Art no longer in service at least from the Anaheim train station. OCbuses have taken over all the routes but the drop you off at a regular bus stop at Disneyland Resort after turning into Disneyland hub then goes back out on harbor. They still honor the train tickets to let you ride to Disneyland "only". read more

It is so sad that the ART busses will stop all services on March 31,2026. I take the buses from the Toy Story lot from my hotel to Disneyland or Downtown Disney. It is unknown what will happen to those who park from the Toy Story lot. The buses are amazing! They are clean and serviced. The bus drivers are always kind and helpful. From the Toy Story lot they are free. I hope Disneyland will utilize these buses and keep the jobs of those who drive them! read more

At least the drivers were nice. Thats the only reason for the extra star. We used the bus to get to Disneyland on line 9 and 11. The map with the next arrival time was way off. We waited more than a half hour every morning for the bus. The last day we gave up and ordered an Uber. We definitely missed out on park time waiting for the bus. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I live across the street from an ART pick up spot and if I'm going to disneyland, I walk or use uber/lyft. I witness how broken this service is everyday. This is without a doubt the most unreliable transportation system I've ever heard of, I have not met one person who has had a good experience using the ART system. I can't imagine how frustrating trying to navigate this must be for people spending a literal fortune on vacation here. Astoundingly bad. We paid for 3 days of trips to and from Disneyland. We were told it would come every 20 minutes. Not only did it not come every 20 minutes, it would take 40 minutes or more. Half the time we took Uber or walked. It wasn't just us. You would watch people peel off as they waited. Very inexpensive but half the time you'll have to find alternative arrangements. read more

Can't even give them 1 star. We were told a bus comes every 15-20 mis during busy times. We got 1 bus a hour. There was only one bus on the live map doing our route. One morning they sent a short bus and left 25 people stranded. They would not allow standing in the morning but over crammed every possible inch of the bus in the evenings. We wasted $96 to use this service and ended up ordering Uber/Lift daily after our first day experience and second morning short bus experience. I've been here for our Disneyland and Disney California theme park's trip and paid 5 days for 4 people and Anaheim Regional Transportation never gets there on time to pick you up and drop you off. Some bus drivers were not friendly. It's not worth the hassle it's more reliable to pay Uber/Lyft. read more

1 Star - Extremely Unreliable Service We tried to use the ART bus multiple times during our stay and were incredibly disappointed. Out of 5 days, we only successfully used it twice--just 3 out of 10 planned trips. That's unacceptable for a service we paid for expecting consistent and reliable transportation. The most frustrating experience was last night as we were leaving Disneyland. The bus finally pulled up--after a long wait--only to flash "Out of Service" and drive away, leaving a large group of us stranded. This happened more than once during our trip, and the app was no help either, often showing buses that never arrived. I would like a refund. We paid for a service that simply did not deliver. Mixed review - bus drivers were friendly and helpful. They get 5 stars. But the office/operations folks not so Good. The 7:45 express bus to Disneyland was 20 minutes late because the operations office told the bus to make an unscheduled run to pick an employee up at their parking area and left over 6 customers with no bus. And that 20 minutes meant much longer lines at Disneyland. That is not right. If an employ needs a ride - they can take Uber. Probably this was an employee who arrived late and should not be treated better than customers. Or that's my opinion. Also - app needs work. ON route 15, it shows a path that goes to a far north Embassy Suites. But a driver said they only go there regularly until 10am. So why doesn't it say that in the app? Geez. read more

We bought the 3-day pass to get from our hotel to Disneyland and back each day of our trip. I wish I would have seen the terrible reviews beforehand. we were told that that bus would arrive every 25 minutes or so in the mornings and be more like 40 minutes in the evenings. we waited for over an hour several times. with the cold windy weather and young children- it really threatened to ruin our day. beware!!! do not rely on this bus to keep schedule! read more

