I was a little hesitant about looking for a new hair stylist on Yelp, but I seriously lucked out with Jen!! She is so nice and chill to talk to, as well as being GREAT at what she does! I went in for a cut and color (balayage). She really listened to what I wanted. I also showed her an image of what I had in mind. It came out exactly as I wanted it and I have gotten so many compliments! I also loved that I felt I could really trust her. She really made me feel like she had my best interest in mind. I found Jen through IG just scrolling and getting in contact with her was super easy through DM! I've been getting my hair balayaged for the past three years and I wanted to go more blonde, super close to my roots. I had a terrible experience with another stylist a couple of months prior to contacting Jen. BEST DECISION EVER!! She got me to the blonde I wanted in one session! (This is because my hair was already bleached and my hair lifts pretty easily). I LOVE MY RESULTS. She's super friendly and easy to talk to. I looked through her work on IG and showed her what I wanted. I asked her to bring my blonde closer to the roots but not touching the roots and for a little more dimension so I wouldn't be fully blonde. She was super accomodating throughout the whole session! I was able to get my school work done while in the chair and it was no problem at all. I've been to her twice for my root touch up and she never fails! Plus when my hair grows out my roots don't even look that bad, it just looks like my hair is a lower balayage. The second time I went to see Jen was during the COVID quarantine. When I got there I had my temperature checked and then she led me to the bathroom to wash my hands. Masks are required the whole time! Her workspace was sanitized fully and she was really good at not cross-contaminating clean vs dirty areas! (I'm a nursing student so I subconsciously notice these things) Overall, LOVE her work! read more

She also adds her own personal style to the color, so it looks very different and unique compared to the hair color you always see online from other stylists.
