What can I say, it'a the prototypical Chinese buffet that you can probably imagine if asked to define one. Everything met expectations across the board from the moment you walk in until the moment you roll your stuffed stomach out the door and down the steps to the car. OMG thank you Lord we walked to the 'sushi' bar BEFORE we ate. Absolutely disgusting! Flys on everything and the selection (what was left I should say) was horrible. I asked the guy if he could make us some spicy tuna and he said they didn't have it but he could make us some tuna and would we like two pieces. Two pieces? Really? THEN I noticed the flys and that was it. We walked the hell out and didn't look back. And I will say it is a big place with your typical Chinese selections but you CANT be okay with fly city. Can't believe we drove from Navarre to Ft Walton beach (14 miles) because people On the the beach today said it had great sushi. Food was cold, over cooked, oily, or had ZERO taste. Our mattress had no idea of COvID precautions. She was wearing gloves and would pick up dirty plates, clean tables and THEN come to take your glass to refill it. All while never cleaning her hands or changing gloves! This place is definitely one of the lower quality Chinese buffets that I've been to. The sushi was very poor. The food was ok, but definitely not great at all. I had recently moved here when I gave my last review. I wanted to update it since it's been two years. I go about 1-3 times a month and love it. All staff is friendly now and even the man who does the Mongolian bbq remembers me every time. I've always loved the food especially the seafood. While the food was good and hot, their add is VERY misleading! On their website it shows all you can eat crab, and even mentions it on the buffet menu. When we went in, the crab was an added charge of $14.99 per pound, PLUS, you would also be charged $3.99 if there was Excess amounts of food left on your plate. read more

Food is typical buffet food, but it was either salty or bland. By the time we got here the fried rice container was empty. They finally refilled it after we said something. Called in a to-go order within an hour of their closing time, and I was a little late picking up order due to heavy holiday traffic. But the food was still hot and delicious, and they fulfilled order accurately. We had sweet and sour chicken, Happy Family meal, and a shrimp and broccoli dish. This is not a "5 Star Restaurant." This is a 5 out of 5 point 4 Star Restaurant. The food is really good, the price is just right. I'm here with my wife on a Saturday night, it's decently busy but not over crowded, crab is being served, and the total price for dinner, soda, and a glass of wine is $35. I have eaten here several times before and have always had good things to say. However the last two times we were here the place was not so great. The service was poor and on our last trip there were several large families with many kids running around with no shoes on and serving themselves from the food bar. Most of them were not tall enough to see the food and were grabbing it with their bare hands. We made several complaints to the employees but nothing was done about this. In my opinion, I don't like the decor inside, look like some Chinese restaurant around this area, the food is diverse, service is good but not perfect, the food tastes normal. The chef doesn't fry your food well. I can't believe this is a city of beach but all the seafood is frozen. I almost give them 2 stars but an ice cream saves them, the blueberry ice cream is so good. For a buffet this place is good. The fruit is fresher and better tasting than what I can buy in the grocery store. This is one of the few places that my 2 toddler boys will sit still at. The pizza is better than the frozen pizza at the store so I actually have to say I like Chinese buffet pizza. Haha this place is good. Not the best Chinese I've ever had, but it's not bad at all. Out of all the Chinese restaurants in Fort Walton Beach I'll come here. And by the look of the full parking lot every time I pass this place, I'll have to say a lot of other people agree. Went here for dinner and I don't know when a good place to go would be but the food was absolutely awful!!! The sushi was warm and kinda hard. The macaroni and cheese was so bland.