The app is terrible. I wanted to purchase passes for an upcoming vacation to Disneyland. I put the correct dates in and added it to the cart. There is no cart button to verify your purchase, just a pay button. I paid and received a pass for the same day I was purchasing. A 3 day pass to use when I'm over 400 miles away. I thought maybe I just made an error. My daughter tried and she too received a pass for the current day. We both went on their online chat and were advised to submit a claim explaining what happened. We each received an email saying we would hear back from them within 24 hours. No response. We cancelled our hotel reservation and found a hotel within walking distance. I'm very familiar with the Disneyland resort area but I feel badly for someone from out of state experiencing their first Disneyland vacation expecting a stress free ride to the park. With the amount of tourists using this system, they can do better! read more

We purchased shuttle tickets to Disneyland yesterday and the shuttle was supposed to get there at 7:30 at our hotel. At about 7:35 we got a message from ART that it was supposed to now come in 26 minutes without explaining what happened to the 7:30 bus. We are a family of eight and it cost us $48 for tickets we never used, We ended up walking bothe there and back. And today, we again purchased $48 tickets for our family and at about 7:30 we were notified the bus would be there in 5 minutes. We checked a few more times and the waiting time kept getting longer and longer and at about 7:50 we decided to walk, this time to California Adventure. We also walked back. Both days we were delayed to the point where we did not get in the parks where we could get on the most popular rides early in the morning so not only were we out almost $100, we lost our on the best park ride time at both locations where the cost of the park tickets were around $3000. If there is a class action lawsuit please contact me. What s**ty service. read more

The morning shift was great it picked us up at our stop at the scheduled time and took us to Disneyland. We left the park early 1030pm and there was no bus. After 1145 and watching the bus pull in then turn out its lights I spoke to a manager. They sent the driver on break! Then he finally got back at 1220 and proceeded to tell us we wouldn't be leaving until 1230 because that's the last bus of the night. We could have stayed inside the park, we could have even paid for an uber but since we had already purchased day passes and had been told by the supervisor he was "on the way" we stayed. We were lucky that our hotel was on the ART route and we could purchase tickets in the hotel lobby. The shuttle comes into the property to pick up and drop off. You insert your ticket into the machine next to the driver. One of the days the reader was not working so the driver wrote in back of our ticket. Some people at the pick up point would get impatient and decide to hoof it to Disneyland. If you time it right your wait for the shuttle is not very long. The most comfortable seats are the 3 seaters on the lower level. A word to the wise, leave earlier than the crowd so you can wait on the bench at your designated stop, ours was #7 then board the shuttle and get a seat. There is a screen in the front behind the driver that tells you which hotel stop is coming up if the recording is not turned on. It's a good way to get to the park without having to drive and pay for parking. Be prepared to wait, after all, it's an easy way to get you to the Happiest Place On Earth. read more

Wish i could give more stars this time. Its been 28 days since i last posted about the confusion trying to get picked up behind the La Quinta hotel. Everything says to take #7. The sign in the parking lot says #7. As well as the information in side at the front desk. Apparently they do not know if 8 or 7 will make the stop or maybe none will stop. Makes it very difficult to plan your day using their services. Hopefully someone will figure it out eventually. read more

We bought tickets for 3 people for 2 days for transportation from our motel on Katella to Disneyland. On the first day, we had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes at a bus stop. Our disabled daughter was very impatient. So the next time we didn't take the ART bus, we simple drove to the Disney parking lot. The long wait for the Art bus was simply unacceptable. read more

I had amazing experiences with ART. For a solo traveler and no car, this made me feel extremely safe rather than using Uber or Lyft. Especially at night. I had other means to get around if I wanted to visit LA, but there was a bus stop directly out the doors to my hotel. The ride request worked quickly and got me where I needed to go. The mornings are the best time to use this, I noticed the longer waits as the evening went on. Since it really only goes around Disneyland, traffic wasn't ever bad, but it would get full quickly since the buses aren't huge. I was able to get to Disneyland, ARTIC Station, Anaheim Packing District, and shuttles to and from the Orange County airport. I only had a problem once, trying to get home from the metro station. The app didn't get service, and the buses kept being delayed. Thankfully it was remedied by a driver willing to take me to my hotel after dropping off another guest. For solo females, I highly HIGHLY recommend using ART and EVE to get around the Anaheim resort area, it was cheaper than most other options and give me the same incredible freedoms that I would have had with a car. read more

