Adam took charge of the entire situation and coordinated everything seamlessly: Within a couple of days, his team was out to replace the air ducts with the R8 ductwork. The very next day, they had someone out to perform the required HERS testing. Shortly after, the city inspector came out and signed off on the permit. The entire process was completed within just a few days and at no cost to us. The team was clean, efficient, and Adam provided clear, excellent communication every step of the way. We are so grateful for Adam's dedication to customer satisfaction and his expertise in walking us through the process to ensure everything was fully resolved and up to code. We are writing today to both share our past and present experience and to praise Jared Martin and his team, whose knowledge and dedication were absolutely invaluable in the service process. For years, we were constantly making repairs to our AC systems. Every summer we would be stressed out about the AC no longer functioning, so we would set the temperature higher than a comfortable level as to not strain the system and in hopes that it would not fail. But every summer something would go wrong and we would go days waiting for a temporary repair. If the upstairs AC went out, we would bring a mattress downstairs and sleep downstairs for days. Thankfully we have 2 separate systems to be able to do this. After 10 years of stretching out our old systems and constantly stressing on these components in our home that are meant to bring comfort, we were blessed to have discovered J Martin. Upon our first contact with J Martin in September of 2025, we had the pleasure of speaking with Ruby over the phone. She is such a kind and sweet person with phenomenal customer service. When we first began looking into repairing our Air conditioner, as with most people, we were a bit overwhelmed. Ruby and the other customer service staff were easy to get in contact with and they scheduled us very quickly. She was extremely transparent with coordinating our requests. She scheduled an inspection for our non-functioning downstairs system and we were blessed to have Jesus Ochoa come to our home. He is an absolute Gem of a human being. He didn't try to sell us on a new system at first, but instead he simply educated us on how the systems work and what the deficiencies in our systems were. The coolant was sub-level, our ducts were undersized and our condenser and furnace were simply old. He informed us that he could fix it and provided the cost to repair the system, but we would run into these problems again in the future (as we had been for 10 years since we purchased our home). The fact that he educated us with things we never had knowledge of helped us to make the decision to just purchase a brand-new complete system. New condenser, ducts, furnace, Merv 13 air filter, etc. When it came down to the day of our install, we felt so comfortable with the lead installer Santiago Nunez and his team Chris and Frankie. They were so courteous, professional and polite. The install went SO smooth and they patiently answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. They did a great job of protecting our belongings during the install, including protecting our floors, carpets and clothing in our closet. Santiago, Chris and Frankie are the dream team! Last year we knew that we would eventually need to replace our Upstairs system as well sometime soon. We contacted J Martin again in June 2026 and Jesus showed up like a hero. We were already comfortable with his honesty and sincerity. He put together a system for us based on his knowledge of our home and we moved forward with a brand-new complete system. We were SO happy with the Lead installer Irvin and his crew Kevin, Oleyvo and Pablo. They were ALL extremely professional, kind and so considerate. Irvin and his crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy and they even did things pertaining to the system that they didn't even have to do!!! This new system is amazing. We got all of the components as with the previous system downstairs and in addition we got a new attic fan which helps a lot. J Martin also provides maintenance plans for AC and Heating systems as well. We purchased the plans for both of our systems and it is a valuable and necessary option for peace of mind. Shout out to Jared (Jr) for our last tune up!!! A/C repairs can be a very stressful and a scary process. Jared the Owner thoughtfully kept us informed and at ease every step of the way, and with the assistance of Jesus, Donny, Ruby, Satiago's crew and Irvin's Crew, they made the repair process an enjoyable experience. The company was never too busy to answer our questions, and promptly returned each of our phone calls. J Martin earned our trust and respect, and we will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family for their Heating and Air Conditioning needs. In addition, we will continue to speak highly of J Maritn because of our experience working with Jesus, Santiago, Irvin and their team. In closing, we would simply like to reiterate