Simple no frills quick bite. I got the breakfast crossaint and it was so good. Takes credit cards. Opens everyday 7am - 6pm. I love that it's in the Home Depot plaza, just a little building that's Incorporated into Home Depot, so convenient for when you have lots of things you do but want more then just crappy fast food. This will become our go to place for a quick bite since it's in walking distance and cheap and yummy most of all!

A high-ceiling dining room has '70s rock playing. More Steely Dan, please! My patty melt was literally the BEST PATTY MELT I've ever had in my life. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, juicy. Fries were excellent. I had a tiny cup of pineapple-sweetened coleslaw for $6, not mind-blowing though. For dessert I had a flawless cherry crumble, heated with a scoop of ice cream. I paid about $50 for this lunch. IT WAS WORTH IT. Can't wait to go back!

We always ask for a table with chairs because I have back problems and can't sit in their totally worn booths and the host has never had a problem with that request. But yesterday the regular host wasn't there and we were told they were busy and we had to sit at the counter or in a booth because they didn't want to put us the two of us at a table for four (there were two tables available). We waited for nearly ten minutes and when I asked again if we could sit at one of the tables was almost rudely told no, they were busy. So we left and went to Joanie's on California Avenue. They were also busy but immediately seated us and we had a much better lunch. Sometimes it's good to change things up as we'd forgotten how kind and attentive all the of the staff are at Joanie's and how much better the food was. And both of our plates of food came out hot and perfectly cooked which doesn't always happen at the Creamery. I guess we just eat there for the memories. My husband said none of the staff at the Creamery seem happy except for the host so if we don't see him seating the guests, we'll just go to Joanie's.

I came here for brunch with some friends. They do an annoying thing where they won't take reservations (first come, first served) and won't seat your party until EVERYONE is present. I felt bad for being a few minutes late and my friends had to sit outside because the restaurant would not seat them! I get they want to maximize profits, but if 2/3rds of the party is there, I don't get the point of not seating them. It's just not good customer service, in my opinion. In terms of the food, it is VERY rich. Delicious, but rich. The kind of rich where you won't be hungry for a solid 5-8 hours afterwards! For my drink, I got the Ube Latte--very comforting! It's bright purple but tastes like sweet milk! For my main dish, I upgraded it "For a complete meal" where I got the Marinier (French toast) and the Millionaire's Bacon. All very decadent and rich! My friend got the Matcha Moffle and also liked it. Overall, this place does creative Asian twists on brunch and does it well. It is VERY popular....almost too congested. (So they're a victim of their own success). I am deducting one star for not seating us when a majority of the party was there and for the overall congested, busy energy...it just makes the experience a bit harried and loud (you actually have to raise your voice to talk to your friends given the general volume from all the people), as opposed to relaxing. Total for all our meals (for 3 people) with drinks and tip came out to $138.20--(so expect to pay around $40-$50 for a brunch with a drink here!)

Our food was also delicious! We got: Prosciutto and egg sandwich - eggs were super light and fluffy, and the sandwich was well balanced and cheesy too! Fat and fluffy French toast - such a generous portion and the berries and whipped cream were so yummy! The toast itself had crispy edges and was super fluffy! Mid week brunch meant a quieter atmosphere and open seating. After perusing the menu we ordered at the counter before sitting at a table after picking up utensils and water. We ordered Fambrini's Breakfast, Brie & Mushroom Omelette, Crab Omelette, and shares the Lotus Biscoff Pancakes. Everyone loved their egg platters. The eggs were perfectly light and fluffy. I generally avoid omelettes getting scrambles instead because restaurants tend to overcook the eggs. Our dishes were prepared with quality and flavor in mind. I personally had the crab omelette and left no crumbs behind. The potatoes were well seasoned and wish I had enough room in my tummy to finish them off! The drip coffee was bold and delicious not watered down at all! Finally, we shared the 2 stack biscoff pancakes for a sweet finish. The pancakes were bouncy with biscoff sauce and a mound of whipped cream. This was mouth wateringly delicious. I don't have much of a sweet tooth but this was so yummy. This isn't a traditional sit down service but counter staff were friendly and efficient. There is a small parking lot off to the side and there is indoor and patio seating. We arrived at about 1:00-1:30 and the inside main dining area was already closed to patrons as staff prepared for the evening service. The host's tone did not encourage potential customers to dine there during the transition to dinner prep. Not a great first impression that gave off a late arrival so you'll get what's leftover vibe which was exacerbated by being forgotten for what seemed to be a half hour before our waitperson came to take our order. We chose to sit in the front sidewalk patio which was cold and windy not an alternate choice we will need to make again. We ended up sitting across from two loud, self-centered, immature, foul-mouthed college grad girls bragging about studying for their masters attempting to appear cultured were distracting everyone on that patio. After we placed our order, we finished up the app and hubbs was furious they forgot about his glass of pinot which arrived without an apology for the delay preceding our plate arrivals. I had the ny strip steak on the breakfast menu which came out perfectly med-well & added cilantro rice which was good although a little sticky not fluffy. Hubbs had the salmon which looked amazing and he enjoyed the mango sauce--the dish just didn't fill him up. Good thing we ordered fresh chips, salsa& guac.--which was very well prepared; the freshest guac I've ever had. It had fresh chopped tomatoes & green chiles all perfectly combined. Our wait person/food server made up for the less than stellar first impression of the host. And the food was flavorful. The ambiance was ruined by the diners across from us and the forgetfulness of taking our orders timely and serving the wine after the appetizer couldn't bring us back from what started out as negative experience. There are many restaurants up & down the bay that we aren't bothered. This wasn't the best reception nor dining experience and we are moving on. We hope it's a lesson and possibly could've just been a bad day for the crew, and unfortunately there is so much competition out there. We highly recommend the food for its freshness and flavor; recommend the salmon dish for its flavor and balance but not for its portion size. And wish this place nothing but the best and to improve where they dropped the ball.

