We thought we would give this place a chance. They DO NOT do what you ask. My daughter had a tip glued directly onto her entire nails! Not as a tip. They did not do anything she asked. All her nails were completely popped off within a week! All they did was put gel nail polish over top of a tip! They painted on the French manicure and it looked TERRIBLE! My daughter told them over and over what she wanted and they completely ignored it. I also had acrylic nails done. I wanted them rounded and he said they were too short to round which was bull because I've had them rounded before. Then I had to point out that the polish wasn't going to the edges and it looked funny to me. The place was soo cluttered with stuff and the girl running the front desk rolled her eyes anytime she had to do something. Do not recommend. Mediocre work and high prices. It was going great in the beginning I was always loving my sets. But they've cared less and less how they leave my nails looking. They use very old gel polishes and do not replace them. I brought up how bad the polish looked on my last set where I upgraded to gel and they tried to tell me it was my fault for picking that polish. Gaslighting much? Maybe don't have polish in your shop that's bad quality and when your customer points it out adjust your mistake. Paid extra money just to have my nails look worse than they ever have. I just had the worst experience with nail tech RYAN. I usually don't come here to get my nails done, but since they were open at 9am I decided to go because my time was limited. Anyhow, I was referred to Ryan by the receptionist( did not get her name) who assured me he had just did her nails and that he is a great nail technician. 1. I walk to his station, he did not greet me at all and seemed very much in a rush. As I am getting my nails done, I notice that most of them are all different shapes and sizes, I bring that to his attention, and he smartly replies " Let me finish them, you haven't let me shape them yet". Really, so what were you doing the last 35 minutes then? Was my initial thought, but since I was pressed for time I ignored it. 2.Ryan finishes my nails and I realize not only did he shape them incorrectly they were waaaaay shorter than the length I requested. I'm not one to complain so I just left it alone and told myself I would not return. I paid my $40 and left. 3.The following day, which was Saturday I noticed that 3 of my nails were loose, I couldn't believe it. I decided to put nail glue on the loose nails which held them together until that Monday all 3 had fallen off. I called the shop to complain, they told me to come in Tuesday so that Ryan could repair my nails. I was told to come in at 3:30pm, I get there and he is busy so I come back the next day which is Wednesday morning. 4. I arrive at 9am. Ryan hasn't arrived yet, I was in no rush so I waited 15 mins, I was excited to get my nails fixed. RYAN, arrives, and immediately I notice his has an attitude. Whatever, just fix my nails! He rushed my nails so quick, I asked him if he could put a clear coat of polish on all my nails he said "No"! I did not want to argue with him and make a scene, so I asked the receptionist, the one who referred me to him, Why couldn't he put a clear coat of polish on all my nails? She looked dumb founded and said nothing. What's the point of polishing (3) new nails and leaving the rest of them looking dull? Ryan then says" You need to pay extra to get clear polish", no thank you. I got. up and left with a hand full of drill and powder dust all over my hands that he refused to dust off. I was livid at this point. 5.The next day which is Thursday, an exact week since I had my nails done;another nail pops off. Lmao, this is a joke. I have never been to a nailshop where (4) nails pop off in a weeks time spand. None of my nails were broken or cracked, they completely just fell off. I believe this shop uses some type of cheap powder or glue. WHATEVER the case, I will NEVER RETURN! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Especially when Ryan is working. read more

JUST EXPERIENCED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I ARRIVED at 4:15pm and was not seated in a pedicure chair until 6:15pm. The guy who did my nails did a horrible job!!!!! He tried to fix them, and it just made it even worst! Imagine waiting two hours, and spending a total of three hours and thirty minutes, and leaving with a grade F nail job. I was so upset! I spoke with the manager and they wanted to charge me full price and told me to come back in on another day when they are not busy. I WILL NEVER COME BACK! A waste of 50$! I don't understand how the manager suggested for me to come back another day, when the purpose of me getting my nails done was for an event this weekend. read more

