They gave me this red sauce for dipping and it's a pretty watery concoction of tomatos, onion, brown stuff, and what tastes like wine. I"m not sure if it was wine or if it was just sitting out all week and fermented. Either way, it was suspect and, like a trooper, I ate it anyways. Gastronomic mayhem to ensue I suppose. We'll see.
