Only seat 2 people for the whole bus.

With the pendamic going on , OCTA Access is still operating to assist those that needed the service. Social distancing is being practice, sanitizer and mask in at all time. Both my drivers today are very nice and helpful. Thank you all for your good service even at this challenging times.

. He is taking 3 prime spaces in the shade, while running the ac! Is this per octa policy?! I seriously doubt it...

Now hiring thoughtless, inconsiderate jerks! We ll show you how to tie up 3 spaces in the shade, sit in there with the ac on and read a book!

Fake trees to make the place look like it's outside!

SO SAD the services will conclude on March 31, 2026! It was such a great hack/way to visit Disney…read moreif you're willing to sometimes wait 20-30 minutes between each bus. I once went here on a day trip using the Metrolink train and then used the bus route 553 (which is apparently on weekdays) to go to Disney. I find that the route was fine although there were a lot more stops to the park, and it drops you off 3 blocks away. On a weekend on Sunday, I used the ART route bus 15. I liked this route because it was only 3-4 stops and you're directly dropped off at Disneyland's bus center so it's a shorter walk to the park. I only wish the bus came at its scheduled times or were properly updated on the live route site, so you're stuck waiting longer than expected and you're unsure of when the bus will exactly come. - free parking at the lot, gates open automatically , unless event is happening across the street at Honda center - prepay adult day passes ($6 all day) online and show email to bus driver - very clean and impressively aesthetic transit center, usually empty

Large lot and cool looking clean station…read more I find the ARTIC is a good solution for when you going to Disneyland solo or are meeting people at the park because $40 for 1 person to park at Disneyland is a lot of money! Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the bus to/from Disneyland isn't that frequent. If you are Disneyland truly on a barebones budget (I get it!), you park here and just deal with the 30 minute wait times which it has taken me. In my experience it has been much faster getting picked up here than getting dropped off.

Both side has parking but the main side is where it house the ticket station and cafe. Also where the bus depot is. Located in downtown Fullerton walking distance from bars and restaurants. The ticket station itself isn't big. I believe there's maybe three window and normally there's one person working sometimes two. Benches are there but only a few which are long communal For sharing. Two restroom which you're supposed to show your tickets in order to use. Next door is the cafe. Nothing fancy but your regular cafe with a nice patio that looks out to the tracks. Inside has a couple of seating but it's better outside. Your normal snack shop with the basic drinks and snacks but also a restaurant for the quick to go meals. There's a nice massive bridge that's crosses over the track. Both elevator and stairs to use but if you have luggage, elevator comes in very handy. A couple of the directory which tells you which tracks to go to for your train. Plus a loud speaker whenever there's something going on to inform you with delays and sort. Overall it's a decent station.

Also elevators to the northbound tracks and access to Fullerton as well. Shops nearby. Food in the cafe/gift shop is great. Good patio for train watching. Good for both metrolink and amtrak.
