I was charged $95 for a poorly done dip. I've been coming here for years and I'm just disappointed that the price went up for a lower quality service. none of my nails are even.

Really nice place, friendly staff, and well done manicures. I thought this please was gone be great! However the application of builder gel is not done properly. My nails look bumpy and crooked, no apex was formed . Honestly it ruined the whole whole experience

I've been coming here for years and it's never disappointed me!! The staff is so nice and friendly and they have a great selection of colors. They're also starting to do more nail art too! Also I HIGHLY recommend getting a pedicure with them, not only do they do an amazing job at it but their massages are so good.

Flawless manicure! Is this place fancy and aesthetically pleasing? Not really. But you will get a perfect manicure. Sam does not mess around and did a great job on my nails. He took his time, but somehow I also wasn't there forever. I'm going back 100%.

I wrote a horrible review when this place was Angela salon but now that this place underwent new management and became Ocean Nail I'm extremely satisfied! I made an appointment for 10 AM and when I arrived was attended to right away. The place is just as beautiful and clean as before but has taken extra safety precautions for COVID such as hanging partitions between the tech and client. Before beginning the appointment Sam tried on both foot and nail color of the option I selected to make sure they matched and that I liked them on. I was so happy that he made the extra step before both colors were applied and it was too late to go back. Sam paid extra attention to detail throughout my appointment and his massages felt amazing! He really did a great job! I'm so happy with Ocean Nail and will definitely make this my go-to nail place!

I was feeling very Neon today- powder dip on nails and regular pedi by Raymond. Wendy and Raymond were warm and welcoming. Their Nail Salon is clean and has a calming, stress free environment. I appreciated the detailed work Raymond provided me for my cuticles and the variety of colors I was able to choose from* The professionalism he provided me left me appreciative and reassured that each one of my hard earned dollars spent was worth every cent spent for my mani/pedi services. I found this little gem by coincidence and i have not stopped going since! I absolutely love everything about this nail salon. I absolutely love the hospitality and how my nails look whenever we leave. I started coming with my sisters as a bonding experience and we loved it so much that we then started bringing my mom too (whose extremely picky and critical about her nails) and she loves it. I do my nails with raymond and he is absolutely incredible he knows a lot about nails, is quick and efficient. his work ethic is unmatched. My mom gets her acrylics done by Sam and my sister gets hers done with Candy. Every time we go it feels like family.

I found this GEM last minute on my birthday. I called Ocean nail and spoke to the owner Jerry and explained to him that it was my birthday and despite it being last minute, and on a Sunday, Jerry said to just come in. The place was extremely clean, and he greeted me by asking if I wanted a glass of wine, which made me feel so bougie lol! I explained to him that I wanted something simple but a little bit of a spring vibe thrown in there and HE KILLED IT! I love my nails! He was so attentive, the pedicure felt amazing, and he was actually really funny too. I had a great overall experience at Ocean nail with Jerry and I'll definitely be coming back!!

Yeah i don't plan to go back to my usual place. I found this spot on yelp in search of a new location after having bad experiences at my previous place, no regrets! My boyfriend & I went for mani's & pedi's, upon opening & i can't express enough how thorough, nice & attentive the staff we encountered are! The location is clean, SUPER CLEAN. The staff, very nice & so down to earth. I think this was the first time at a nail salon where I didn't feel like just a dollar symbol, they treated me awesomely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

I used to come here every week. Went in a few days ago, received a gel manicure and the polish was all over my cuticles. I kindly asked the technician multiple times to change it during the service but he said it would be fine and he would take care of it at the end. No change was done and I told him I'm sorry I do not like it (as I came in with nails that were more cleaned up). He gets super upset and starts filing my nails off and told me another tech is going to do it. Then the other tech comes after I'm almost done soaking them off and says it'll be an hour wait! The owner I believe was talking crap the entire time to a guest about me and laughing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN Update: for one how do you know what my face looks like? I have no picture here. Stopped in because I desperately needed a manicure and my regular spot is closed on Mondays. I was blown away! The place is very clean, they're respecting Covid regulations. Jerry was my manicurist and he is phenomenal! I paid for the pedicure that includes a 5 minute foot massage....AMAZING!!!! Great pedicure, great massage and his nail painting skills are are meticulous. I am thoroughly impressed. I will be back. read more

Very friendly staff. Had an appointment at 2:30 was helped at 3:00. They apologized for the delay. Very clean. I have had much better pedicures though. Not much calluses was removed. And only the cuticles were trimmed. A scrub on the lower part of my legs and hot towels and cream felt good. My nail technician was a very friendly gentleman. No issues there. But if you really want a good pedicure I recommend you go somewhere else. I had slight cracks in the calluses in my heel and they were still there after the pedicure. My nails were done nicely. But that's the best I can say about the pedicure. read more

I was a walk in, granted they were short staffed on a Wednesday afternoon so I had an hour wait until I could be serviced. I like the way I was handled. Clear communication, ask for my contact number, sent me on my way. When I returned, I received a Spa pedicure and manicure. Simple gel pink and white set. Wendy got rid of all of my overgrown cuticles and scrubbed me down the way I needed! I did have minor bleeding, maybe she cut a bit too much but I didn't mind...my nails came out beautifully. I will be back for sure ! read more

