He was attentive and communicated the status of our drinks and meal. The drinks were more sweet but we opted for the bowls and they were really good. I really wanted to give this place a fair chance, and I made an effort to be friendly and respectful from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, the bartender was rude and seemed to have an attitude toward me from the beginning. I arrived early on a Wednesday, so I assumed she might have been getting ready for her shift and tried not to bother her. I ordered a drink and asked about happy hour. She responded with an attitude and explained that happy hour hadn't started yet. That part was completely fair--I should have checked the hours beforehand, so no issue there. What bothered me was the overall attitude afterward. It took a long time for her to take my order, and I continued to feel like I was inconveniencing her even though I was being polite. Then two guys walked in, and suddenly her energy completely changed. She became friendly, giggly, and attentive. I couldn't help but wonder why I wasn't receiving the same basic courtesy. I understand that bartenders have different personalities and may have off days, but the difference in how I was treated compared with the customers who came in afterward was very noticeable. I'm not expecting special treatment--just the same level of basic friendliness and professionalism given to everyone. For was good no complaints! read more

I went for Buffalo wings on Monday 50 Cent wings, the wings of itself were OK, nothing special, the wing sauce was so salty I couldn't eat them, they charge $.50 for each blue cheese dipping sauce, overpriced wings, Looks like a desperate company that's gonna be end up going out of business anyways, when they're not busy during dinner time, you can tell they'll be going out of business soon, just a matter of time before all this catches up to them, even the server knows they overcharge you for the blue cheese dipping, I probably won't be going back, sad thing read more

Wait time wasn't terrible for a Sunday afternoon, so for that at least, we were grateful. The front of the house host was also very friendly. We saw an online ad for their $10 Endless Apps and thought why not. We get seated and immediately find out that the ad was super outdated and they haven't offered this promotion in a very long time, which was pretty disappointing. What we ended up ordering a la carte were two sets of traditional wings, fries, and chips & salsa. The food was okay and affordable for the portion we received, but nothing to write home about. We received a gift card to this chain restaurant and hadn't been to one in a number of years. We were seated prompty, but our server, sorry do not know her name, was quite busy. She did say I'll be back in a minute. Finally came back and said we wanted two Gin & Tonics for the Happy Hour price as we had waited 10 minutes. She said no problem, we figured we better also order our food. I really wanted a steak with the Whiskey glaze but they were too large. So I ordered the bacon, cheese Whiskey burger with onion rings. My husband ordered a sandwich with pork rib meat and fries. The food came before the G&T's, which were on for the price. Our food was fine, but nothing special except I loved the sauce. After going to Knotts Berry Farm, we were really hungry, so we decided to eat at the nearest restaurant there, Fridays. Couldn't tell how many people were there but we had to wait 45 minutes for our food to come out. It was already 8pm when we got it. Very disappointed. Nice staff though and the restaurant is nicely lit with a decent ambiance. It was a bit noisy but that's ok. The food was just decent. I thought the salmon was delectable and that the fried green beans were just ok. The batter was nice and crispy. Their jasmine rice was surprisingly good. Overall, Fridays wouldn't always be my first pick, especially since it took so long for the food to come out. Might try a different place next time after going to Knotts for dinner. read more

We came into TGIF on a Tuesday evening to grab a quick dinner before catching a movie at AMC. We actually came to TGIF because BJs next door was super busy, I'm assuming because of St. Patrick's Day? TGIF turned out to also be quite busy, or at least very understaffed, as they weren't using about 30%+ of the tables in the restaurant. We needed to eat quickly, so we sat at the high tables in the bar which were open. It turned out the entire bar area was being ran by one bartender who was working on drinks, restaurant orders, waiting, and some bussing as well. As such, while she was very friendly and helpful, it was very difficult to order or communicate anything to restaurant staff. We ordered a spinach artichoke dip to share, which was fairly good bar the kind of stale chips. We each also got a chicken sandwich meal deal, and one beer that was shockingly flat. The chicken sandwiches, while seemingly prepared fresh, seemed to be of very low quality, reminiscent of school lunches. It was also sauced with a portion that was barely noticeable. However, our situation made it a bit difficult to ask for any sauce or anything extra, and we felt bad bothering the bartender who already had to wait on our table, so we paid and left. I hadn't been to TGI Fridays in several years and while it hasn't been necessarily known for having the most amazing food, I also don't remember the experience being as bad as ours was. Over all it was a decent experience, just maybe not what you would expect. Decided to try out a steak because I'm trying but to eat too many carbs... But my steak was cooked decent. Maybe if the played were not so big, the steak wouldn't look so small, but it was fine. Although my friends burger looked really good. And we had really good service. I met a friend here for lunch. It's located at the Outlets at Orange so there is plenty of parking. I was surprised at how good my meal was and impressed by the exemplary service provided by Corbin. I ordered off their special Christmas season menu. For my entree I got the Christmas Tree-O which consisted of two sliders, 8 boneless wings, loaded tots, and fries. For a beverage I went with the Cherry Cream Cola which was basically a cherry Coke with whipped cream & a cherry on top (fantastic!). The sliders had melted cheese, pickles, and sauce on them and the beef patties were very flavorful. I really loved the sliders. The boneless wings were good but too heavy on the coating. The loaded tots were excellent, very cheesy. I'm not sure what else was on them but they were yummy. I barely touched the fries which were just standard, no-nonsense fries. After the tots I was over having any more potatoes. As these were special seasonal items I'm doubtful they will be seen again after winter 2025 but it was a great plate that I truly enjoyed. read more