Yelperss...the lies!!!! Full disclosure, I think all the good reviews are for the techs doing the acrylics. The girl next to me was getting hers done with Rachel (yes, I was being nosey) and her stilettos looked great. Back to my nails... Sloppy, not at all what I wanted, took way way too long, inefficient. Against my better judgement, I stuck my toes in the HIGHLY unsanitary spa chair. When I mean highly unsanitary, I mean, I asked the lady how its sanitized and she said alcohol. Hmm ok. No one was at my chair before me so I couldn't confirm. When the person next to me left, I watched as the girl just RINSED of the tub. NO SOAP. NO ALCOHOL. NO SANITARY products. And within 2 minutes the next person was seated. Horrible. Prayingggggg that I don't get any type of fungus! So while my pedi was going, nothing was being done on my Mani. No gel soak off. Nothing. This led to me being walked over to a table once my pedi was done. My Mani is completely sloppy. I asked for 2 different colors. A base color and a glitter color for my middle fingers. Somewhere along the way my glitter polish was never added. I have about 2 smudged nails...in gel polish. With the questionable pedi tub alone, I don't believe I will return. read more

He rushes doing your many/pedi to get to the next customer. He doesn't care about customer service or detail. He wants your money. The other ladies are just as rude. The customer service is great! They're very attentive. I always have terrible luck with places, but this place was right on point with their customer service. I showed the person doing my hands a picture of what I wanted. I wanted a full set with medium length nails in white. I am always extremely specific when it comes to white colored nails because many places don't really know how to do them. The guy doing my nails did them much shorter than what I had showed him, so I pointed out they weren't the length I wanted, but that I didn't want to spend more time there so I told him to finish. He got upset and walked away from me while telling me it was my fault. He then talked to another employee and had him do my nails. It told him what had happened and he was understanding, gave me a discount and provided he customer service I had been greeted with. The reason that I will come back is that 1. The job was well done 2. Everyone else provided excellent customer service 3. This place is very clean 4. One person isn't going to completely get rid of the fact the job was excellently done The reason I gave it 4 stars is because if the first guy who did my nails. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I went here for an upper lip wax last min. First time here. The lady did an AWFUL job! I didn't even notice until I got home and looked in the mirror. NO! The lady does not give you a mirror to look at the finishing job! I mean how hard is to wax an upper lip??? I was better off doing it MYSELF! She left hair patches everywhere, I can't believe I went to Starbucks looking like that. $6 for a horrible upper lip wax & she had the audacity to ask for tip in the end. She then calls me and says 2 chairs are ready and they want to get started - 30 minutes go by and I'm still waiting to be assisted, my sister got started on her pedicure 20 minutes after getting seated keep in mind the water is now freezing. A women walks in and is helped immediately, because she had an appointment. I'm all for scheduling appointments, but if they can't keep all customers happy they need to stop taking appointments! They did such a bad job. My daughter took in a picture of she wanted, lavender coffin with daisy flowers. Her nails, where lumpy, some where coffin like some where squared. Two of her nails where lose and lifting by 3pm, she got them done at 9am and it took them 1.5 hrs to do them. Her dad took her to get them taken off and a refund and they said no because they did the job. He told them but it was a bad job. She had them re do the nails but he just re did them on top of those and shorten them because according to the man that did them they where too long and thats why they where lose. Ive had them longer and never had an issue. The re do is no better than the originals but i wasnt just going to give them $60 for a product that was not to par. They also dont honor appointments. A week ago we made an appointment for 4 pedis 3 manis we got there 5 mins before and we had to wait and they didnt take all 4 of us at the same time. While i was there with her there was another customer complaining about her nails and upset they asked her to sit and wait and they start speaking in there language, which im sure they where talking about her and peobably my daughter when she was there. Since new owners have taken over and it's become Mary's nails and lashes the service and quality has taken a serious dive. I've been going to this place for over 10 years with never having issues like lifting