The hostess did, and we were pleased to see more options on their summer menu since the first time we tried RH Rooftop Restaurant previously was in the winter. My mom ordered the Peach Bellini, I ordered the Pomme Royal (non-alcoholic). In my opinion this menu does have a little something for everyone, even if you're looking for something more casual or budget-friendly. They have a gorgeous selection of salads - super hydrated and happy vegetables, beautiful presentation, very refreshing - plus familiar favorites like burgers and sandwiches - all the way to your lobster and overpriced oysters. We ended up sharing the Steak Frites (medium rare), the Lobster Roll (added caviar), as well as the Blue Fin Toro Carpaccio. The steak frites really impressed me and I could see why people all around us were ordering french fries alone - they're top tier and you can tell they're fresh cut potatoes vs. frozen. Steak was perfectly seasoned and the lump crab on top was also fresh, vs. canned. I wish there was more. Lobster roll was divine, although on the smaller side, and next time we probably won't add the caviar. The caviar alone added an extra $40 to a $36 sandwich so... yeah. The carpaccio is mouthwateringly thin and served with a lighter dusting of caviar - we wanted to order another one and flagged our server down for a second order, but it never came. Like other reviewers have mentioned, service can be slow and disjointed. We were served by 3-4 different faces and although I didn't mind that, I could see how things were lost in translation. Our cloth napkins also smelled gross (when you leave them in the washer too long) which was a huge turn-off so we asked for paper napkins to wipe our mouths. Other than that, it's a real treat to watch the sunset from the outdoor patio if you're around in time with the fireplaces turned on.

Upstairs, the restaurant sits beneath a soaring glass-and-steel atrium, surrounded by olive trees and centered around a fountain. It looks like something between a greenhouse and a designer showroom. They also have an outside area for drinks and snacks. The restaurant was packed and too loud, though, and the tables were too close together. Considering how expansive the gallery is, I wonder why a little more of that space was not given to the restaurant. Another major downside is that they do not accept walk-ins, so you need a reservation. I would choose dinner over lunch. In daylight, the sun pouring through the glass can be too much, with little protection. At night, the lights, trees, and fountain create a much more enchanting and beautiful atmosphere.

The burrata with peaches was an easy choice. Crisp, toasted crostini slices paired beautifully with the silky, creamy burrata, while the peaches added a pleasant touch of tangy sweetness. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze and fresh microgreens, every bite was well balanced. The beet salad was just as good. Generous chunks of roasted beets were accompanied by grapefruit, shaved fennel, and creamy avocado, all tossed in a bright, refreshing vinaigrette. The tangy goat cheese tied everything together perfectly. As if that weren't enough, I also ordered the Basil Melt. Layered with organic heirloom tomatoes, fresh organic basil, creamy mozzarella, and thyme aioli on an Acme baguette, it delivered fresh, vibrant flavors in every bite. Simple ingredients done right. To finish, I treated myself to their affogato, topped with house-made whipped cream. Rich, creamy, and wonderfully indulgent, it was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. The only miss for me was the almond croissant. While I appreciated the generous topping of toasted sliced almonds, the house-made almond filling didn't quite deliver the rich, buttery flavor I was hoping for. Service was warm and welcoming from start to finish. The staff happily helped photograph our party of four, which was a thoughtful touch that added to an already enjoyable brunch experience. Overall, this is a wonderful neighborhood café with excellent savory dishes, and fantastic coffee drinks.
