For years, our outside drains were clogged, and I found myself setting up pumps during the storms to get the pools of water away from our home. Every year, I would tell myself that I would get the drains cleared. Before the rains came this past winter, I hired a company to hydro jet the pipes. They tried to clear the drains, but because they were so clogged, their equipment failed. Again, I was setting up the pumps during the rain storm. So, I researched and found Joel and Sons. I met Joel and he examined our front/back yards. He gave an excellent and fair estimate that would fix the drainage problems. Throughought the entire project, Joel sent videos of the work being performed. He and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn't have any future issues. The gaps between the sod pieces were 1/2 inch or more therby evaporating the water that is on an aitomatic sprinkler. I had to rehire another Landscaper to Re Install the grass after preparing the ground and leveling with 25 bags of 2 cubic yard of potting soil. Until today, Manuel has not returned my calls. Not recommended to hire this business. It was good I had to get another Landscaper to check the lawn, otherwise my investment in the grass installation could have all been lost.
