We had a 50% off coupon through an organization and called ahead to make our reservation as advised. Over the phone, I was explicitly assured they would apply the promo code upon arrival. However, at check-in, they gave us 35% off. I thought maybe there were some hidden fees so I tested with an online reservation and it turns out that the staff did not apply the 50% as promised. Our reservation was for 3:30 PM and was advised to be there and ready at 3pm. The staff spent time fixing the boat from the previous run until 3:50 PM. We could clearly see it was being maintained, yet no one ever came over to update us on the delay. Now for the good: the on-the-water crew is fantastic. The drivers are incredibly skilled, making launches and landings amazingly smooth. The transition between riders was effortless and well-coordinated. Plus, the area has been dealing with a jellyfish problem, and our driver was thoughtful enough to make sure the end-of-ride feet dip happened right in the boat's path so we wouldn't get stung. There is a large parking lot with shared business space. Easy to find location. Great guides on the water who deserve your tips, but management and front-desk communication could definitely use some improvement.

I parked my vehicle in the restaurant parking lot. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our boat to return from their current tour. When our boat arrived they unloaded their passengers so we could board for our tour. Our boat was packed with too many customers. We were on a high powered boat. We went out to the inlet and then turned around because the waves were too strong to go out into the Atlantic Ocean. We returned to the bay and eventually saw the wild ponies on Assateague Island. After seeing the wild ponies we returned back to the dock. The bay was littered with sand bars. Luckily our boat had a depth finder. There was one very large sand bar when we returned to our dock. Our captain knew where all the sandbars were located so he avoided them. Overall our cruise took about 1 hour. We were pleased with our cruise. More to come regarding our lunch.

Depth of the water is no more than 4 feet which is reassuring if you're not a great swimmer. Just remember you do have to take a quiz to jetski but luckily it's open book and the answers are in front of you. Will return next time I'm back!
