests. The pretzels were so soft and buttery - it was lathered with a garlic butter. Both the cheese fondue and ground mustard were great complements to the pretzel. And honestly, who knew ordering from the kid's menu would be the move - for $8, you get 3 pieces of chicken tenders and very many fries. This was worth its weight in gold. I would recommend ordering from the appetizers here + anything from the kid's menu - good bang for your buck.

The menu very limited

We got food to go . It was good . Nothing to be over the moon about but .. the order came when expected and the food was hot fresh and yummy .. serving sizes are a bit on the smaller side but not too small . And the server/bartender that took my order was accurate and accommodating. So thanks guys . Keep up the good work .

We went downstairs while staying at the hotel and tried this place out. They have limited selection but the food was surprisingly good. My two kids and I left with tip for under $40 and everyone's was good. Service was quick and friendly too. It got very busy around 515pm on a Monday, so plan accordingly.

We stayed the night at the hotel and wanted food that quick and easy. We ended up sitting for hours eating, drinking and talking to our lovely waitress. Can't wait to come back! The drinks and the food were delicious

Update: we got food poisoning! I would never try this place again after the food been so salty and making us sick!

Cauliflower

Service was bad! I can to order a to-go order, one of the workers had asked David G. (Our server) to take our order. We were right in front of David and he asked his co-worker "take the order for who" his co-worker told him again " her the lady in front of you" and once again David asked "who?". Being the only lady in front of him I found this to be very disrespectful on his part. On to the food. The Buffalo Cauliflower was soggy and tasted as if they had been made and reheated. The Shrimp Pasta was super salty and cold. The only good plate was the tomato soup. Everything came out to about $100, for the taste I was supper disappointed. Service and food were both bad. Update: we got food poisoning!!! After eating the food we started experiencing a bad pain in our stomach and it was all bad from there.

Shrimp scampi was delicious, the shrimp is a jumbo size, cooked perfectly. Champagne was nice and cold , service was great

Their beers are pretty solid with standout for me being their 7.4% Hazy IPA. One thing to note is one pint could be $7 while the next is $11 ~ the prices do vary a bit. Since it's in a food hall, there is tons of seating and it was never overly crowded at the bar. Nice bartenders that were always quick to attend to my group of friends the whole night! We had a fabulous night thanks to the folks at Capo Craft~!

We were treated to a live DJ while treating ourselves to good beer and good bevs. The Capo West Coast IPA is solid, but the Capo Hazy IPA blew me away. We 10 to 16oz pours, but a pitcher of this would've gone well with our crew of five. Lots of great eats nearby to balance it all out. The service was attentive and the crowd was abundant on a Friday night. Capo Craft is open from 11am - 11pm on Saturdays as well as Fridays and from 11am to 9pm Sunday through Thursday. We stayed until closed and shut it down. Mexi Cali Negroni, Mission Margarita, and their Painted Hills (Plata Tequila meets Elderflower Liqueur, Aperol and Agave) all caught my eye. Some cool guest beers available on tap. Cool N/A and Zero Proof concoctions as well. They have frozen slush, but whoever opened that day forgot to make it, which is my only con. Free parking and Wi-Fi courtesy Rodeo 39 Public Market. Restrooms on the north end of Capo. Good place to enjoy the end of the day, celebrate the weekend or the warmer season ahead.

The person who I talked to did not seem very impressed with my questions about the tap list. I had also seen someone post a photo of the menu a few days before my visit, but the menu had rotated by the time I stopped by. I was hoping for them to be serving something dark since stouts are my favorite, but no dice. The root beer float had also been switched out for a chocolate shake, which was creamy and QUITE boozy-tasting. Their sours are truly fruity and acidic. I also enjoyed the passionfruit white guava (and some other fruit which I didn't taste) seltzer, which was heavy on the white guava and even had the same color. The cups are made of a thin layer of glass, which gives off a cute minimalistic air. I'd be interested in coming back to try seasonal offerings, based on previous menu photos that I've seen on Yelp.

There was a line out the door just to order drinks, with only two bartenders working. The second-floor bar was closed, so I went up to the third-floor bar and waited in line for almost an hour before eventually giving up. What made it more frustrating was that the bartenders seemed to be serving people crowding around the bar instead of those who had been waiting in line. There really should have been someone managing the line to keep things organized and fair. We arrived about 2.5 hours before the game started and were able to find seating, but by halftime the place felt completely over capacity--to the point where it was difficult to move around. There should have been staff at the entrance monitoring capacity and controlling entry. We ended up leaving at halftime. Honestly, this was the worst experience I've had at a brewery, and after being a longtime customer, I'll probably take a break from coming back for a while.
