Fried chicken sandwich with onion rings
    Minh V.

I came here after a conference with my colleagues and the food was just okay. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and my friend ordered the steak sandwich and we shared so we can have a variety to try. The chicken sandwich was super dry but the steak sandwich made up for it. I also enjoyed their fries and onion rings. The service was good, not great. I don't remember them coming back to check on us. I love the ambiance. It was giving. Calm vibes. We were the only ones in the restaurant so it was super quiet. It was just us making the noise.

While attending a conference at Anaheim convention center, I came here for my lunch breaks to escape the crowds and to avoid the convention center food. While entrees range from $20-$40, I was happy to enjoy a quiet lunch with delicious burgers and steak sandwiches. While the entrees were quite pricey, I'm appreciative that nFuse allowed me to reset before returning to the chaotic convention center floor. Make sure you make reservations on OpenTable to get your points and to reserve a seat at peak times.

Came here for a birthday lunch and was very happy we found our way over. Had to be at a cheer competition for the day and this was my little break for me. The food was delicious. Decided on short rib as it's usually a fave for me. It was very tender and season well. The asparagus was trimmed properly so I could enjoy the entire stalk without reaching any stringy tough part. Portions were great to balance each bite with the Demi glace and potatoes. Our server was attentive without checking in too much. The restaurant was calm without being too quiet and was welcoming for everyone. Definitely recommend.

Very typical hotel food fare... good portions, flavorful, pricey. Sat outside in the lovely patio area, had a very nice server and enjoyed my salad! The iced tea didn't taste super fresh, which is kinda a pet peeve of mine but otherwise a very decent lunch.

I stopped by NFuse for dinner after a long day at the convention center since it was conveniently located inside the Anaheim Marriott. The experience was pleasant overall. I ordered the crudo and the spare ribs. The crudo was light, fresh, and well-balanced in flavor. The spare ribs were okay. Staff was friendly and food came out quick.

Even though this hotel gem is literally the lobby, there's a chill ambience where you can sit poolside. All of the food is fresh and appears to be made in-house, including the baked, yet still crispy potato chips. I don't know if we just happened to look like health nuts but our server made it a point to tell us our selections were gluten free and not salty. This meal was pricey, but let's be honest, if you're eating from here it's because you need room service to survive or simply too lazy to walk or drive anywhere else. Still a good choice!

While staying at the Anaheim Marriott, we grabbed lunch at NFuse and opted for the poolside patio. Totally embraced the sunshine, gorgeous weather & pool views! A great spot to unwind. I went with the turkey club and sweet potato fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned. Simple, satisfying, and exactly what I was craving. Between the relaxed atmosphere, good food, and poolside views, NFuse is a nice option for a casual meal or drink without leaving the hotel.

We had happy hour and dinner here. We stayed at the Anaheim Marriott and it was super convenient to eat here since it's within the hotel. The service was very friendly, but not as quick and responsive as one would hope. They were busy - it was the Disneyland half marathon weekend and a Saturday night. Food was really good - we had salads, nachos, pretzels, and the steak. My hubby didn't love the steak because of the chimichurri sauce but everything else was good. Drinks were good. I think they just have to work on staffing.

We landed in the evening and went straight to our hotel in Anaheim feeling very hungry, so we decided to eat in the lobby at nFuse Restaurant and Lounge. The food was so fresh and tasty and definitely on the healthy side as far as clean ingredients, pasture raised chicken, grass fed beef, greens grown on the property, etc.! This is my kind of place. Great food. Great ambience. Great Customer service! We loved it so much that we had breakfast the next day and dinner again.

Located in the Anaheim Marriott, nFuse provides good food, great cocktails and attentive service. Whether poolside, inside dining or in the lounge, it's all good. The front lounge area has TVs, pool tables and comfy seats. The restaurant is huge with multiple seating arrangements, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try the fresh made omelettes for the AM and go for the buffet during lunch. The bar area is spacious and serves the full list of beets, wines and spirits.

I dined at Nfuse on two occasions. The first I ordered a craft burger for lunch. It was really good, but the beef patty was burnt on one side. The accompanying fries were crispy, hot, and just a bit over salted which was perfect. My waiter was OK. The dining room was partially empty and he only had a couple tables so he tried to offer excellent service without bugging me too much. On the second occasion I dined in the restaurant for dinner at 11pm on a weeknight. It was packed and I took the only remaining seat in the restaurant which was at the bar. My intention was to eat half of my dinner then order the Tableside S'mores which is mostly why I chose this restaurant, but I was told they were out of the ingredients. The other dessert options wouldn't satisfy my cravings, so I settled on a fried buttermilk chicken sandwich (no pickles). I typically don't like slaw, but it was pretty good. It was more of an elevated cold slaw with a bit of honey for sweetness. The burger also came with the same fries. nFuse offers quality food with the convenience of being in the Marriott. It can get quite loud and is not ideal for an intimate dinner, but I enjoyed the quality of the food.

After a long day walking and talking at the nearby convention center, stopped here for dinner. Sat in back main dining room for a more quiet time. Lighting little dim but comfy. Waiter was nice, friendly, helpful and didn't bug me too much. Had special item: 6 oz bacon wrapped tenderloin w/ Garlic parm. fries and tomato soup Soup was ok. Really hot. Flavor was nice. Tenderloin was ordered med well and came out as ordered. Meat good quality. Fries were great but way tooo much quantity. Felt like I had a really decent filling meal for a n ok price considering it's a higher end hotel. Would come back again and suggest to friends.

