Gel polish faded after a day. Went back and they said they have problems with a certain brand of polish and that it is really old. Why do they keep it then?? The polish color selection overall isn't great. Owner doesn't seem to want to invest in anything to keep good customers. read more

We're down here on vacation. My wife and I made appointments at this relatively new spa/salon for mani/pedis. It wasn't busy that morning, probably could have just walked in. Clean, bright, welcoming with friendly, competent nail techs who took their time and we left with refreshed fingers and toes. My wife even enjoyed her manicure, which is not something she usually gets. It's good to know we have a place we can enjoy on vacation without having to twist our schedules around at our regular place back home Looking forward to next year if the timing's right. I have a strong suggestion for this business: if you cannot honor an appointment, be honest and say so. Do not make the appointment, then leave patrons (who have supported this local business right from the beginning) waiting for 45 minutes without even bothering to give any information as to how long the wait will be. When, after waiting for 45 minutes, I asked how much longer I'd have to wait, I was told another 15 minutes! Then tell me upfront the wait would be one hour (!) or schedule me for an hour later. read more

We were in the area for Spring Break and it was a rainy day. My daughter decided to go get a pedicure with two friends. She took my debit card to pay. She texted me and said that the nail salon told her the card was not working. I said, "that's ridiculous! It's my debit card. I've used it all week in Florida." Her friends Dad picked the girls up and paid for them since they said they were having trouble Running my card. I looked on my Bank statement and there was a pending transaction for $57 so I called the nail salon. They assured me it was only Pending, but would drop off because it never went through, so I Venmo'd my daughter's friend the $57. The salon took down my name and assured me if the transaction did go through I would get reimbursed because they obviously had the Dad pay for my daughters nails. I have this conversation and all the texts from My daughter saved. A few days later we were back in Michigan and low and behold the charge went through. I've called the company several times. The first few times they kept assuring me they would put it back into my account. The third time I called They told Me the owner was sick and would be out for awhile, but the money would still be coming. One person told me I just needed to stop in for a cash refund.... From Michigan. Now they want a receipt from the Dad who did pay the bill even though I called 20 minutes after this transaction and the technician told me she was the one who ran my card and it definitely did not charge me and she had the Dad pay. This place saw a group of young girls and took advantage of them. They are crooks and liars and I would never recommend going here to get Your nails done. read more