Do not go here, I think this has been my worst experience at a nail salon. I was there for more than three hours for a manicure and pedicure, the guy who did my nails was very slow so I was like okay it must be quality work. He did not know how to paint nails, would paint them and then remove the nail polish since it was so poorly painted. The nail polish they use is not good quality, it did not last me even two days. There was a girl next to me almost crying because the lady that was doing her nails cut her finger. Avoid this place at all costs. They are nice but don't know how to work with nails. Unfortunately I didn't want to leave this review but after paying $60 for this poorly service I am beyond UPSET. Do not go. read more

It was the first nail place that I chose after months of quarantine and I cannot believe the jackpot I hit! An absolute Hidden gem. It is elegant and clean with service that is hard to find now: They actually take the time to massage you! Very poor customer service. Do not value loyalty. Rude!!! Speak poorly about customers to other clients and tend to speak in their native language amongst each other constantly in front of clients. I have been going to Ocean Nails for almost a year now. I have been a steady customer, arrive early and commit to my appointments. The person I normally do my nails with was amazing! Didnt appreciate the comments that were made about other clients, nor when they spoke poorly about other clients in Chinese (could tell because of the body language). But I continued going because I really like the way they did my nails. Made sure I tipped her well as a result. Until today! I made an appt two weeks earlier for my daughter and I but did not write it down had forgotten the date and time. I called in the weekend to verify my appt date and time. When the person that answered the phone called me back, I understood that my appt was at 6pm on the day indicated (language barrier). When we showed up for our appt apparently it was an hour earlier and apparently they had called to verify. I have only missed once because of car issues, made sure I called to notify that I was not able to make it. You would think that they would realize something went wrong if this was not a pattern. I understood that at that point my appt was lost due tonthe bad communication but nothing was done to.resolve, was not called, was not given an alternate solution, they never tool blame for their part in giving me the wrong time and to top it off started speaking angrily about me in Chinese about each other where you could tell.that my.nail.ladybwas feeling uncomfortable as well as the other clients. And yes I understood some.of it. So long Ocean Nails! Definitely no loyalty with the customers here!!! read more

I had come here a while ago under a different owner and it wasn't a great experience. My usual place now doesn't work on Sundays so I was really bummed out. When I started looking I notice the name had changed I was hestitant it was same owner but I took the risk. O m g excellent service. I am so impressed by this place! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this nail salon. I ended up here because I had gone to my previous nail salon and had a upsetting time after going for a about a year and half. I walked in and told them what happened and they immediately fixed my nails. I AM OBSESSED WITH MY NAILS NOW! The staff is so nice. I hit a jackpot. It is a HIDDEN GEM! They take their time with you and are following every CDC guideline to make their customers feel safe. I had an amazing enjoyable experience. I will be returning in two weeks. Had a very nice experience. Owner Wendy is very friendly. The spa is clean and there is easy parking. I had a relaxing mani pedi with KK and added a lemon foot masque treatment which was lovely. They opened recently and really want their customers to like it and come back. 20% off treatments now so give them a try! read more

I rarely post reviews but this place deserves it. First time and I honestly think I had the BEST pedicure I've ever had thanks to Jerry. I chose the one above the basic pedicure that included a mask, hot towels and extra massages and it was incredible. He took his time and was very precise when painting my nails too. Everything was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. This will be my new nail salon after this experience! read more

I've been going to this spot for over a year and I have been so satisfied with the amazing attention to detail Amberys has for brows at such an affordable price. She keeps your natural shape but honestly does the best job on brows I have ever experienced. I went yesterday for the first time since the pandemic allowed for salons to reopen and I was so impressed. What has changed: * you must make and pre pay for your appointment in advance * no one but you and amnerys are in the salon at a time and she lets you in, opens the door and has no other clients or staff inside while you're there. * you must wear a mask. She is also wearing a mask. What has not changed: * amazing service and beautiful brows! If you haven't been to my brow doctor I encourage you to give her a try. She is simply AMAZING!

Now, when I tell you my brows were long and hairy please believe me!! I like crazy and had lost my shape and had a scar under there. She was the sweetest most caring when it came to that. I barely felt the wax going through the scar. She wears a magnifying glass and saw I had one so was gentle. No pain, barely any redness and actually walked out of there with a shape. A few days after waxing I break out but I actually didn't this time around. It was quick and easy. Sadly Covid and quarantine began right after so I'm waiting on my appointment. Will update with pictures but so far very satisfied.

My Facials are my time to take care and pamper myself. I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. This is simply unprofessional and disruptive to my experience. Sadly, I no longer go to this Spa because it was getting much too frustrating for me to appreciate the experience. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because she really does do a good job. Just the lack of respect for the client is my issue.

Okay... WOW! I am so impressed with the professionalism, CLEANLINESS, and pure talent of ALL the workers here. Because of COVID-19 I was skeptical about getting my nails done. They have taken the situation and ran with it. They are CONSTANTLY cleaning every single surface here, they hung plastic curtains to separate client from technician and seat everyone six ft apart from each other. I am beyond impressed by there ability to thrive in these uncertain times. But that is not all, they are extremely accommodating and friendly. It was such a nice way to destress. They are beyond nice here. Me and my cousin showed them different designs of what we wanted and what they did was even BETTER than what we showed them. They did an incredible job. They took their time to explain each option to us and were very upfront about their costs. I don't live in the area, but I will go here EVERY time I am. They are THAT good. 100% recommend read more

Excellent place to get your nails done. People are really nice and very professional. They are very detailed with their work, checking your nails every second to see if they are perfect and if they are what you like. The pedicure is awesome!! Love the massages.
