First Time Our biggest problem, black widow spiders, and other disgusting spiders in our back & front yard. We didn't want to sign a contract and also wanted to find a reputable company to get rid of all of those spiders. We contacted Liz of Oceanfront Pest Control via email and she was super helpful and patient with me as it took me a month or two to get back to her on committing to a treatment. We decided to pay $188 for service which includes the removal of cobwebs inside/outside and spray treatments inside and outside. I think that this is a good price for the scope of work. Although, I decided not to treat the inside of the house since it wasn't a problem and because I would have had to clean up the house from the kids' toys on the floor, etc...so they came out and treated our garage, front/back yard, and shed. I asked for their service because we thought our Siamese cat might have a flea problem and that the house had become flea infested. As soon as Andy entered the home, he was certain, that there were no fleas present. I left for the required time and took the cat to the pet hospital to ensure she was pest free. When I returned, I received the report, stating, that there were no fleas, however, the open balcony French doors were causing a mosquito invasion. We learned our lesson. From the young woman who returned my call and scheduled the service (and gave me a reminder call yesterday) to Andy coming right on time, and asking me how our son was doing, they are to notch. We've been a customer for over 8 years and have generally been happy with their service. Andy or Lucas used to come out for the quarterly service and they're both great. Throughout the years the business have grown and they've added new staff however the new staffs are not as detailed. Even then we stuck with them because the technicians all have been friendly and tried their best. This last quarter due to schedule conflict we could not schedule service before the quarter ended and they wanted to charge an extra $90 for merely missing the date by a few days. After having been a customer for over 8 years that just did not sit right with me and we cancelled our service.
