I entered as a new patient. Staff helpful and so pleasant. I met with Dr.G for guidance with a broken crown he was professional and explained my situation fully and my options. I also scheduled a cleaning. The Hygienist was friendly , professional and did an excellent job. I have scheduled a follow up cleaning in November. I am an RN and expect a perfect environment with knowledgeable Professionals. The large Dental Practices with multiple Dentists do not interest me. A small office with staff that are committed to quality care which is my standard. Try this practice. You will receive personalized attention along is expertise. I came to Doctor Goetz after relocating from CA needing both an implant and the crown installed due to an injury earlier in the year. Both he and his staff were very personable and knowledgeable regarding the process and took the time to explain each step in the process. The office ambience is very comforting highlighting the attention to detail Doctor Goetz puts into his practice. It was very clean and the technology used to set the implant and create the molds was cutting edge. I can't be happier with the results of his and his staff's work. My and family and friends cannot even tell the tooth is a replacement. I am able to floss easily and it functions perfectly. I have been going to Dr Rohrer's dental office for almost 2 years now. Their office is very easy to find and the staff so so so friendly. I've had a couple of cleanings done so far, amalgam removal, and a filling. They are gentle and very informational. I love that they use aromatherapy and always office little comforts like a cold eye pillow. They are not the cheapest around but I'm also a firm believer that you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a holistic type dentist, check them out. Oh and I also love that they offer a carnation to their patients upon leaving the office. It's the little things. read more

Oh my God! I have never thought that I would look forward to my next dental appointment. I have 17 caps and bridges, horrible gum issues. I usually take gas (makes it more fun) during my dental procedures even just cleaning. Now, I know you're saying you want to go to the dentist and get things done quickly painlessly. Well after all of the young living essential oil's and the calm atmosphere I didn't want to get out of the chair. I had the best experience I've ever had a dentist's office before. From the front desk, assistants and doctor, it was a very pleasant experience. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door greeting me with a smile and delicious diffuser scent. The assistants are very friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment and techniques up to date. Dr Roher's office takes the time to really explain unique preventative ways to preserving the life of your teeth. They stress the importance in proper detail to cleaning and also diet. The staff is always very nice, and I have never waited longer than 10 minutes (if that) to be called from the waiting room. They also have great reminders by text and email to make sure you do not miss you appt.! I went today for a cleaning-my first at Rohrer. When it was done, I had to tell everybody in the office that it was my best dental experience EVER!!! The hygienist was gently and encouraging. In between each procedure, she had my breath essential oils and then proceeded to massage my head, neck and shoulders. She did this three times!!! I left the dentist in such a great mood. I found him to be careful, thoughtful, and very logical and organized in his thinking. He explained clearly what needed to be done and why. He explained other options and why they were not the best.
