There was a small door on the front that appeared to be damaged, she assured me with a promise that it would be fixed. It wasn't, and couldn't be according to the owner. Really nice guy, he's the one who delivered it, and was again very professional. Showed me the tests were running when he left. I walked my dogs and came home to a leak. I live in an apartment so this could be catastrophic because it doesn't only endanger my belongings if things are flooded. It appeared to be damaged and leaking where the little door on the front was damaged. They came immediately to look at it, had to return to the shop for parts, but got it working. When I went to run a load, they had installed it where I couldn't open the dispenser to put in the soap. The shop is less than a mile from me. I called and he asked me to wait for another full day to have someone scoot over the machine two inches. I'd kinda had it at this point and hung up on him. Not happy about that but I don't want to call him again after bugging him so many times today. I hurt my back and yanked it over myself. So I can't necessarily say they didn't try, and I feel like we got a good deal on good machines. Just make sure they stay until the test is finished on the washer, and that you can open the soap dispenser before they leave.

    Not impressed with their management. Marsha needs people skills…read more nice people skills. she seems to be using hostile people skills instead. Had 2 coupons. both were $10 off $40. asked to buy half my merchandise 1st. and use coupon. then buy rest of merchandise with 2nd coupon. i would save a grand total of $20 and Kohl's would make $200 off the sale..she refused to split my transaction. noting "only one coupon per customer, period" my response: ok ill buy these items (half) and then put the rest on hold with customer service. leave, get lunch and come back. then ill use my 2nd coupon. THIS IS WHAT BLEW MY MIND (i was a retail manager for 7yrs and this stunned me) she said "no you are still the same person" it got worse. she felt the need to tack on to the end "..and i'll tell the store not to do that for you cuz you are still the same person and its one coupon per customer!" things got interesting when i 1. informed her i called customer service prior to my visit and they said its not a problem (corporate customer service number) she declared she doesnt care what cooperate says she is saying no and thats it. i asked what would be better for them. should i leave and not make a purchase...she said YES! i repeated. i should leave and NOT spend $200 in this store and give another company my $$ over $20 in savings?? this time she insisted that my money wasnt needed.................... ....what? the phone call the proceeded WITH corporate was interesting. that lady was exceptionally friendly and just as baffled. two coupons on ONE transactions are a no no but she couldnt even grasp why this manager wouldnt allow me to split my large purchase into TWO transactions. or leave and come back. how is that not discriminating against an individual. basically it was her discretion and for whatever reason. idk maybe she had a bad morning but she was sour. idk who hires managers that tell $$ to walk out. did i mention i was buy school clothes and my 6year old was very confused as to why mommy couldnt buy his school clothes. there were other customers in line too! how embarrassing and rude. a lady caught me in the parking lot and said she heard whole thing (was on opposite check out) and she wont be shopping at that location after she saw her treat me that way. she offered to buy our stuff but that wasnt the point and her support was enough.

It was delivered and I realized I didn't have battery packs nor a charger. This was my first time, of course! So I went in store to get 4 battery pack with the charger.     This is regarding a humidifier that I ordered through the Lowes app. I ordered through the app…read morebecause I am a single mother with a severely disabled child who is sick at the moment. This is what has followed. I placed a same-day delivery order on Sunday May 3rd. I was sent text messages throughout the day that it would be delivered that day even to the point that it was out for delivery. At 7:40 PM, I was notified that no, it wasn't out for delivery and that it was in fact delayed all of the sudden, but they were working on it. I tried calling the Lowe's at Plano West (where I placed the order) two different times- both times put on hold and stayed on hold until after they closed. Then when I tried to call back, nobody answered...which we all know was done on purpose. On Monday I tried calling customer service to find out where the product was. They ultimately were of no help at all. They could do nothing. They also told me to go up to the Plano West store where I could possibly pick the product up if one was in stock. I went up to the Plano West store and was told at that time that no, in fact the product was at the Lewisville store. I was told by the manager that he would look into it and call me back, which he never did. Why it was at the Lewisville store and why the manager did not call me back, I have no clue. The next day I tried calling the Lewisville store and I don't know who I spoke with because I've spoken to so many people at this point and was told that there is a third-party that actually makes the deliveries that they had picked the product up, but they had not delivered the product and they don't know where the product was. I was also told that I could not cancel the order for a refund. Nor could I pick another one of the same unit they had in stock at that store. So now I have a sick kid, I have no product, no refund, nobody that could help me and was told to call back the next day. I called back the next day and asked for the manager and was told that that manager was gone that I needed to call back the next day, which is what I did. I called the next day and I was told that that manager is not in the office. Today is now Thursday. I was able to finally speak with the manager at the Lewisville store who I will mention by name as he has been literally the only person with any competence to be able to handle this situation. Darren. Thankfully, he did call back and leave me a VM because I am at work. He said he was able to discount the unit because of the inconvenience and I could either come pick the unit up or he would deliver the unit to me personally. He said for me to call back. I called back and whoever it was that I spoke to said that he wasn't there and that I needed to call back tomorrow. So here we are once again no product no refund they can't tell me where it is they don't know what to do about it nor do they care. Yes I could go up there and pick it up but because it's at the Lewisville store it's 30 minutes away. I work full-time and again I am a single mother of a severely disabled child. I don't have the time to do that. My frustration level has peaked. I know that Lowe's ultimately does not care whether or not I shop there again or not. But I don't care. This level of incompetence is absurd. I will never ever EVER shop at Lowe's ever again.
