I wanted to make a point on writing this review because I'm so appreciative of the fine workmanship I received. In January of this year we bought a brand new Toyota Highlander AWD. My plans to discover this great country by way of vehicle & bicycle meant we needed to install a trailer hitch for the bike rack. In doing so we went to uhaul for the purchase & installation. At time of installation the roll up garage door fell on my brand new vehicle at the hinge area of the hood. I was so sad I didn't even want to deal with it. I wasn't sure if the two ding's on my hood could be taken out without a new hood & paint job; something I really didn't want to do. In the picture I show one of the ding's that looked like a possible paint chip but Eric was able to get both the ding's out AND no touch up paint needed! He really saved the day. Eric did such a great job on fixing my dent! This dent/ding was especially difficult due to the fact that it was on a ridge in the fender (not a flat surface.) Eric was up front about this and basically let me know that it wouldn't be perfect because of the location. I was fine with that, but seriously, the finished product looks perfect to me! Even my critical teenager inspected it and said, "I can't find where it was." Yes! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. He was also very professional and personable - bonus. I got Eric's card and a recommendation from Bullet Performance while my car was their being serviced. Eric came out to Bullet and looked over the dings I described to him... and even found a very small one I hadn't noticed and couldn't see it until he finally put his finger on it. I knew then that if he could spot that small ding, he would do a great job on the ones I pointed out. He came out to my office when it was convenient for me, showed me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it (some people will drill a hole to get to the dent, Eric does not). He not only got the ding out, but also buffed the paint off (left by the car door parked next to me) and when he was done it looked like brand new. I recently had to fix some dents on a neighbor's car from my son running his bike into it. Eric came out to fix the dents and was very professional, efficient and honest. He did a great job and helped ease a difficult situation. He was very honest in sharing with me that he wouldn't be able to completely get 100% perfection on the third ding because the paint would crack but went ahead and tried his best anyway. I met Eric outside a busy local tint shop a couple years ago. The shop owner told me Eric is his 'go to' dent repair guy. I watched him work on a super expensive (black / dark blue?) sports car (forget which model and I'm not going to make something up). I kept staring at the car when finished to find the defect. Wasn't one. I kept his card but always go out of my way in parking lots to avoid dings so didn't need him until this summer. I've used a couple paintless dent removal guys in the past (before Yelp) - supposedly 'the best' according to people who should know (packed body shops, Mercedes dealers) but both have moved out of state. I can say Eric is easily in the same class if not better! Mercedes 'classics' are my daily drivers but always try to keep them in top shape. Eric's been doing dent and ding repair for over a decade and it shows. Prices are very competitive but results are top tier - I had three done and got a multi-car discount. He tells you upfront what to expect and nails it. Lots of guys running around doing this and some have prices that make you want to give them a shot regardless of their rep. Don't waste your time. If you care how your car looks you'll end up paying someone like Eric to fix the bargain job. Paying twice to get the job done right never makes sense to me. read more

Eric, the owner, is a very honest and reliable person! I had a HUGE dent going from the bottom of my window to the bottom of the door with multiple pressure dents within the one big dent. He came out to the fire station where I work and was able to fix the entire dent in the parking lot! The door looked amazing when he was done! I had to take off the inside door panel for a completely unrelated issue. After doing so I noticed a very tiny dent that Eric had warned me would be a difficult fix prior to his initial work. I called him and explained that I had taken the door panel off from the inside and wondered if he could help me with this other dent.. He fixed it for free a day later!
