He had come to me by a recommendation from Pinch n Penny pool store. Jack did not show up but he sent a worker over to look at the problem. He fixed the problem but in the process created another when he broke the cover to my main drain by blowing compressed air into the pipe to "clear any debris" there was not anything stuck in the line and the only thing he managed to do was blow off my cover from the inside. I honestly was not adamant that he fix it on the spot since my concern was the vac. This was a mistake I realized because after he took my money he said: "I'll put my number on the invoice and I'll come back if you need me to put the cover back on. If you need me to just call me later in the week." and he was off with my money. I soon realized that the vac was getting stuck in the open drain now that he had broken the cover off. I texted him and he said he'd be out later in the week and never arrived, then he ignored my next 3 text messages over a few days. After calling a few times as well I called Jack again and explained the issue and lack of communication. He said in a text that "he" meaning Jack, would be over to fix it in a day or two. Two days later the same worker shows up with a very hostile and unprofessional attitude. This guy showed up on my property and starts harassing me about calling his boss. Then he starts yelling and claims that I was supposed to have bought a new cover myself. So I confronted him about the fact that he broke the cover in the first place and he lied on the spot of course and claimed that he didn't break it even though I saw it happen. I will not have some service working speaking to me like that in my house and I told him to "go and just get the hell out of here, and not to ever come back on my property." When I messaged Jack at the owner his only reply was "Have a Nice Day." I texted him a few more times and he will not reply. No wonder his workers behave the way they do. They learned it from daddy.

We received a very fair quote but I was really impressed with his honesty and knowledge. We wanted to add a marble coping and he allowed us to go to his wholesaler to select a gorgeous marble, the selection was incredible. While they are very friendly, we became frustrated with the different crews showing up each week-- they left the gate open multiple times causing our dog to get out (despite signs and repeated reminders), and never clean the salt water system filter even after we showed it to them. This went on for about 9 months I would guess. The final straw was when they showed up to clean the pool while there was a painting crew present two weeks ago. They told the painters they would come back later but never returned. When we followed up with the office a few days later about when they were returning we were told they had already cleaned the pool, and provided us a photo as supporting evidence. I'm not sure who is responsible for that lie, however, we have two cameras pointed at our pool AND our gate monitoring company sends us texts every time someone on our list enters the neighborhood. Not to mention the pool was still visibly dirty with lots of leaves and debris. We moved on to a different company, it simply wasn't worth the hassle.

Initially, I was very excited and truly loved the transformation the pavers brought to my home. The curb appeal was outstanding. Since then, I have been informed by several individuals who admired my driveway that it may not have been sealed properly. Additionally, grass is now growing through some of the cracks between the pavers. When I followed up with representatives from Deck and Drive regarding these concerns, I was informed by the project manager that there would be an additional cost to make the necessary corrections. I am truly disappointed with the company's final decision and had hoped for a different resolution given the circumstances.
