I was only here for employment-related requirements, and thankfully did not come seeking medical care by choice. That said, I strongly advise anyone who actually needs medical attention to stay away. If this visit had not been free through my employer, I would never consider stepping foot in this facility. I was questioned about personal health information in a very public and unsecured area, which felt like a clear violation of privacy. I was also given medical treatment options that did not align with what I was there for. I had to correct the staff and clearly state what was required before they proceeded appropriately. When I received an injection, the technician did a poor job and failed to properly clean the area afterward. I left with visible residue and blood still on my arm, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about basic hygiene and safety standards. Overall, this was a troubling experience from start to finish. i came in on a saturday afternoon & made an appointment online in case there were any lines. i was greeted with two amazing ladies at the front desk that were welcoming, since i already completed the registration online, i just filled out a quick form on my allergy and surgical history. after waiting in the lobby for 5 or so minutes one of the medical assistants greeted me to the exam room to take my vitals. one of the medical doctors helped me out with the rest and i was on my way 10-15mins later! this is the quickest visit without waiting at the doctors office or hospital! would definitely come again! read more

!THS PLACE DESERVES NO STAR! My mother came with my baby niece and had their appointment booked at 1:50pm on 09/13/25. They made her wait over an hour, and they called her up and requested proof of child custody. My mother showed the document to the front desk, and they said no because that's not enough proof and insisted my niece's mom be present (she has no custody of my niece at the moment) which means my niece's mom can't be present. My mom asked the front desk staff (2 ladies) if it's okay if I can take over the visit cause my mother had to leave for work and they said yes. I got there and they asked if I was the mom and I said no. The white front desk lady said my niece's mom has to be present. Y'all could've said that in the beginning when we got there instead of making my mom waste 2 hours for nothing! I'm never coming here again and I highly don't recommend this to anyone (those low star ratings are very telling here on their Yelp). I came in to do a drug screening for my new employer. The girl that was at the front desk was very rude from the moment I walked in. Called me in pretty quickly but as she was explaining the process she was rude, took my test and was not sufficient of a sample. Started huffing and puffing, getting irritated. Did not let me even wash my hands. After I left, I saw her walk out. If you are getting ready to clock out or go on break just say so or let me wait, I don't need to attitude. This location is probably the slowest and the worst. It doesn't matter whether you have an appointment or not. You will still be seen 30-40 minutes later. Today, I made an appointment at 11:30 because I needed a Dr. note (my family hcp was closed this day). I waited 40 minutes to be told that due to my insurance, I cannot be seen until 5pm. The girls in the front need to be more efficient in doing their job to lessen the wait times and actually look into people's insurances first. I recommend this place for covid tests. I've been here 3 times already, 1 time for antibody test and 2 times for nasal swab test. The process was simple and fast. You are in and out in less than 5 minutes. You sign up online for the date/time of your appointment, upload your drivers license and insurance card (front and back), and arrive 10-15 mins before your appointment time. Check in at the front desk. If there's someone inside then you wait outside since they only allow one party in each time. Once you checked in, you get your test done in less than a minute. The nasal swab test was not painful at all, just a little uncomfortable for 2-5 seconds on each side. The antibody test was more uncomfortable because they can't find my vein haha. To get your results, you sign up for an account on Labcorp and they will notify you by email when your result is ready. I already had an account so I didn't need to sign up. For covid tests, you get your results in 2-3 days. I got mine after 2 days for the first two tests, and the next day for the third test. They also have the 15-min test but I'm not sure if that test is accurate. If you can't get an appointment because it's full, keep checking and something will open up. I always sign up a day before the appointment. Recommend everyone get tested and tested often so you can protect others! You never know if you might have it since not everyone will have symptoms. It is free with insurance so why not? Take care of yourself and be considerate of others. read more