Enjoyed an impromptu lunch here during a conference. Located in the Marriott this restaurant has something for everyone. Make a reservation! It was packed and a nice group of women let me and a friend share their table on the patio. We enjoyed the tuna tartare, lobster mac, and turkey club(made with white sandwich bread). Service was good and friendly. Nice view of the pool and garden on the patio which is fairly large. One of the few hotel restaurants without automatic gratuity added to the bill.

Anywhere online one can view the menu?

They don't have the full Menu posted online. Only they have listed the popular dishes.

Can you accommodate reservations for parties of 20?

Yes. The restaurant has a capacity seating for 100+

What time does the kitchen close for food service on weekdays?

    Ia this place kid friendly?

Not sure I would necessarily say "friendly" but accommodating. I don't recall there being a kids menu and it's right next to the convention center, which usually means conference attendees being sloshed, but it's not like they won't let kids in.

Is the Bar/Lounge area open as well during the same hours? Is the restaurant serving the buffet again?

Not sure if bar hours differ. I was there mid-September 2022 and the buffet was available.

How much is the garage parking?

Parking is validated if you purchase at the restaurant

They always do a great job with decorating when they have a new theme in effect, and the Great Gatsby décor is no exception. The room is filled with lots of gold streamers, hanging gold light fixtures, art deco artwork, Roman columns, etc. Reservations are highly recommended. We checked in at the host stand with Emma who was very friendly. She seated us immediately at the bar as requested. We enjoy talking with the bartenders and watching them make drinks. Ruben was our bartender and he was excellent in all aspects. I started out with Between the Sheets from the Gatsby menu (rum, cognac, orange, lemon, $18). Rum and cognac is a great combo. This cocktail is spirit forward and well balanced. She started out with a Bartender's Reserve (you call the spirit and flavor profile, and the bartender crafts something special for you, $20). She gave parameters of no hard liquors like whiskey or cognac, not sweet, and not refreshing (i.e. no cucumber). Ruben made the most amazing gin based cocktail. Some of the ingredients he mentioned were plum, passion fruit, pineapple, lime, and a bit of chartreuse and soda. It was complex and perfectly balanced, with great flavors. We have been here many times, and he even served it in a unique tiki mug that we've never seen here before. Now it was my turn to put Ruben to the test. I also wanted a Bartender's Reserve, and I told him to use any spirit as long as the drink focuses on banana or apricot flavor. He went to work, and after a short time a beautiful frosted glass was served to me. I forget all of the ingredients he mentioned, but it was rye based with banana liqueur, a small foam top, and fresh shaved cinnamon on top. The banana was perfectly present with the rye at a nice level. This was a home run all the way. Of course, she wanted another magical creation, and Ruben went to work yet once again. She was served a beautiful yellow cocktail, and he even hand cut a little lemon fish garnish. It was mezcal based with yuzu, elderflower, mango, and lime. It was perfectly balanced, the smoke was at the perfect level, and again it had a great mix of flavors. There was some left over, and he even gave that to her in a chilled side bottle with its own baby's breath flower garnish. It's so fun to watch their bartenders create something from scratch, grabbing various bottles, mixing, tasting, adjusting, and then garnishing and serving. In addition to Ruben's delicious creations tonight, Adrian and Sergio have also made us delicious custom crafted cocktails on several occasions. We will definitely be returning soon for some of their new upcoming themes.

Not sure how often they change the theme but we'll be back soon to find out. Espresso martini was delicious, Across the Bay was delightful, but the ABSINTHE drinks were INCREDIBLE. They have mixology seminars periodically, and I snagged spots for a friend and me a few days after they reopened. The cost is ~$180 per person and it is held inside the main bar area. They will also validate your parking. Arrive at least fifteen minutes before the start time at the check-in sign near the entrance. When it's time to enter, grab any available seat at the bar or any of the tables. Everything for making the drinks is set up ahead of time. You mix and garnish a cocktail and a mocktail. Kelly Merrell who is well known in tiki/cocktail circles guided the seminar. For an introductory mixology seminar, the format was great with a lot of basic cocktail education and interaction with the attendees. I've been making cocktails at home for a while and even picked up some helpful tips. The "Barrel of Mischief" cocktail we made had six different spirits, which was perfect for describing the different characteristics and some background on each. After mixing up the cocktail, you garnish it however you like from various options provided. The cocktail was very good. Even with all those different spirits, it was very balanced and not boozy and had some complexity. We also made a basic mocktail with lemon, simple syrup, and elderberry tonic. It was even garnished with a cute Mickey Mouse cucumber slice. Apparently, bars have been paying a lot more attention to mocktails lately, which is great for people who don't drink but still want to get the same experience. Once the seminar inside has completed, there is a reception for attendees across from the entrance in the Tangaroa Terrace outdoor patio area. The area was reserved and has tables, a large fireplace, and live music. We were served ahi tuna bites, Hawaiian fried rice, and a Taiyaki waffle fish filled with ice cream. We were also served a Miehana cocktail. Kelly and other Trader Sam's staff mingled with guests. Each attendee also received a Trader Sam's 15th anniversary mug a few weeks before its general release. I had a great time, learned a few tips, and I finally got to see the inside of Trader Sam's. Since reopening, they are now walk-in/waitlist only and no reservations, and they said it's actually easier to get in now. I'm looking forward to returning during regular hours for food and cocktails.
