Amazing pizza truck! Owner was ther spouting off about his experience - totally authentic and amazing pizza! We had the meatball pesto pizza. Absolutely fabulous!

    Signature Buffalo Chicken Ranch Pizza

My wife and I immediately got transported to many years back before we had kids and used to search for napoli pizza places. This was hands down the best we had and on top of it halal. Even the butter ranch dressing was made to perfection. The owner does a great job explaining what he puts in every ingredient. The plain cheese and the buffalo chicken were what we tried and were out of this world. The buffalo chicken specially, for desis it is close to tandoori chicken with buffalo sauce. The aftertaste was all pleasant because he makes it with high end ingredients. You can tell!!

Got the pepperoni pizza with spicy honey add on (homemade by one of their mothers ) at suhoorfest. Really good pizza and all halal would definitely recommend, especially as a person who doesn't like meat on their pizza. It's also refreshing to find a halal place that makes Napoli style pizzas. :)

Love this place. I like to come here after work to treat myself. Wajid is super nice, talkative, and always loves serving the community. Pizza's legit, 11/10. His mom makes the pesto sauce and that happens to be my favorite. I love the pesto meatball and I can not recommend it enough cuz it has perfect seasoning, the dough is perfectly crisp but chewy, the cheese amount is great, and the grease levels are perfect but not excessive. Bonus points if you work locally in downtown Livermore, he gives a special discount to the community! I hope he only gets more business as time goes on

We discovered Fatt Catt at the new food truck spot near West Valley Mall, drawn in by the inviting glow of the Ooni oven. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the kindest hospitality from the founder, Wajid. We tried the margherita and meatball (zabiha halal) pizzas, and not only were they incredibly delicious and crafted with care, but we also enjoyed a heartfelt conversation with Wajid as he prepared and baked them.

We had it Sunday at the farmers market and again Thursday at the farmers market; it was that good! It's simple, not overdone. Which is perfect. Fresh ahi, sesame, avocado, onion, sauce. Over rice, or your choice of base. It's a little pricey but it is 100% worth it. When comparing to other poke places around, it's a little higher but the quality smacks those in the face, so it makes sense. The fish is so fresh tasting, melts in your mouth. Highly, highly recommend. So nice to have a nice light, refreshing food truck option in lieu of all the fried stuff. Plus, the guy who runs the truck is so friendly. So nice. Reminds me so much of being in Hawaii and getting that ohana treatment. The truck looks clean and well taken care of which makes me feel good about the cleanliness standards he holds. You won't be disappointed; check it out!

You also have to pay more just to get rice with your fish (if ordering a "poke boat") which feels like a rip off in my opinion. Ahi tuna ($14 for 1/2 lb) itself is solid and good quality for what it is in this area. The sauce is described as a sesame soy sauce with spicy mayo. It's on the sweeter with some savoriness, light on the sesame, and not so much salty. I do like the flavors, but the poke isn't marinated long enough for them to seep through the whole fish chunks. Has a very slight kick from the chili flakes.

We are really into BBQ and know a lot about the origins of the sauce by state but for us it was too much that didn't add up. I am a native of Lousianna and there no distinct BBQ's due to the diversity and rub focused cuisine unlike Things like such as Kansas City, Texas, Memphis and Carolina. but it would be best to ask him to explain as we were unable to get a clear answer about it. Price - The prices are astronomical. for a 2 way plate it is 28.00 per person. this is a pick of 2 meats on little slider hawaiian rolls. you can eat easily in a restaurant for half of that and get authentic smoked real BBQ meat. 1 2 way plate is only enough for 1 person because portions are very small. 2 people to eat here is 70.00. A 2 way includes little sliders on costco Hawaiian rolls which are snack size. Beans were directly out of the can. No flavor enhancer seasons or anything and runny sauce. BBQ Sauce is directly out of the bottle. (Most likely sweet Baby Rays from Costco or smart and final. Potato salad is also store bought and not fresh. you will find it at the local grocery store. Please compare for yourself. You will see. Though he has grills smoking on the side of the truck an he is constantly running back and forth with a spray bottle and towel, there is very little meat if any in the grills so more for marketing and show. Also note that His prices are negotiable. He does not turn any money away. He will give you what is called a "special" deal, and you will hear him yell to the staff "special"! so as it turns out "special" means no charbroiled meats! All oven baked and pre sliced chicken and pulled pork that is store brought so special means different batch. Just b aware. He is very very pushy! He is trying to reel in all of the customers from entering stores he is parked in front catching you on the way in or out. Feels harrasing and if you are not interested he will say to you on your way pass "you don't want to miss out cause you won't be able to sleep tonight if you don't try this. It'll keep you up. You gonna miss out" This is a slickster tactic. He is hustling and it shows. no one should be pressured to buy anything they are not interested in. We are surprised this is in a public strip mall parking lot and should not be allowed Thus his location has had to move frequently. A license should be required. Usually food trucks must be parked on the street, not blocking parking stalls for businesses and after 6:00 p.m. daily This is an ordinance. Not sure why this is being tolerated. 2 stars because there is nothing wrong with trying to make a living. 1 start would be unfair to that, so 2 is being generous and speaks to definite his work ethic.

Never again will i listen to a non-human! Let me first start off by saying, i love me my quesadillas. It's my go to mexican food. My staple, the good ol' reliable. Not tacos, not burritos. The mighty legendary quesadilla. How can you mess up a quesadilla with meat? Well it's possible here at Tacos Mil Delicias. It all started with the price tag. $15 dollars for a quesadilla, thats before tax. I thought to myself, okay, it's going to be at least mildly big or beefy. Nope and nope. This thing was thinner than a Taco Bell quesadilla and smaller than the usual size flour tortilla for a menu item like this at other Mexican taco trucks. All this while waiting in the cold for what felt to be longer than 15 minutes. Unacceptable. They did have some chairs next to their truck and it looked decently clean, but i thought it wouldn't take that long and is the reason why i stayed standing. Wrong. I didn't give it one star because the quesadilla did not taste bad. Regardless, for that amount of money, it's best spent elsewhere.

I liked their menu as it was easy to follow. A few apps, a wrap that you can customize and several rice bowls which are curry based. Fried Tandoori Wings ($6/4*) You get 4 nice sized wings for this price. Generous price as other trucks would want at least $10 for an app of this sized. The wings are marinated but not strongly then it is fried til pretty crisp. No coating and no texture from dry spices but because of the wet marinade the wings get pretty dark in the fry. I actually liked their simple fried chicken; it had a unique flavor, and it wasn't crazy dry. I would definitely get these again. Chicken Tikka Wrap ($13/4*) This is straight up an Indian burrito. Exact same size and look of a Mexican burrito. Large warm flour tortilla filled generously with basmati rice, a light handful of lettuce and a good scoop of chicken tikka masala which I think most people know because it is a popular Indian dish that most non-Indian know/like. A gateway dish if you will. Now all flavors and textures were decent. The chicken was quite tender bathing in that creamy and spicy tomato sauce that totally absorbs into the rice. Lettuce gets soft and wilted from the heat of the other ingredients. Wished there were another element in there to give it more diversity in texture maybe some of their chickpea masala (which you can actually choose as a protein choice). Maybe next time I'll ask for half n half. I also thought that this was going to be wrapped in some Indian flatbread which I think would have made it more special versus just a standard flour tortilla. But for $13 this was still a very filling and flavorful meal. I actually got 2 meals from this hefty burrito. If I run into this truck again I'm going to try the samosas and the goat curry rice bowl. Their prices are better than most and they have a good handle on their flavors. Props.