that J Martin team are valuable assets to their customers and company. When I called Insulation Nation I could tell Dustin knew his stuff and had integrity. Dustin recommended a radiant barrier on the inside of the roof to help keep the attic cooler. I had not seen that mentioned in my research, nor from the other company, but eagerly said YES! Every new thing I put video through videos every night all over the house upstairs downstairs Pest Control company came to the door selling their service guaranteed me they could get rid of the rat the big fat guarantee two months later the here they said I'm sorry it's all we can do a joke, was on Facebook and found this company guaranteed to get rid of deal with so we gave him a try. of the owners came me on his service. We signed up like everybody else you say oh that's pricey but honestly well worth every dollar Andrew had a crew out here Saturday they went from top to bottom attic underneath the house house itself. and sealed all the holes set traps left said I'll be back with you in a week but if you catch something call me, nothing caught, but he was trapped in the house. Guaranteed tried digging into the walls to get out finally scratching upstairs he got through one of the doors up to the window and chewed a hole in the screen and he's gone. I was seeing some mice in my back yard and I was concerned that we might have some in our attic or garage. Andrew came out and did a thorough inspection. While there was some evidence of mice in our yard, thankfully there was no evidence of any mice in the attic or garage. However, there were a couple of potential entry holes, which he proceeded to completely seal off. Andrew gave us some great ideas as to what we can do to deter these mice from coming into our yard and into our house. He listened attentively to our concerns and gave us some valuable information. I visit my moms house often so when she told me she was having a rodent issue I searched and so glad I found the only rat/mice specialist in the area near us! I did contact other companies just to ask for their services, most companies only offered to set traps and place bait stations. We hired rodent free three years ago when our prior pest control company did something that felt like scam. Every year we were paying for rodent traps and yet they would charge us an extra fee to plug holes. I was over it. We hired Rodent Free. They were expensive upfront but not once left me hanging. They redid the attic cleaning it. Mesh Netting it, and putting in new insulation. Then any other rodent issues we had they came back for. We had a great experience with Rodent Free (RF) Our house had rodent issues in the past and we never got around to addressing the cleanup of the attic and crawlspace. I called a round different rodent companies to get quotes and evaluation. RF was fast at responding to my request and informative with the process. They ended up doing the attic and crawlspace cleanup, proofing our home and adding insulation. Couple weeks later an animal got back in the crawl space and RF came back right away to fix the issue. I called Rodent Free yesterday because I saw a mouse run through my kitchen. I spoke to Jeff and he was able to schedule my appointment the same day. Andrew came to my house that afternoon to do a free evaluation and found no activity or openings. He set 2 traps for me anyways in the kitchen and didn't charge me anything. I had Pro Source Pest Control come out to my home to eliminate a rat issue I had in my attic 4…read moremonths ago. The previous owners apparently did some work on the plumbing under the house and had to cut an opening on the wire mesh in order to fit pvc pipes under the house. Apparently after they finished, they never closed the opening. Needless to say, rats got in and we started to hear noise in the attic. I contracted Pro Source for 1 month of service. Ryan came out and informed us that they only take cash or check $275.00 for 1 month of service. What company in 2019 does not take credit or debit cards. He then walked around the house and closed any small opening I had with steel wool pads (see below) which were an eye sore. I asked him is that all you seal it with? and he responded "yes." We then went inside the house and he climbed on the ladder and opened the attic hatch and just set a trap there. I asked him, if he was not going to climb and walk to the bathroom where we hear the noise. He responded "I never had to chase rats, they will come to where the trap is." He kept coming twice a week and some weeks he wouldn't catch anything so he would replace the old bait with fresh bait. He did catch a few rats but if I would have known from the beginning that they don't climb and walk to where the issue is and that all they use is steel wool to cover openings I would have never hired them. Needless to say, I took off all the steel wool pads and I sealed them with wire mesh myself for a better look. Over all, they did show up on time but never less, I will be looking for a different company if I need any future service.