ART is a disappointing service with inconsistent pickup times and lackluster service. The drivers are friendly and helpful, but the inconsistency of the ART service makes planning challenging. The shuttles arrive randomly, not on the every 30-minute schedule, and sometimes they skip some ART stops altogether. read more

My family & I traveled from out of state (19 of us). We were given a ride by ART to Disneyland. While there 1 of my grandchildren became ill. We attempted to arrange a ride back to our hotel several times, to no avail. I called the main office but only got a voicemail so I left a message. Minutes later I received a text message that read effective today, service to our hotel is not longer available. They gave us a ride from the hotel to Disneyland & refused to give us a ride back THAT WE PAID for. We tried getting an Uber but because several of my grandchildren require carseats, we were rejected. We took the bus to The Wolf Lodge & had to walk over half a mile with 11 children at 11:30 at night in a city we are not familiar with (1 being very sick) all because ART decided to no longer offer service to our hotel. This is absolutely absurd. Will never use their service again when returning to Anaheim. Very non compassionate towards my sick grandchild. Not to mention they took our money & didn't honor their side of the deal. read more

HORRIBLE experience stayed at the Holiday Inn S. Walnut paid for 3 days for family of 5 to ride to Disneyland we were only able to ride the bus 2 times they DO NOT show up on time EVER. We ended up walking some days or paying an Uber. On the last night of our trip we had to walk to the hotel at 11:00pm because on the app our bus showed that it was not on it's route. Zero stars! Absolutely horrible and a waste of money! Wish I read the reviews prior. I've used the ART in the past (it has been several years) and it ran every 15 minutes and was great. Fast forward to 2024...inconsistent wait times of 30-60 minutes or more! I was on route 7 or 7/8, and there was only 1 bus operating. If the driver went on break, you wait longer. Tip: walk to the Toy Story parking lot (if it's close by) and ride those shuttles (shuttles are #20) for FREE!!! Numerous busses constantly running one after the other and direct to Disneyland. The city of Anaheim needs to overhaul ART because it is a horrendous transportation system! Do better and stop ripping people off...I want a refund (doubt it will happen) !!! read more

Had three adult tickets through GAT. Just over $50. The hotel we stayed at had an "on demand" stop. Every single time we tried to request a ride through the app it said that there were none available and to try again later, which is really inconvenient when trying to get to the parks (or anywhere, really.) The one time that it showed an available ride it was going to be a 50 minute ride. Driving took us 10 minutes, if that. We ended up paying for parking every single day of our trip and contacted GAT for a refund. read more

Went to the ART app on line to check out where all this bus picks up and drops off It says that it picks up at the orange outlet mall and then drives to Disneyland So if you read that then you think no problem You can go to the mall, then you can get the art bus to Disneyland So just to make sure I called them up to say hey what time does the bus run through the block at Orange or/ now it's called Orange Outlets then the extremely rude person on the other end the female says their bus does not go to that place I said; "oh really" I just looked at your website I just looked at the schedule it says you definitely drop off and pick up there then she said oh okay Yes it does go there but you have to set it up in advance, the whole time I'm talking to her she sounds like the last thing she wants to do is help anybody, somebody hired this thing, I'll call her a thing, and then planted her in front of the phone system to talk to humans, well she will not treat you like a human So if she gets away with that that means they are all like that, So the city of Orange City of Anaheim has really screwed up with their bus system then I read all the reviews It says Do not, Do not, Do not trust the A R T bus system.... Not pleased with our experience of using ART to get to and from Disneyland. We requested an On-Demand ride from the Packing House to Disney. They showed a time that it was expected to come, however, it kept getting delayed. It ended up being delayed over an hour. Once the bus showed up, there were two other passengers on it, who didn't know where they wanted to go, so we were driving around aimlessly for a bit. The driver ended up dropping us off at Disney while the other two made up their mind. I did like that they drop you off right in front of Disney at the transportation depot- this felt very convenient. As for leaving the park, this was awful. There were NO ART busses at all for ANY of the lines. We tried to request an on-demand bus and it said none were available. But none of the routes were available at all. The bus on the way there said they would be open until midnight, so it was confusing that there were no busses there at all. We ended up taking a lyft home. On top of this, the Bluetooth feature did not work on the bus, so we paid for tickets that we couldn't really "use" and since we did not take the bus back, we wasted money on the day pass. Overall, save your money and just take a lyft or uber to the park. This isn't worth it. read more