and fungus but since the take over about 2-3 months ago, it's been an ongoing issue. Tony (owner) is very rough and pulls off the acrylics like a mad man. He's also very distracted by incoming customers and phone calls so his attention to detail (shaping the nail, etc) is sub par at best. Last week I went in for a scheduled appointment and was told to come back in two hours (had made a fill and pedi appointment the week before). After I asked if I could have someone else do the services I was told no and then was told to come back the next day. No apologies, just a rude "no". I was really surprised and really felt very dismissed. (The shop wasn't busy at the time). I left immediately and went to Lux nails where a friend had recommended the shop to me. What a difference in quality and I was treated like a customer should always be greeted! Many of my coworkers used to go there but have since stopped because of the terrible service and quality of work. Even my 95 yo mom used to go with me to get pedis but since going there with the new crew she stopped going with me because she was very disappointed with the service. She was very happy to hear I had found a new place! That's saying a lot! Bottom line, don't waste your time and money there. First and foremost, Kaycee rescued me from a eyelash experience I had at another shop. She was knowledgeable and helped me remove the lashes that was done horribly by that shop.After that she explained to me the process and asked me about the look I wanted with the lashes. I wanted a natural but glamorous look. She took her time in doing my lashes. She was very gentle and I felt so comfortable during the install. I didn't even feel the lashes so I was so surprised when she said that she was done. Kaycee is a perfectionist and her work displays that ! She taught me how to take care of my lashes and how to properly clean them because I was inexperienced with lashes. The next day she called me to check on how my lashes were doing. I have continued to get my lashes done with her because I love the look and they are so lightweight. I know Kaycee takes pride in her work and making sure I get the quality work which is clearly evident in how my lashes look. She is consistent and you will love your lashes! I went in around 12:00pm (no appointment) on Saturday with my friend and we were able to get serviced right away. i got acrylic nails (coffin shape) for $20. They came out amazing but because i work on a computer at work, I had to chop them off :( The service here is AMAZING. OK surpass five starz for this wonderful establishment. I've been here 3 times, maybe 4. And each time wonderful accommodations await customers, such as water and now starbucks. Great way to enter heaven before the angels even start singing! ! My pedicure was to die for and lasted well over 30 mins with my technician focused on me as if the crowded seats next to me would be taken cared of in due time. (There is no rushing these wonderful people, so plz keep their patience in mind if you're the one behind schedule) My legs and feet were drenched in the purple wax, a blue-green scrub elixir, and a peppermint or eucalyptus butter that had my eyes rolling as much as the massage chair kneading out the tension in my lower back! On top of that, I forgot 2 nail polish bottles yesterday while on my spa date with My Love. Not only was I remembered when I went this morning to retrieve them; I was allowed to pick my bottles from their selection without any conflict whatsoever. Ladies and gentleman, & everyone out there who values their hygiene: come to La Bella Nails and get pampered like you're at the spa while saving money like you're at the swapmeet! They will have the same person doing your pedi do your mani because they take more people in than they could handle . 1 star for the fake promise I had a class at 10:30 my app 9:30am they make me wait 20 min because nail tech was late to work . So I tell the owner immediately "just please do my hands I'll be back for a pedi because I have a cycle class in 40 min and they won't dry anyways it's fine I'll come back" he insisted I stayed even though I was fine with coming back later for the pedi . I've been to this inconspicuous little nail salon a handful of times. The last time I came here was the very last time. Walking in for a take off and new full acrylic set, I was seated after approximately ten minutes of waiting. I didn't get his name, but this younger looking gentleman helped me. 1) There was no greeting whatsoever. I sat down, he started filing away without a "hi, how are you?" or even a smile. Okay. Not everyone was taught manners growing up and I understand that. 2) Dude was clearly untrained in handling the electric nail file. He used very short, inconsistent strokes when filing down my nails and didn't understand the importance of taking