I cannot even begin to explain how much both doctors care about their patients. It is a rare find but if you've landed here to see this, do not second guess your need to give them a call. I have been going here for so many years and they have never ever made me feel anything less than the most important person in the room. I am a newer patient here and have had a cleaning and some fillings done so far, with both doctor Fortier. They are both equally professional, very adept at their craft, and efficient with time. I was given an overview of my dental situation. A succinct explanation was given each time before and after each procedure. Even though I first arrived with poor dental hygiene, and a fair share of issues, they always made me feel extremely welcome and that I was not beyond any help for my teeth. I can tell both dentists are very skilled at the procedures they perform. It didn't take much time for either procedure I've had done so far, nor was it any painful. I had admitted to not seeing a dentist in years and I was self conscious but Dr Fortier didn't scold me or shame me and he even went as far as to correct something on one of my teeth that an orthodontist fouled up over two decades ago. Our family just started going to the practice. In total I have been into the practice 2 times for myself and 3 times for my minor children. Thuy Truong Fortier, D.D.S. has been my dentist for about 10 years now, there was a time in between where I moved and work was in the opposite direction I had to find a dentist closer to work, but I kept coming back to Dr. Thuy over the years, paying out of pocket if I wasn't covered through my work. She has been my Dentist since I got my braces back in high school. A lot of work needed to get done, cavities extra teeth removal, she did an excellent job. My teeth look great now, and as of recent months I went back to get all my silver fillings removed, very nice job, I couldn't be any happier with the results and my smile. I hadn't been to a dentist in several years and was a little nervous about going. I had read the reviews on this office and figured why not. When I called to make the appointment it was easy to do. I was offered something right away.. Dr. Thuy Fortier greeted me at the front desk and went over all the info with me. I waited about 15 minutes before the Xray tech came and took my films. I have never had so many dental xrays done it was a little overwhelming. Dr. Kevin Fortier spent about 1 hour examing and cleaning my teeth. I had not had a dentist clean my teeth in a long time it's usually a hygentist. I was very relaxed and at ease with both Drs. The office staff was not overly friendly ( maybe a long day ? ) I would recommend these two Dentist to anyone. Just don"t expect the appointment to be quick. Yes I want to comment on Dr Fortier Dental Design. I have been going to them they are husband and wife team for about four years. During this Covid I chipped a tooth in the front one very bad. There were different options that I could choose from. I refuse to leave that office until Dr. Fortier The wife help me figure out a plan. She is absolutely awesome. Not only did she figure out a plan. It was very Very reasonable. I picked that one option And within less than two hours I walked out with a tooth that looked exactly like my other teeth. I was overwhelmed with joy and yes I had tears running down my face. Dr. Fortier is a wonderful compassionate caring concerned wants the best for her patients. And that is exactly what she gave me. As for her husband's Dr. Fortier he has also worked on a root canal. I despise route canals because I've had my share. He too was absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough about this Dentistry. Dr. 40 Fortier's assistant is an absolute gem, sweetheart caring professional. I would not ever go anywhere else. And if I could give it a 10 starI would. I love love Fortier Dental! We strayed for a couple years... but went back today. Oh how i missed the personal care they give. Very attentive, kind and gentle. My kids get a little nervous going (like most people), but come out saying... "that wasn't bad at all". My all time favorite reason for going here is that they NEVER try to "up sale" dental work. Believe it or not my last TWO dentists have tried to get me to purchase unnecessary services (like deep cleaning for children, whitening for children and I even overheard them tell the guy in the next chair that his work would be $26,000!). This this the best dental office i have ever been too, not only dose my boyfriend and I both go to them our friends and family do as well. not only do they try to make you as relaxed as possible they also have Netflix so you can watch a movie while they would on you. Dr. Thuy Fortier is amazing! I've been a patient with the Fortiers for a few years now. She is very sweet & gentle which was such a relief because I am terrified of needles & had a deep cleaning. They have TV's that pull out right next to you or over you so that you can watch Netflix while they work on you. This helps take your mind off of things & it lessened my fear. On another occasion I had a filling done by her husband & he was surprisingly equally gentle with the needle! Dr. Thuy is also my toddler's dentist & she is very patient with her (my daughter does not sit still yet lol). Their office is very clean & updated. Today I had a regular cleaning & loved chatting with Dr. Thuy, she is hilarious! She made me feel completely at ease & I forgot to be nervous until I had to open my mouth to start the cleaning lol. But then she continued to tell me about her day & I remained at ease throughout the cleaning, laughing at the comedy of her tales. The dental assistant, Emily, was great with the x-rays today too. She was very patient and gentle with the inserts. I usually gag with those inserts but I didn't with Emily! Thank you to everyone at Fortiers! You are all awesome! Dr. Fortier is an amazing dentist he made a set of dentures that fit me great after 2 other dentists told me I had to have bone shaved in my jaw to get a fit.