Subject: Handicap Discrimination My name is Sandra R. and on Sept 3rd and the 4th I booked 4 passes with ART for route 4 to and from Disneyland. The passes were for two adults and two handicapped passengers. We had a wheelchair and a scooter with us as we were told that Art could accommodate these items. The drivers for three out of the four rides were okay. However, on Sept 4th, which was our last trip, the driver was totally out of control. We immediately told the driver not to load the passengers yet as we had the scooter and the wheelchair that had to be loaded first. He lowered the ramp but made no attempt to load the scooter. My granddaughter started pushing it up the ramp by herself while he watched until I intervened and requested that he help her. He responded by pulling the scooter into place in an aggressive manner. Now we had the wheelchair to load. He stands in the doorway of the bus and says, does this thing fold up. So we fold the wheelchair and he takes it on the bus. Instead of securing it he ask my daughter and granddaughter to sit behind it and hold it. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. The passengers sitting behind me were already on the phone trying to contact Anaheim Transportation to report what was happening. Then he ask me if I wanted to sit on the scooter in the bus. Of course I said no. Now he loads the passengers. We have a full bus. First stop was our hotel, The Doubletree. We come to a complete stop. He opens the door and just sits there and makes no attempt help us. So my daughter and granddaughter take wheelchair off the bus. He is still sitting there and I ask him for assistance to unload the scooter. He immediately responded by jumping up from his seat and erratically feigned a stomach upset. He rubbed his abdomen and exclaimed "oh my stomach." He quickly exited the bus and went into the Hotel Lobby leaving an entire bus full of passengers as well our scooter still secured in place and not lowering ramp. He did not return to the bus for approximately 10minutes. Upon returning to the bus I again requested his assistance in lowing the ramp and removing my scooter. Without attempting to enter the bus he again proclaimed stomach issues and re-entered the hotel. This would be the second occasion that he left the bus and passengers. At this point several passengers left the bus and walked to their hotels. Quite a few remained on the bus. A male passenger went into the hotel lobby to retrieve the driver. When the two gentlemen returned to the bus the passenger addressed me personally and asked that I no longer speak to the bus driver. At this point it was clear that the bus driver did not have a stomach issue but rather had an issue with assisting me with my mobility needs. I felt humiliated and discriminated against. I nor anyone in my party were trained to safely lower the ramp and remove my scooter. Once the bus driver entered the bus and before he sat in his seat I asked him one more time if he was going to assist with unloading my scooter. He did not respond. And after a few moments he lowered the ramp and unhooked the scooter and my Granddaughter removed it from the bus. With this scenario already having taken at least 30 min of everybody's time at the end of a long day me and my family quickly left the area and returned to the Doubletree feeling extremely violated. Having our long awaited family vacation impacted by the bus drivers demoralizing words and actions and the humiliation of the drivers recruitment of another passenger to support his plight. I wish I could provide you with the name of this driver but he did not display his name on his person or anywhere on the bus. Additionally several passengers who exited the bus to walk to their hotels asked the driver for his name and he refused to provide it. I'm hoping the dates, time and media provided will help you identify the driver. I look forward to a response from ART corporate offices on how your organization plans to address this issue. Dates, time and media I reported this incident to ART immediately. They responded on April 8th with this. "We have received your inquiry and will get back to you within one business." It is 9/12 and I have not heard another word. You can bet I will be taking this matter further. H read more

