If I could give you a zero star, I would. To whom it may concern, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism from your company. I have made multiple attempts to reach out and have yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only way to contact you. You sent meals for my mother, who has a serious heart condition, without confirming any dietary needs or preferences. No one reached out to ask what she wanted, and I never received a message or call to confirm her meal selections. She requires a low-sodium, ideally no-sodium, diet--and yet every meal provided is high in salt and completely unsuitable for her health condition. To make matters worse, the food choices are unacceptable. For example, she received breakfast waffles--something she does not eat and did not ask for. This situation is completely unacceptable. I expect a prompt response, a resolution, and a replacement with meals that are appropriate for her dietary restrictions. read more

Highly recommend OC Fit Meal Prep if you are looking for delicious macro friendly and convenient meal prep!! My husband and I are both personal trainers and work 6 days a week so don't want to spend our only day off prepping. I also have gotten quite a few of my clients to order from them to help with their results. Not only do they deliver your food to you every Sunday the food is the BEST tasting I've ever had and I've tried about 3-4 different companies. I love the variety of food they have as they change the menu every 2 weeks. They also give generous portions and offer both a 5 oz and 8 oz. I personally order the 5oz and it's plenty for me. Their meals are nutritionally balanced, very tasty, and satisfying. I don't feel hungry afterwards. The weekly variety is great. I get enough meals to last me for a week and the meals at the end of the week still tastes great. Another great thing about this company is the customer service. They respond quick on inquiries, and even accommodated delivery options on days I can't be home to accept the meals. One last thing, if you really discipline yourself to stick to a healthy diet, along with physical activity, you will lose weight. I stuck to OC Fit Meal Prep for weeks and i was losing a pound a week. But not just weight loss, the % body fat went down, muscle mass went up, which for a perimenopausal woman is ridiculously hard to achieve. Amazing food and super convenient! I'm in healthcare and work 3 double shifts a week. My days off I'm pretty wiped out. I started to order meal prep for my long days and have jumped around to different companies. I was fortunate enough to come across this company and they are the best one yet! I workout so healthy meals are a must for me. This company offers 5oz or 8oz options and different bundles depending on how many meals you need a week. I would say on average it's about $13.00 a meal. That might seem high but it's average price for meal prep. Also most people go out to lunch/dinner and guarantee are spending more per meal for way worse quality food. The food is so delicious and healthy. I don't feel bloated after meals, you can tell they are made fresh with quality ingredients. Different menu every week which is so cool. The owner is very kind and responds to any questions or needs you have. The delivery is so convenient too. Food stays cold up to 4 hours on your doorstep but if you aren't going to be home the owner totally works with your schedule. This is the first company my husband also started ordering from. He saw how good my food is (he is so picky) and ordered the 4 week package!!! He never was interested in meal prep before because he thought it wasn't really necessary. If you are reading reviews because you are trying to find the right meal prep company then you are in luck. This is your company!!! Trust me, I have tried many companies!!! After a horrible experience and a total waste of about $200 with Hello Fresh, I was absolutely delighted by the quality of dishes created by the OC Fit Meal Prep group. The salmon portion was not only overly generous, but the taste and freshness, even after sitting in my fridge for 4 days was amazing literally. The next day I had their Turkey Chili which was also outstandingly crafted with high quality ingredients. Now adding these meals into my regular diet to supplement a portion of my regular orders via Instacart. I just wanted to take some time and complement OC Fit Meal Prep. I have used meal prep services in the past and this is by far the best one. The range of meals are great, one day you can be having pad thai the next it's steak and veggies. Every meal I have had so far is expertly prepared and you can tell a lot of effort goes into each dish. I even go with the smaller portion size and find them filling. Additionally, I messed up ordering last week and they squeezed me into the orders for the next week! Delivery also shows up like clockwork on Sunday mornings. Let me first start this review by saying there are so many of these companies offering healthy meal prep that this was hard to choose the right one. I did a lot of research before choosing OC Fit Meals because I really like the fact that their menu changes every week and the food is so good. The premise was pretty simple, order 5, 10, or 15 meals for the week in different levels of portions - lean, balanced, bulk. I really liked the option to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared and delivered for me every week. Plus my partner and I were trying to lose some weight so we decided to go with the lean options for smaller portions with less carbs and high veggies and protein. We both work a lot and enjoy cooking on the weekends but do not have any time during the week to not only prepare but even eat meals sometimes. The first order was pretty easy, put in my order and then got an email confirming my order. With us both ordering 15 meals for the week we were advised that the order would be split, half the meals would be delivered on Sunday night and half would be delivered on Wednesday with the rest of the food. Sunday night our food arrived and I was so excited it all looked so good, Monday came and I was excited because the breakfast was delicious. By Wednesday night I was looking forward to see the rest of the food for the week. However, the delivery driver never showed up. LOL. I have to laugh about it now, at the time I was very upset. I emailed, DM'd and texted Silvia and she responded the following day advising there was a mix up and that she was very sorry. I know things happen so I appreciated the apology but didn't have any meals for the rest of the week. Not only did Silvia of course refund the half of the money for the order I did not receive, she told us that if we gave them another chance to correct their mistake she would give us a percentage off our next order for the following week. I had already seen what that next weeks menu was so I ordered and she refunded that in a timely manner. It was great, I was happy that they were able to fix that little mess up and have been very happy with the service since. It will be about a month now that we have been eating these meals and they are delicious and I feel great. If you are thinking about trying out a meal prep service, give OC Fit a call or email them. A few day later, I received my food. After the first day of eating the meals, I have been uncontrollably gassy. The meals so far have been affecting my overall health. I really enjoy this meal prep service! The food is really good, they have outstanding customer service and I love how flexible it is. You get to choose your portion size as well as how many meals you want. Plus they will accomadate you when they can. I love that they change the menu weekly.
