I've been doing business with OceanFront for over a decade now. They helped us with an ant problem when we first moved in and we've had them out to deal with crickets, flies and spiders repeatedly since. I always plan on having them out at the beginning of Summer and Fall to make sure there are no poisonous spiders hanging out under our patio furniture or in our garage. The things I really appreciate: - They're flexible on scheduling. While they offer a quarterly service, they are happy to come out twice a year for me and have never been pushy about me going quarterly. - They're flexible on service. I generally don't need work done inside the house, but I do have a small detached casita and they're great about adjusting the price to do exterior, garage and casita in a way that fits my needs. - The chemicals they use get the job done, but are safe for my family and pets. Usually 1-2 hours after they spray (I'm sure this varies by weather and your home so don't quote me on that 100%), everything is dry and I can continue my life as normal. It's a pretty small inconvenience for the benefit we get. - The employees are always friendly and helpful. I know and recognize most of the service people and they are happy to take the time to chat and let me show them around to make specific requests. Special shoutout to Andy who is a delightful human and I'm always happy to see. I've probably had them out 20+ times at this point and have been nothing but happy with their service. I use their services every year to keep the bugs away and it works every time! They are reliable, always on time, quick and courteous. I almost didn't give the last star (but I did!) because sometimes my service is more thorough than other times. Andy has come out a couple of times to treat the outside area for SPIDERS (eek!), crickets, and other creepy crawlies. He spent a good amount of time making sure he got every nook and cranny and was extremely thorough. I think the price is reasonable and will be calling on them again when service is needed. I don't know what the magic formula is that Lucas uses, but my ant/spider/silverfish issues disappear every time I have to call him out (about once a year). Had some ants in the house. The wife doesn't like them spraying inside, so they just go around the perimeter with the spray. The ants never came back for the rest of the year. Oceanfront Pest Control does not disappoint. We called within a week of moving into our 1949 neglected fixer house to deal with the roach problem the previous tenants warned us about. Thankfully we'd only seen one big sucker, but that is enough for me! Andy came out, and he was personable, professional, and knowledgable. He walked us around the house showing us all the areas we should cover to prevent rodents access in colder weather. He explained where he would be spraying inside and out, and told us how to cover drains and other entry points to the house.
