I had a 1pm appointment. Checked in I was told to watch several videos which I did. Once I watched I was told to take a seat. 1.5 hour later I'm sitting and I ask what's next. I was forgotten. I was then taken to small office to hand over information, download app and answer questions once done I was directed to go to express line and get vitals signs and finger stick, then I was told to take a seat and would be called for physical. Now keep in mind I was told for being a new intake it would take about 3 hours. I didn't question the time and it was busy since it was a Saturday. Now it's about 3:30 and no one has called me for physical. It's 4:10 pm and nothing. I still need physical and the plasmapheresis which means another 2 hours??? I wasted my Saturday. I left disappointed. Nothing done! Never coming back to this location. Unorganized. Not good care quality since now I've been without food since 12:30 and can get ill during procedure. This place is ok I've been to better ones. They seem to always be under staffed and keep the beds empty and keep us patients waiting. It takes me 3 hours everytime to complete my donation but shouldn't take more than 2 originally. They only have two people checking in at the front when there's 4 desks and others employees are just walking around! The first time I came to donate it was a quick easy process , I came with my fiancée but my fiancée was not lucky enough to have the same experience I have , they pick and chose who they wanna serve , they took me quickly but made him wait hours with no communication as to why it was taking so long or if anything was wrong they could have atleast told him that he wouldn't be able to donate that day, it wasn't until he got up to leave that DUSTY got up and wanted to act concerned and like she was doing her job. She then proceeded to tell ME that he can't donate because he had a "reaction" and that he will have to do the process all over again because he left . He was frustrated due to the lack of communication. The second time we came in we spoke to the male RN in the front and told him what happened , he said nothing was wrong with my fiancée's vitals and there was no notes of a reaction in his file , multiple people looked into it , even one of the managers . When I brought this to Dusty's attention she said played dumb and said she sees people everyday and wanted to be rude and have an attitude because I called her out because she wanted to be lazy and not do her job properly then wanted to try to dismiss me and just speak to my fiancée about the issue like no homegirl you brought me in it once you told me he had a reaction which you shouldn't have because of patient confidentiality, you did not know my relationship to him at all at the time . SEVERELY understaffed. I've never waited this long at any other plasma spot, EVER. They never have enough workers here. It will always be a minimum of 2 hours of waiting here NOT including your donation time. The staff that is there, is very nice but that is the only good thing about this place. I've been coming here for years and I haven't had a bad experience, yes the line and wait get long sometimes but other than that no problems. The best here is #1 Salina, #2 Amber, #3 Tammy. The entire process takes a while so expect to put around 3 hours atleast aside your first couple times. They irritated my veins on two separate occasions and sent me home with $5. That doesn't even cover the gas or having to have a bruised and sore irritated vein because of something they did wrong. The reward money is 80,125,then 50 everytime after that. If they do anything wrong though you're only gonna get $5 so...hopefully you get someone that won't irritate your sensitive veins! read more

The employees unfortunately don't care about time efficiency. After the 30 minutes to an hour wait for vitals, you unfortunately have to wait another hour while they sit you and finally decide to stick you. In addition the employees here love to chat to coworkers and I noticed a trend of acting busy. Sometimes you'll find three people huddled around one patient while there's 5 people waiting to get plugged into the machine. If you are closer to any other location I would highly recommend visiting those. Also, this location pays 5$ less.If you do decide to donate at this location, plan to be here anywhere from 2-3 hours per donation. I found the entire process was professional and appropriately explained with lots of opportunities and prompting to ask questions about the process, risks, payouts, requirements as a donor and more. My plasma technicians were friendly with the donors but did a lot of steps like clockwork. My first stick was not returning cleanly so they switched arms and I finished out the return and rest of the donation just fine. Advice to other donors, if something doesn't feel right, such as the return, tell the nurses and they will do their best to help. I'm excited to have an easy way to earn some extra money for my family while helping other people who need my plasma or the products or creates. If I do bruise, I'll consider that a fair trade. I would like there to be more staff to get donors into chairs and connected faster but know now to just budget more time for the whole process. read more

Great place. I come in and donate every week and have never had an issue staff is super friendly and helpful with questions or just making sure your okay. The first time you come you need your ID and Social to get in the system the first visit takes forever! Because you have health screening and a doctors you need you need to see before you are cleared to go. After this every time you come in give or take I spend about an hour or two here and you get paid before you leave the building. It's a great way to help others especially if you are doing nothing better with your time. read more

It's the worst place I've ever been the entire building smells of urine as if a horse urinated in the bathrooms. It is a horrible place filled with smelly, homeless people and rude staff. I guess you could say it's a plasma donation center but you could also say it's a bathroom for the homelessso many of the donors look like meth attics they carry all their belongings with them to go donate and the smell is just unbearable read more

This is after I called the call center twice to verify if this location would take new people. Don't bother unless you have 4 hours. Staff estimates are not accurate! I showed up for a first time donation and the person at the desk said it would take 2.5 hours. Midway, they reassured me that I'd be done by 3 hours total. After waiting 2 hours, I was told the estimate would be 4 hours total.
