Service is at the front desk. Lots of good conversation with customers checking out, but no greeting coming or going. The store was warm - perhaps a broken AC in parts of the building. Popped in this past December to pick up a Snowman house that my daughter wanted, and sure enough, they remembered me, mask and all. They brought out my house, faded receipt, just waiting on us. That's honest business. For that alone I will always shop with this group. Again, staff is friendly and knows their product. I have referred countless folks to them and will continue to do so.
