Then they bashed my credit to 648. Scott Murphy is the POS who insulted me over and over. They shot gunned my info to 4 credit unions, and 3 banks for 100% financing. Who does 100% financing???? They never even asked me what I wanted to put down, never gave me an agreement to sign. The business manager didn't even have a card. They just gave me the chauvinistic treatment and lost a sale. They are also really poor communicators. They just sent me what I am sure was another insulting letter, I didn't even read it, I just threw it away.
