I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Roshawn. Despite booking the appointment with him a week in advance, he changed the schedule just 3 hours before the appointed time. My mom, who is in an emergency and has trouble walking, was desperately seeking his advice and help. It's clear that this doctor doesn't prioritize his patients' needs and lacks professionalism. When I requested to reschedule the in-person appointment, the clinic told me to wait for another week, which was completely unacceptable given the urgency of my mom's condition. It seems like Dr. Roshawn picks and chooses which patients to prioritize, which is deeply unfair and unprofessional. They tried to switch my mom's appointment to phone call instead of in-person to collect the money from her insurance and they told me doctor has emergency surgery! I surprised that doctor can make phone call during emergency surgery....however she didn't wait one week with pain to have phone call with specialist regarding her broken back. It's evident that this clinic cares more about their own convenience and financial gains than the well-being of their patients. It's disheartening to see medical professionals putting profits before the urgent needs of those seeking help. I would strongly advise against seeking treatment from this clinic or Dr. Roshawn.
