We stumbled upon this place as we were looking for somewhere to go for New Years Eve! So we had a 9:30 reservation! The place is really a beautiful restaurant! They gave us a tour of their party rooms upstairs. The whole restaurant is done in Venetian. Including the Bars! What an amazing decor. Not dark, like most steakhouses! Very pretty!! They are located in what seemed to be a pretty residential area. It's a HUGE stand alone building. Looks like a huge house. From what I was told this was housed for many years as a French Restaurant called La Panettiere. They had Valet parking and a very large parking lot. We hung at the bar for a while with Kristie. Then we went to the main dining room for a really great dinner. Service was on the money! Presentation was great! Flavor was amazing. We started with bread and butter. Then we ordered some Oysters, and Escargot. I never had escargot prepared the way they did, but it was truly delicious!! Had a light tomato sauce on them. We had a Caesar Salad. My friend and I shared the Trennette which was Crab meat (real) with a truffle sauce. They divided it for us. My husband had the Chilean Sea Bass, and my Friend had the Dry Aged Prime Rib. We had French fries. The drinks were great! We rang in the New Year with the Staff. It was very nice. They were all so friendly and warm. As if we knew them forever! Give them a try, you can't go wrong! It's a fantastic restaurant! Family owned.

Tried this establishment on Valentines and it was a huge letdown. The service was the only good part of the meal. Will not be returning.

Cocktails were great & perfect for toasting! Apps were good except the lobster bisque & gazpacho was too heavy on salt. Shrimp scampi was anazing. Main dishes ranged from excellent to ok. For a steak restaurant prep could have been better. Some steaks were well done when ordered medium. Veal chop was well done as well when ordered medium. Sides were really good and desserts were yummy and surrounded by flaming shooting flames! Lots of fun!

Now, the waiter was nice enough to realize everything looked awful- we didn't have to say anything.. so he took it back to cook and brought back "new" sides.. which may have been reheated in a microwave for :10 seconds for all we know. Steak lacked flavor, you had To "saw" through the filet, it was hands down one of the worst meals put on table. Not only did it come back worse than before.. we attempted to suck it up and at least use their house sauce.. which made things even worse. Awesome. Onward. We asked for check and instead of waiter asking the manager to make things right- they through in a to-go box and charged us for everything. Classy joint. I'd rather spend 315 bucks at the local drive thru. Save your money and time and ditch this place for the 2nd place you're thinking of heading to.

We had unsweetened iced teas, and the kids' seltzer came in a kid-sized cup. After ordering, we were served cornbread sticks, which were really good and a hit with my son. Elwood also brought crayons and paper for him, which was a thoughtful touch. We started with the gator nuggets and frickles. The gator nuggets were our favorite appetizer. The frickles were good, but the batter was fairly thick, which made the pickle flavor a little subtle. For my entrée, I had the fried chicken with collard greens and mac and cheese. The chicken was nicely crispy and came with four pieces, though it was a little overcooked for my taste. The collard greens were on the sweet side, and the mac and cheese could have used a bit more flavor. The highlight of our visit was the service. Elwood was friendly, attentive, and struck the perfect balance of checking in without being overbearing. Overall, the food was a bit mixed for us, but the excellent service, family-friendly touches, and pleasant outdoor seating made for an enjoyable experience. We'll be back to try some of the other menu items.

The soup was delicious and isn't on the regular menu but instead a special item. We tried the Cuban sandwich and the Steak sandwich both with the sweet potato fries. The service was good and our server Flavio was very, very nice. The place is very quaint and quiet. I loved the breeze coming through the open windows. It was so New England. The food was okay. It wasn't bad but I've had better at other steakhouses. We ordered appetizers of bacon, clams oreganata, and Caesar salad. Our meal consisted of salmon and mashed potatoes; Bronzino and mashed potatoes; penne al a vodka; and filet mignon with mashed potatoes. Everyone who had the mashed potatoes said they were fire. I didn't care too much for the twist of my penne al a vodka though. My husband cleaned his plate of his Bronzino and broccoli. My granddaughter ate half of her filet mignon and took the rest home. She said it was good.

For sides, I went with the home fries cooked in duck fat with chives. The fries were so good I wanted to attend the funeral of whatever duck they used, out of pure respect. Can't wait to go back and work through the rest of the menu. No complaints. Zero misses.