Please, don't waste your time at this establishment. I came here for a specific testing on my lunch break. They informed that the test will be charge at 30 dollars for my co-pay, 30 dollars for handling fee and the other pricing they could not get. So, I took a urinal testing and decided to pass on the blood drawn. I did not want to pay more than I need to. They understood. The front desk called in to ask about pricing. The doctor and the front desk said it was 5 dollars for ALL. Which includes the blood testing and urine since I have a PPO insurance. I agree to do the blood draw. The front desk guy was certified phlebotomist. The first stick, he couldn't get blood to be drawn. Mind you, I don't have this issue EVER. He was afraid to stick it to a different site on the same arm. I gave him my left arm. He got the blood drawing within one vial. We have 2 more to go. Blood wouldn't come out. He was stressed out and didn't feel confident nor knowledgeable within this area. The doctor decided to send me to LabCorp. I asked her will I be charged? If so, I rather stick to the UA. She said, it won't. My name is on the paper work - Dr. Marlene. I asked again, are you sure? I've been to labcorp before. She guarantee me I won't be charged. I went today - I received a hold for the blood drawn. 3 vials became 5 at labcorp. Marlene's word was all BS. I felt upsold, lied to and played. What's even worst, they couldn't even draw blood properly. This is foolishness. Why didn't you guys come upfront about the issue? They wanted to charge her 2 office visits ($175 each) plus lab fees which are okay. Even though, she didn't like that, she had to do it so she was like okay whatever. But I was really pissed once I saw the invoice they gave her. They took $450 from her for 2 tests and they made it look like they only charged her $275 and gave her a $175 credit which isn't the case. I checked with them. This customer service in this place is really bad, I wouldn't recommend this facility and I won't be returning. I came in yesterday afternoon, with a scheduled appointment. When I checked in I told the receptionists that I wasn't able to check in on the app so I brought physical copy of my information. One receptionist seemed really annoyed by that and just stuck out her hand for my ID and insurance card. I asked to use the restroom, to which the 2 front receptionists immediately replied "its broken". I find it hard to believe that a medical facility can operate without one functioning restroom. They simply did not want to let me use it. The receptionist informed me that they do not take my insurance, I double checked their website before coming in and politely asked if she could explain why my insurance wasn't accepted if it was listed on their website. She declined to explain but re-iterated that my insurance would not be accepted and I would have to pay out of pocket. I agreed to pay the 150$ charge myself, but in the event that I could clear up why my insurance wasn't accepted (and be reimbursed by my insurance) I asked for a copy of my new patient paperwork. The receptionist just stared at me and said "No we don't do that here." I asked again for just a photocopy of the paperwork and she said "I mean I can ask but no we don't do that" She pulled out her personal cellphone and sent a text message but didn't re-address it. I was handed a financial responsibility form and at the bottom there was a line I needed explaining before feeling comfortable signing. I asked for clarification from the receptionist, simply asking just so I myself am personally aware of what I am accepting responsibility for. When I asked for clarification on the question, the receptionist said "well it's up to you whether or not you want to sign it, but if you don't sign that you won't be seen. You need to pay the 150". She didn't provide any actual answer to the question. I asked if I could have something in writing stating the clinic doesn't take my insurance so I could contact my insurance after my visit. She just looked at me and shook her head no. I tried to ask why and she cut me off and just repeated "no" verbally. I just decided to leave. I've never been denied a copy of my own patient information or records when requested before, and they were honestly just rude. The place was completely empty except me with at least 4 hours until closing. I was respectful and polite to both of the workers and they were just rude. I can't speak on the quality of the physicians because I didn't get that far. But my overall impression is that they lack empathy and really only care about the money ‍ read more

I don't like to do this but it needs to be said. I have been coming here for two months for dressing change. I do agree some of the check in people needs an attitude check, there are only handful that were nice. I have met most of the provider team if not all and 8out of 10 them were a pleasure to work with. Apparently they can no longer give me a dressing change for my foot because I have been coming for months straight and told me that I should be seeing my podiatrist. I can't always see them every 3-4 days because they are heavily booked. How am I gonna get a dressing change every 3-4 days when they are heavily booked and not always available? Imagine you go to your usual spot to get dressing change and all of a sudden, you have been told not to come anymore, and they tell you to go see a podiatrist which isn't always available every 3-4 days but this urgent care is alot