breaks to ensure my nail plate didn't generate too much heat. He looked very inexperienced and confused and it took twenty painstaking minutes to finally get prepped for my new set. 3) When clipping down my natural nail growth before gluing on the tips, he snipped the hyponychium (that sensitive growth of skin adhered to the underside of your nails) on my left pinky. I didn't notice this at first but eventually the stinging caught up to me and I realized he cut me. This guy didn't apologize, but instead tried to subtly hide it from me by pressing on my finger with a towel and applying nail glue onto it to stop the bleeding (and I was bleeding a LOT). What!? 4) LAST STRAW. Homie clearly did NOT know how to sculpt acrylics. I watched him the whole time. After he finished with one hand, I inspected his handiwork. All of my nails were thin as fuck; he pretty much didn't apply any acrylic. After I let them set for a few minutes, I prodded them and they were all very flexible and pliable, which shouldn't have been the case with proper acrylics. I asked him to apply more acrylic to my fingers because he clearly didn't do a good job, and he gave me an attitude. He redid my nails but they were still flexible and bending in ways they shouldn't, so I finally asked for someone else to do my nails. Not sure why he looked butthurt, but if I was going to pay $40 for a set of nails, they had better be up to my expectations. An older man came and carefully redid my nails. He did a fair job, but I'm never coming back here again. Don't let your nail tech work on clients when he clearly needs more practice. read more

I have this nail salon on bookmarkes sine the other person at a nearby salon had put someone else in my appointment slot,so I decided to try this one, and it was a pleasurable experience. At first, they had someone on my feet that I wasn't pleased with so before she got into doing my feet I asked could someone else serve me. They had this excellent gentlemen do my feet and he did it like he was a pro, he had to be the manager. He scrubbed all the dead skin off my feet I was 1 inch horter. Don't ever go here if you value sanitation!!! I brought my mom to get our nails done for a wedding and they cut her very badly! The woman only poured alcohol on her toe and tried to continue the pedicure while my moms toe continued to bleed! We had to ask her multiple times to stop and attend to the bleeding toe as blood was now dripping into the pedicure water!! Ridiculous. Finally, we asked the guy (who seemed to be running the place) for a band-aid and some sort of antiseptic (which they did not have). The finally produced a small band-aid, which she bled right through and we had to ask for a second - they have all stopped even paying attention at this point, by the way. Her toe was cut so badly it continued to bleed for over 30 minutes, at which point they asked my mom to move to a different seat so they could help other customers. Ok, we figured that made sense. BUT!!!! -- and here's where you should PAY ATTENTION: I sat and watched him "clean" the pedicure tub by only rinsing it with water! Someone just bled into this thing and you don't use any type of solution?!?! I wouldn't be caught dead at this place again unless it is to point out the woman that you'll see pictured below, who apparently values $14 over the well-being of her clients. Disgusting. I went yesterday to remove my set of acrylics and to just keep my natural nail length (which were pretty long). The nail tech I usually go with was on vacation so I decided to go with someone else who does acrylics... WORST DECISION EVER. I told him EXACTLY what I wanted. How i would like to remove the acrylics and keep my natural nail because I liked the length. He said ok, so he cut off the fake nail and he started removing the nail. Just like nothing, he didn't use any acetone, just grabbed another fake nail and forced my current acrylics to come off. I'm not sure if this is how they take all acrylics but he cut me three times, ALL my nails are deformed. They all burn and they're bruised. It's as if I were to just peel them off myself, it was so painful it's insane. I felt so bad for my bruised nails i had decided to just cut them completely off (also because he had broke two of my nails stating he could just fix it with powder but that wasn't the whole point of keeping my nails). I ended up just getting a manicure and every time he set the liquids on my nails they burned, so i just got clear polish. I've never taken off my acrylics in a nail salon, i usually do it myself and i learned my lesson to never trust another soul with my nails. They are so sensitive and deformed I'm so upset. The one and only guy who was always doing my nails didn't care. Knowing I have a chip nail he wouldn't even replace it. They don't do the best job and have horrible service.