We went around 9 PM last night, and unfortunately, our experience was just okay. The service was good but the food not. We ordered several different plates, and I got the Aloha Plate. The entire dish was cold, the rice and chicken were both cold. I wasn't sure if the dish was supposed to be served that way, so I didn't say anything at the time. Unfortunately, after the meal, my stomach has been feeling uneasy and still doesn't feel right today. I can't say for certain that it was caused by the food, but the timing was concerning. It's been a long time since I've dined here, and coming back definitely brought a little nostalgia. The menu has changed since my last visit. I didn't see any of the Jack Daniels items that used to be on the menu. We ordered the Cobb Salad and the Whiskey Glazed Burger, and both were pretty good overall. The only surprise was the burger itself didn't really have much of a whiskey flavor. Instead, the whiskey taste came from a sauce served on the side, which felt a little odd. I was expecting the patty itself to carry more of that flavor. The restaurant was still decorated nicely for the holidays, which added a festive touch. We haven't been to a TGI Fridays since the one in Costa Mesa near SCP closed down. This one is located in the Outlets at Orange between BJ's and Krispy Kreme. Since T-Mobile was offering a free app with $5 purchase (dine on only), we decided to stop by. The restaurant was busy and first available was in the bar area which we opted for at a high top table. Fifteen meetings after placing our order with the bartender, the bar area got busier. He was making drinks and taking food orders by himself so we didn't expect him to check in on us. For our free app (up to $17.99), we got the Garlic Parmesan Traditional Wings (8) with blue cheese dressing. The wings were ok but the dressing did not taste like blue cheese. Overall, we agreed that we haven't missed much here. The food is pretty standard and didn't particularly impress us to visit again. read more

Disappointed with our recent visit. The kids' butter pasta came out looking extremely dry and unappetizing, and overall the food took forever to arrive even though the restaurant didn't seem busy at all. When the food finally came, the taste was very bland and lacked flavor. For a place like TGI Fridays, we expected much better quality and faster service. Decided to check out their happy hour because we didn't feel like waiting to get seated at BJ's .. never again. Parking was plentiful and our toddler loved the Christmas decorations. We only had a few minutes left before happy hour was over so tried to order some things before it was over .. the first bartender was not helpful and told us to get seated. The second (blonde?) bartender was much nicer and let us order and grab our drinks in time. Our waitress was pleasant but super forgetful; think she had all the tables and was trying not to get overwhelmed. For example, we had to remind her of our toddler's drink three times before she brought it out. The serving that I received for almost $20 looks nearly half the number of pieces on the menu photo. I would never would have paid $20 for this tiny serving! I had already decided to "splurge" by ordering this because there is no longer a TGI Friday close to where I live and I remember how good Jack Daniels sauce was and kind of a nod to my late son to treat myself with Mother's Day coming up. Anyway at least it still tasted pretty good but this will be the last time I will be coming to TGIF even if I am nearby. Also... in addition to the exorbitant price for the minuscule serving, there was a dollar service charge on my receipt for what I don't know. I ordered online to pick up so it would be ready when I arrived as my time was limited. it said they would be open at 10:30 but when I arrived at 10:51 the doors were locked. When I was let in, I was told it says 1030 online but they open at 11. I also noticed the dollar Service charge on my receipt. I didn't notice that when I placed the order online but it may have been on there. I wasn't searching for extra fees and just attributed it to Tax and tip. So just beware when putting online and don't expect to get what you see presented. read more