more available. I don't understand, why work there when you don't even want to help people? I always give the workers the utmost respect. Whoever the medical director or whoever is behind the decision, you are clearly not in the right business. Be careful for Jason. The only time I have a hard time dealing with people in the front desk is him. He claims to have called me but I have no message left or calls missing during that day. I found another urgent care that's much closer and asked if they have a problem with dress changing for months and said they be more than happy to do it without hesitation. *bonus*they don't ban people for coming to get their dress change every 3-4 days! After waiting for hours only to get quoted a copay of over $300. The annoying part was that I told them that it was impossible in my 6 years in the army I've never had to pay a copay that high. Anyways I did have an appointment but there was no waiting at all I was roomed quick. Perla took my vitals and listens to the reason for my visit got Greta bedside manners. My boyfriend and I had just came back from Vegas so I needed to get tested before returning to work. We made an appt the day before (Sunday) and took our test on Monday. We did our paperwork online when we made our appt so all we did when we got there was check in and they had us wait in our car out front. Then they had someone call us and ask us if we had any symptoms and just basic questions. When that was done, the person administering the test came out and we were done within 5 mins. The downside was that I've gotten tested multiple times and they've never shoved the swab so far up my nose before. It hurt so much that me and my boyfriend were tearing up so much. It felt so aggressive, especially when he was swabbing around. The one I went to before went high enough to where there was resistance and he would swab around gently. But he was nice and explained where we would find our results and explained how long it would take results to come in. However, we did get our test within 2 days, which was the reason for the 4 stars! Otherwise it would've been 3. When I got there I met, Danica - "like the race car driver," she told me. She insisted that I pay a co-pay that I did not owe due to my Medicare and Medi-Cal coverage. I explained the parameters of my insurance benefits to Danica. She then told me I would need to pay $150.00 and bill my insurance for reimbursement. When I tried to explain that it is a binding government contract Xpress Urgent Care is party to. She told me that I will need to go elsewhere for medical care and told me that they "reserve the right to refuse service." I asked her to please give me that in writing, as I was feeling VERY ILL! Danica refused to do that and refused my several requests for her to call someone in management or billing; she said no one was available, as it was Sunday. After several minutes, and the fact that I began digitally recording her, Danica relented and called the office manager. The office manager must have cleared up the issue, because I was told that, as a "favor" to me, they would see me and that I may be "billed" for the appointment. The Nurse Practitioner, who was awesome, examined me and offered to call 911 to take me to the ER, as I was very sick. I left the office and drove myself to the ER where I was admitted for surgery. I was further told, by the ER physician at the hospital, that at the time of my medical care was IMPERATIVE and that delay could have been disastrous. read more

I needed a covid swab after a confirmed work related exposure. I was able to schedule a same day rapid antigen covid swab. There was still a good 15 minute wait outside even with the appointment which was a little disappointing. I had to wait outside in a line in order to check in for the swab. After checking in, I was told to wait in my car (another good 10minutes) before a PA came to swab me. After the swab, I needed to wait another 20 minutes for my results to process before I had to wait in line outside again just to go back into the building to pick up my results. I would say I spent nearly an hour. So if youre going to do this, keep that in mind. Good thing is that you will get your results the same day if you opt for the rapid antigen covid swab. They will do a self temperature check during your check in. Hand sanitizing stations are set up. PA who swabbed me was friendly. No other complaints except the long wait. I was thankfully negative! I came in today with my 1 year old daughter because she was having trouble breathing the main reason I went in was to check her OXYGEN the medical assistant IRIS only took her temporal temperature no oxygen was taken when the physician came in she said she looks good medical assistant informed me it was at 99% I myself am a medical assistant so I know tha her oxygen was never taken so I spoke up and tell the physician it was never taken, so the PA comes in with the pulse ox and my daughters oxygen is at 86% I usually don't do reviews but this is ridiculous and unacceptable, I don't want anything like this happening to people who are clueless about medicine and going in trusting the "professional" advocate for yourself and your children this is ridiculous read more
