The manager assured me that they intended resolve our situation. We agreed to bring our trailer back to their facility on 11/17 for a seventh time so that they can show us what they have and had done to try and find the shower leak. The manager also requested I spend the day if necessary to witness their work. I agreed since our goals were the same - find and fix the leak. Since our trailer has been winterized, covered and put to bed for the winter Driftwood agreed to re-winterize our trailer at no cost.

My husband and i had an appointment, toured a couple of park models and the salesman said he would follow up after taking measurements of our site. We never heard from him again, when i followed up again, he said he had personal things going on and that was the reason for not following up. We viewed more trailors that day and are running into the same issues with follow up with emails. I decided to email the manager, still nothing. I called the manager and told him about my experiances so far. I figured the best way to work through this would be the general manager, not the case, he was rude and defensive. I also asked for the corporate number or the owners, anyone that i could discuss the issues with that would be a bit more open minded and not defensive and i was told he is the decision maker. I also work for a family owned copmany and i know they would want to be aware of issues with the sales team and more importantly the general manager.

We're from CA, and set out to drive our 40' Winnebago diesel pusher cross country all the way to Maine. While in Ohio, our bedroom slide would not go back in properly. It took us many phone calls, and several in-person stops along the way to ask for assistance in trying to close our slide which was sticking out roughly 6 inches and clearly had gotten off track and was no longer aligned properly. We were turned down by every repair shop, informing us it would take a while for anyone to be able to look at it because they were all backed up for weeks in their service departments. While passing through NJ, we came across Whitehorse RV. We were worried water was going to leak into the bedroom with the rains in the forecast. We thought we'd give them a try and ask for some help. They were the first place to graciously try to help us after dozens of attempts. Clint met us in the parking lot and told us he would get his manager. Without hesitation they took care of it. Irvin was incredibly helpful too.

As I was waiting for it to be done my rep and the mechanic come out and tell me I need brakes and if I wanted them to do it. I had hardly used the RV and the mechanic said that sometimes on GMC'S the brake controller is not right. Well I told them I would take it to my mechanic to have the brakes done. After I dropped the RV off at my mechanic ,they told me to come get it that I didn't need brakes . It was 3 or more years later that I needed brakes. Another incident : I had to have a new roof put on RV (over $10,000). About a year after it was done I went in for my forever warranty inspection and was told the roof needed new seals ($1200).How is this possible they just did the new roof less than a year ago. So, I had them redo seals on roof. Now less then a year later I am getting ready for a trip and my bed is wet. I go up on the roof and the seal on fan over my bed is severly cracked. Call General RV and let them know ( they only warranty seals for 3months). There answer was it was a rough year weather wise for seals. How about that for bullshit!!Every year must be a rough year for seal . It's either that or forbid I say maybe they don't know what they are doing at their work establishment. Needless to say I am going to let my forever warranty expire just so I don't have to deal with such incompetence and thievery. It a shame that we RVer's have to deal with companies like this. From the first time I spoke with the service manager Susan through working with a technician Peter, and finally the manager Ed, it could not have been a more professional, personal, and pleasant experience. Prices posted up front on RVs. No guessing. RVs are open so you don't have to experience pressure from a salesman that needs his commission. I gave three stars because when I went to do walkthrough and finish paperwork found out my RV wasn't new as the sales man we talked to said it was. So instead of getting the manufacturer's warranty that comes with new RVs, I paid for an extended warranty. Little bit frustrating. Overall this place has a good vibe, and I would recommend.

These fees are all padded to make the dealership money, which your in business to make. I don't pay an admin fee, you have to do that to sell it anyway so why would I pay a padded fee so you can sell it ?
