Lucia is amazing!!!!! I walked in not knowing what to expect from my hair. It's very dark and have never had any luck with getting it lighter. Decided I wanted to try balayage anyway. Lucia communicated with me every step of the way and took the time to really understand what I was looking for and how to achieve that look (even if it meant it would take some time). I bought a Gilt deal for a haircut which I used with Lucia. I'm really happy with how my hair turned out. I didn't do anything drastic just cleaned it up, I had a lot of dead/split ends. I appreciated her honesty by telling me we need to cut more than I wanted so my hair will grow long and healthy which I want. She cut my hair dry so I can see how it looked pre wet head and styling which I loved. I also like how they have Kerastase products. She is an excellent stylist and also super fun and easy going. I have super fine hair that is typically very flat. She know exactly what to do with it to add volume and texture.