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! The food was outstanding and clearly made with care and attention to detail. The potato skins were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, generously loaded with melted cheese and savory bacon, and paired with a cool, creamy dip that balanced every bite beautifully. Comfort food at its finest. And the wings--wow. Sticky, glossy, and packed with flavor, they were cooked to perfection with tender meat that fell right off the bone. The sauce was the perfect mix of sweet and savory, finished with a light sprinkle of sesame seeds that added just the right touch. Every bite was finger-licking good and the ranch dipping sauce was AMAZING! On top of the amazing food, the service truly elevated the experience. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming--everything arrived hot, fresh, and right on time. You could tell the staff cared about making sure we had a great meal, and that made all the difference. I used to come to this restaurant all the time. There have been some changes with the menu and the way their items are now made. The food is good, but I wish the menu was bigger. The whisky glaze makes the meal. If you're getting an entree, definitely get something with that glaze, and get extra on the side so you can dip or pour it over everything else. Yes it's that good! There is a rewards app that you can sign up for to earn points, which I did, and is definitely worth it. My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant on 6/20/26 after a concert. We were seated very quickly, but our service was below satisfactory. Our server, Nancy, was very dismissive and didn't seem to take much care when checking on our meal. She did not make eye contact with either me or my boyfriend, and forgot to bring our waters after asking twice. A different server brought our food and waters. Once the check came, we decided to still leave a tip even after feeling unsatisfied with our service. My boyfriend took a picture of the receipt in case there was an up change afterwards, which he does at all restaurants, and unfortunately there was a $93.58 up charge on his card. I ordered the Spinach Artichoke dip with chips and salsa. Their Spin Dip is good enough to have as my entree. I didn't want to eat too heavy that late at night. I did try a bite of the Pretzel Bites with the cheese sauce it came with and it was surprisingly yummy! The Pretzel Bites are light on the inside and thinly crisp on the outside; with the perfect amount of salt on them. The dip that came with them is even more satisfying. After that I figured why not try a mozzarella fried bite? They are served hot with cheese oozing out of them turning into the perfect extreme long cheesy bite you want. I had my fork in everyone's plate by then. So, I ended up eating a piece of shrimp and bell pepper with cheese from the Chicken and Shrimp Sizzling Skillet. The seasoning on the shrimp was great. I scraped off some of the sauce It came with because I really wanted to taste the flavor of the shrimp and cheese with bell pepper. Delicious and sizzling. As it should be. Our waitress last night made sure she passed by the table several times to make sure our needs were meet. I appreciate that. Job well done. She did it so well that I ordered a Shrimp Salad to go. She was busy and moving fast past our table. However, she made eye contact every time and stopped when we needed her. I only took away one star because the salsa was store bought pace picante sauce. While we were there, noise levels were not unbearable which allowed us to still converse at our table. Yesterday, after an evening visit to the Outlets, my family and I gave it another shot. The experience was like a different restaurant. Most noteworthy: Our server, Carrie, was exceptional. She gave amazing suggestions, and the food was good. Her friendly attentiveness was refreshing, and even though she was busy, she still made time to listen to my grade school daughters tell stories about what they like and make sure they had everything they needed. We weren't even planning on staying for dessert (we were going to grab something at the main part of the Outlets), but her recommendations had been spot on already, so we stayed and weren't disappointed. When we left, we told her we'd definitely return and ask for her as a server (I hope that didn't scare her, ha!). Seriously, it was a good night. We came hangry and left pretty happy. I haven't been to a TGI in probably 10 years, thought they all closed. My fiancé mentioned it and we saw they are still open so we came over. There was a short wait but we were seated very quickly in Carrie's section. Carrie was fantastic from the second we sat down, she brought us waters and let us know she was a catching up and would be right back. She came back and informed us about the Happy Hour deals and took our drink order. Carrie came back quickly with drinks and took our food order. We got several apps and our meals and I have to say we were very pleased with all the items. Carrie checked on us several times throughout our meal and brought us containers for our leftovers. My mom treated me at this location about 2 weeks ago and as soon as we entered we felt as if we entered Santa's village! It was super decked out full of jolly spirit! I absolutely loved it since Christmas is my favorite holiday! I ordered my usual Cajun chicken pasta since it's always very delicious and I also ordered a holiday treat from the menu. My hot cocoa came in a super cute Santa cup, marshmallows, candy cane and warm cookies that melt with every bite, will definitely come again before the theme is removed.
