I then received a call moments later saying that they had accidentally scheduled me during the doctors lunch and if I could come in at 2:45 which I said yes to because I really wanted to get my root canal out of the way. I arrived at 2:45 exactly and it is now 3:35 and I STILL have not moved from the waiting room. I went up to the girl in the front desk and she said the doctor just finished up with someone and they were cleaning the room which I appreciate them for doing and I have no problem waiting for that but I just do not think it's right to have to wait almost an hour when you have an appointment. Update: finished my appointment at 5:08 but gave them one more star because the staff is really great!! Just beware you might have to wait a while for your appointment other than that good dentist office.

I had scheduled an appointment for a check up/xrays later in the week, but woke up today and couldn't handle the pain. I did not call. I just showed up to this office on a Saturday as a brand new patient. They really welcomed me. Since it was an emergency I just paid a small co pay. Located on Western and Lincoln in Anaheim. From the outside it looks like a boring office. On the inside they have state of the art x-ray machines cameras, computer screens, ect. The entire staff was very nice. Unfortunately, I was referred to a specialist. Then once treatment is completed I will return here to finish the work. Luckily he did give me some Antibiotics to help. Dr Le is nice. I heard him drilling on someone who didn't make a noise. He kept asking them if they were okay and to raise their hand if they had pain. Everything is black and white. He points out everything on a screen so you can see where the problem is. He uses X- Ray's and a little pen to take photographs. Prices? Meh.....I have HMO so it is not the best insurance. I guess my new exhaust for my car has to wait. Teeth are more important.

I've been seeing Dr. Le now for a few months and have been satisfied with all the work he's done…read more Not only did he fix a bad filling done by another dentist, he did a wonderful job with my root canal, and all fillings he's performed thus far have been done professionally and pain-free (or as pain-free as fillings can get). His prices are reasonable, a porcelain crown on my bottom, back right molar costing me $750 (the RTC itself was covered by my state insurance) and so far it's been a beautiful, snug fit and performed flawlessly--I even forget I have a crown, it feels just that natural. He answers all questions you have and does his best to explain things if you don't understand. He works with you to find a suitable solution. And before any work is done, you sign paperwork to consent to it first. Don't want a root canal due to the cost? Don't want to pay for the more expensive crown? Then don't sign the paper and he won't do it. Only sign what you agree to pay for. As for insurance prices, that can be out of his control--insurance companies can state one price, then decide not to cover the full amount, in which case the patient has signed a paper stating they will pay the difference--this is not the fault of the dentist, that is just how insurance companies run. When it doubt, call your insurance to see what your coverage is BEFORE getting work done, so you save yourself and the dentist time and money. I called my state insurance to go over what is and isn't covered, so I could make the best decision for myself in my dental treatment. I would also like to add that I have terrible anxiety that requires medication and continued psychiatric care. And Dr. Le is wonderful with anxious patients. I still am afraid when I sit in the chair, but I don't have panic attacks anymore, just general anxiety. You're allowed to wear earbuds, hold a small stuffed animal, do almost anything that will help you relax. Earbuds and upbeat music help drown out the drill for me and keep me calm, and I can't thank Dr. Le enough for accommodating me and my anxiety. So if you have anxiety, or have children with anxiety, you're in good hands. I still have more work to be done, so I'll be continuing to come to this establishment.
