The people are prejudice against people with disabilities and the elderly. So if you have mobility issues, go there because they don't care.

This is the most unorganized place I've been, they need better management, the workers are great they need better leadership.

AVOID THE CSL PLASMA LOCATION IN HALTOM CITY AT ALL COSTS…read more The operational incompetence, lack of leadership, and absolute disregard for donor safety and medical boundaries at this facility are a massive liability. During my scheduled donation, the machine repeatedly triggered "No Flow" draw alerts. Recognizing an impending vasovagal syncopal response, I explicitly withdrew all medical consent for needle adjustments and requested that a supervisor or senior phlebotomist take over the procedure to restick my other arm. This safety request was completely ignored by the floor staff. Since my original phlebotomist had abandoned the floor I had to request help my another floor phlebotomist to escalate the issue, but they returned to state that the senior phlebotomist refused to intervene because they "didn't want to step on anyone's toes" denying my request. Upon her return the original technician then proceeded to engage in blind, aggressive needle manipulation ("vein fishing") inside my tissue against my explicit verbal commands and physical protests, resulting in acute trauma to my perivascular nerves and a severe vasovagal crisis with tunnel vision. The medical negligence here is systemic. The donor immediately adjacent to me was subjected to identical technical incompetence by the same phlebotomist, causing her to suffer a severe syncopal crisis and vomit on the floor. Rather than deploying emergency protocols, the Medical Screening Assistant (MSA) subjected me to a hostile interrogation while I was losing consciousness, mockingly downplaying my cerebral hypoxia as "floaters" until I had to articulate my own syncopal response. Even mockingly stating that "You just expect us to roll out the red carpet for you" after requesting basic first aid for a medical emergency that their staff caused. She was also called to the floor shortly after when the adjacent donor next to me had a severe vasovagal reaction that induced vomiting and when the donor reported a sudden wave of heat, this same MSA mockingly told her, "Well, you have a hoodie on." To make matters worse, the MSA tried to cover up an incomplete blood return cycle by falsely claiming my red blood cells were returned--a physical impossibility since the left arm never achieved flow--meaning my cells were discarded as waste to evade federal FDA deferral regulations. The MSA then explicitly stated my severe reaction was "non reportable" in an attempt to mask donor injury caused by a rogue phlebotomist. They completely lost control of the floor, even allowing unauthorized civilians onto the donation floor when the mother of the adjacent donor rushed onto the donation floor to check on her daughter after seeing her have a severe adverse event reaction from the lobby/screening area. DO NOT DONATE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, BIOLIFE PLASMA IS A SHORT DRIVE AWAY AND HAS HIGHER NEW DONOR PAYOUT. A formal consumer safety complaint has been filed with the FDA Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), and a formal Spoliation of Evidence Notice has been electronically issued to corporate legal to lock down all machine data logs and CCTV video loops from this date. Unedited audio/video recording evidence of the staff's verbal admissions has been securely archived for federal investigators. Unsafe, unethical, and completely unprofessional. The rogue phlebotomist and patronizing MSA are a danger to public health and a corporate liability.

WARNING: Unsafe medical practices and faulty equipment. Please read this before donating at this…read moreJacksboro Highway location. I had a terrifying medical emergency here due to a complete failure of basic safety, untrained staff, and broken equipment. Needle Mistake: The phlebotomist rushed my stick and completely missed my vein. When the machine started throwing error codes, a floor supervisor came over. Dangerous Fishing Maneuver: Instead of taking the needle out and doing a clean re-stick, the supervisor aggressively dug and scraped the needle inside my arm for 20 to 30 seconds trying to save the line. Sensory Blackout: This physical trauma caused my blood pressure to crash instantly. I completely lost my sight and hearing, trapping me in a terrifying greyout state of unconsciousness for 3 to 5 minutes. Non-Existent Emergency Equipment: When you faint, medical protocol requires the staff to immediately lay you flat or tilt your legs up to get blood back to your brain. The donor chairs at this legacy facility are completely outdated and cannot recline. Negligent First Aid: Because the chairs are outdated and stuck in an upright position, gravity kept the blood pooled in my legs, actively starving my brain of oxygen. Instead of performing actual physical first aid to restore blood flow, the staff just stood there and eventually handed me a drink (which you cannot even swallow safely while upright during a blackout due to risk of aspiration). Aftermath: Because they left me vertical during a multi-minute blackout, my body could not recover normally. I was left with profound physical exhaustion, cold sweats, and a pounding, severe headache for the rest of the day. This center is operating with outdated infrastructure that lacks mandatory emergency features to protect donors. The floor staff is severely undertrained and does not know how to manage a medical crash. I have officially filed a formal safety and operational violation report with the FDA regarding this facility's equipment and training failures. PROTECT YOUR HEALTH AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