Avoid the On-Demand system. It's unreliable. It's fine when it works, but that's a gamble. I experienced several inconveniences that forced me to find and pay for alternative transportation. On one occasion, I was left stranded due to my on-demand request being sent to what seems like a bus without a driver present (the pick up time was delayed many times until ultimately canceled on the app). It was constantly a gamble whether a bus was available and if it would be very late. read more

ART really DGAF. Monday app shows service from 6:30PM-12:30AM. No buses (for any hotel lines) came by after 8:30PM for next 1.5 hours. They obviously aren't running, but app/signage still show service at all hours. read more

I would complain, but their driver named Joe from the Grand Plaza Line helped us two days in a row now, and made the whole ART transportation ordeal worth it for us. Unlike every other bus that passed us by and wouldn't pick us up, even though we had submitted our requests for pickup and paid for passes. Bus drivers literally shut the doors in our faces. Joe was patient and kind to us, never rude to any of the riders. Very confusing experience. Please consider printing a pamphlet with instructions to place at the hotels so everyone knows how to use this service you have to pay for: especially because you need to download two apps to make it work. This system is not user friendly. I have 10+ years experience in tech and apps and took me 3 days to figure out how to request a bus on demand. The drivers didn't say anything about on demand request first 2 days. Then you also have to download two apps to keep track of the routes and ticket purchase. Anyway, the line I used only have one bus and it would take almost 30 mins to make a round trip if u r lucky. But most of the time it's more like 40 mins because of all the wheel chairs getting on/off the bus. I ended up walking back to hotel because it only takes 15 mins to walk back but 30-40 mins for the bus. 1 star. Wasted $39 for 3 days for a family of 4. Will not use again. Walking is faster. Also to the disabled people I have a message for yall. come on man if you are on an electric wheel chair, why the hell are you taking a bus?? Just drive that thing man. Amazing service, not just for the anaheim resort, but with the Away-We-Go app, these buses turn into on demand private taxi's that take you to so many other places like Knotts Berry Farm, Outlets At Orange, Anaheim Gardenwalk, Medival Times, and other places! Not only that, but these buses are clean, electric, and safe! These are a bit more expensive than the city OCTA buses, but are so worth it! read more

Absolutely garbage. Paid for a 3 day pass, the drivers breaks are scheduled so, that they are on lunch or breaks during the busiest pick up times, and they don't send backup. I waited an hour for 1 driver at 9:15pm, then when he showed up, he pulled a total power trip on the entire group waiting (50+ riders). Very dissatisfied with the ART system in 2022 (in the Disney Resort area). I've been using this transportation system in the resort area for 10+ years and always been very happy. During my recent stay, I found they had switched to a digital ticketing system called Token Transit which was very confusing and delayed loading during each trip. Even multiple drivers expressed frustration. In addition, the wait times have gone up significantly. I had excessive waits multiple times while unable to rely on the time indicated at the bus stop digital readout. They should not be providing inaccurate arrival times because it makes it more difficult to to decide whether to utilize other transportation options (walk or take an Uber). Changes are in order! One positive.... The buses are electric, new, clean, and well maintained. read more

This app is absolutely trash. My whole family requested on demand service to hotel. The app said I have to wait at station 14. When the bus arrived, the driver said we are in the wrong bus station. It's so stupid to tell the passages to wait more than 30 mins in a wrong place. Most of the ppl in the bus station didn't even know what was going on and everyone was so lost. You will be MORE than frustrated with this service! They move at a snails pace, they schedule their breaks at the busiest times of the day, and on demand takes up to an hour for them to pick you up. We used this shuttle from the 24th to the 27th so, 4 days and about 6 times a day. Every driver was wonderful and accommodating. Very friendly, friendlier than the staff at my hotel and even some at Disney! They were helpful with all of my questions and treated me like a human. While I was on one trip I saw a stuffed animal sitting up front. I didn't think anything of it until we made a stop and a little girl and her mom came on the bus to get it(she must have left it). I thought it was so sweet of them to hold it for her! read more
